The accommodation was very pleasant and our host couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was very comfortable, good bed and lovely bathroom. Breakfast was superb. There is also a lounge area with an honesty bar, nicely stocked and reasonable.

We arrived late due to traffic, but we had phoned ahead and despite the cold rainy night, there was a warm welcome waiting for us. Kerrington House was a good stop off for us on our way to Cornwall, not too far off the road and easily located - even on a dark and stormy December night! There is a small honesty bar that visitors are able to use and a comfy lounge area, We had a great room with a really comfortable bed. There was a good choice for breakfast next morning with plenty to choose from. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend!

Fabulous house bang in the middle of Axminster. Lived in Axminster for 6 years and knew where this was but not realised the size of the house. Back for the weekend to see friends, etc. This is an exquisite properly. Amazing room and cosy guest lounge so you don’t have to sit on the bed in the room. Great breakfast. Will definitely return

Nice clean house and rooms, but the regimented check in @4pm means we would not stay again. The door is locked until 4pm on the dot, we were stood outside at 3:56pm and not let in until 4, so don't turn up early!

The hotel is so comfortable and well thought out. It’s clean and quiet and there is literally everything you need. From facecloths to hair straighteners, and strong coffee at breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend Kerrington House, it’s a lovely place to stay.

We spent a night here during our long weekend trip to the Jurassic Coast. Fiona was delightful, kind, and so friendly. She warmly greeted us at check in and gave us all of the needed details about our stay. We stayed in room 4 "Gardenia" and found it to be very spacious and extremely comfortable with a large bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast the next morning was made-to-order and wonderful fuel for our long day of fossil hunting. When back in the area, we will absolutely stay here again. The value for the money is outstanding and it\'s impossible to find a hotel that will treat you better than Fiona will.

Beautiful location with luxurious accommodations that have everything needed and the breakfast was great. Very elegant and close to the main nearby beaches. There's a fantastic Italian restaurant close by that is worth visiting. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

Very lovely place only few minutes walking to Axminster centre town. The gist house is superb old fashion style where interior goes so well . Very comfortable and warm room spacious and you find a lovely fluffy bathrobe in the four posters room together with iron and tool for hair styles. Breakfast is generous and delicious.

Fiona (Owner) and her staff are friendly and courteous. Lovely to see everyone so cheerful in the morning. Our stay was excellent in all areas. We will definitely be returning. Our breakfast was prepared punctually and was absolutely scrumptious. The ingredients were excellent quality. The various options offered were remarkable. Kerrington House is definitely 5 stars and deserves it.

We warned the lady. That we were laying golf and would not be coming till 10pm earliest. We arrived at the address but looked up and down the road as it was dark by then. We could not find the property after a good search. We theN booked in at the standard PREMIER inn at SEATON which was first class. We paid twice for one nights accommodation. Very sad and VERY FRIGHTFUL L FOR MY WIFE. WE WERE IN BED BY MIDNIGHT. WE LEARNT A LESSON!
