Could not fault this property. Kids pool amazing friendly staff all to happy to help. Rooms very quiet and very comfortable beds bathroom clean and no mould. Two great restaurants food fresh and great prices. Would definitely stay again.

Maikel was very polite and friendly with an amazing ability to remember my name even after several days of not seeing me! The food at breakfast as well as food ordered through room service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was huge with fresh food restocked throughout the 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM time slot. The room was clean. Public areas were clean. The staff were friendly and considerate. Beware, however.... The ad photos show a pristine beach. It's not. Lots of garbage. No private beach area. No beach lounge chairs or beach umbrellas. Overall, it's excellent, but more like a three or four star hotel rather than a five star rating.

The hotel is great it’s better than the pictures Very clean the rooms cleans everyday The buffet breakfast was amazing lots of options western and Indonesian and Indian so there is something for everyone The outstanding people in the hotel is the high light of the hotel everyone is very friendly and helpful the offer the help without even asking even in the buffet breakfast they offer to get you anything The only let down we had dinner at the breakfast restaurant which was very bland in the taste and very small portions for the price we did not enjoy it at all. There are 2 pools, a pool with a pool bar and a kids pool side to side The hotel not offering any entertainment They have kids club we didn’t use, they had table tennis and pool table The hole is only like 5-10 minutes away from airport the street where the hotel is is full of shops cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and massage all walking distance with the same street and close to 2 shopping centres walking distance about 1-2km I really appreciate the people in this hotel for their smile support and willingness to help at any time Out flight arrived early around 10:30am our rooms were ready and we checked in straight as we arrive no extra charges thank you In our last day or flight was late at 7pm they allowed us to check out at 1pm and stay use the pool until 5pm and offered us to take a shower and change at the spa before we leave Our air port transport was offered free by the hotel, we will come

My wife and I have just returned from a stay with our 1 year old for our first family holiday. We couldn’t fault the resort or the service provided for us. We found all staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The on site medical clinic was well priced and great piece of mind for a travelling family. Oxa, Dede and Ketut at the pool bar and pool facility made our stay so much more enjoyable with their kindness and “no hassle” attitude. Agus in house keeping did a great job keeping our rooms clean. All in all, we will back for another family adventure as soon as we can.

Impressive property very much suited to families with young children, beautiful buffet breakfast with a huge range of food options, great kids club and attentive staff in all areas. Room was cleaned daily and was immaculate. Lovely food in both restaurants 24 hour room service. The spa is outstanding and still reasonably priced. Easy access to beach and beach path with Kuta an easy 20 minute walk. Big grassy area for kids to run around play football two swimming pools and pool bar Laundry service and gym available ( however I did not use these services) Airport transfer available.

This was our 4th or 5th stay here and its sad to see this hotel decline in appearance / service and cleaniless It needs some serious renovating to be how it used to be.The surrounding beaches were littered with rubbish and the adjacent street everything is shut down and even the main street of kuta is dead now We arrived into the lobby at least our room was ready ...the room was stale and had a mouldy smell ..The curtains and nets were all black and mouldy ..everything was run down in the room holes everywhere badly patched up .towel rail hanging off the wall ,,theyve changed the brand of teas and is awful..at breakfast the following morning the toaster didnt work the waffles were cold ..i remember in the past the food used to be amazing its really sad now ..Around the pool need a good karcher and some love ..the sail has gone from the kids pool so no shaded area for toddlers ..This hotel just needs to be revamped

The room was excellent. Big and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the beach was filled with trash and not private. The floors around the hotel were also super slippery. I fell and hurt my knee. But all in all, a great place.

Pros: - Convenient location near the airport with complimentary airport drop-off service. - Walking distance to the beach and nearby shops/mall, making it easy to explore the area. Cons: - Rooms need an upgrade, as our family room had an unpleasant old smell, which made it difficult to sleep. Unsure if the smell originated from the air conditioning vent or elsewhere. Envy restaurant was good, breakfast buffet was mid and personally don’t think it was worth the money. Overall, a decent place to stay if you have an upcoming flight and want to be close to the airport.

Booked Room type was not given. Obstructed ocean view. Room TV was not operational. Bathroom washbasin cold water tap was leaking. Despite of TV and Tap leak reported, nothing has been fixed. Rather cold water was shut completely and only hot water for brushing and shaving.

Found the room to be very small for the price. The toilet and shower area only had a shower curtain that separated that area from the sleeping area and the main curtain to the balcony was about 10cm too short which allowed the light from the courtyard to illuminate the room at night.

We are very pleased with our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Baruna! The resort itself was beautiful and well maintained. The family room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed days at the pool and all three meals at the hotel’s restaurant. The food, options, and accommodations for food allergies were wonderful. We really enjoyed the outdoor bbq and fire show at Envy. Above all what made our stay memorable was the incredible service. All the staff is attentive and very friendly which is why I would recommend the Holiday Inn Resort Baruna!

We love our room 6102, it’s huge, clean and the most important thing is the AC works properly. There were odd situation when the radio suddenly would turn on at around 2-3 in the morning. It’s odd but nah probably it’s timer. Someone needs to turn off the timer.

This place looks like a nice bunker for people who are afraid of exploring the island. The staff is nice and always ready to help. The pool and gardens look very nice and the resort is clean but there is non-stop background pop music being played by the outdoor pool which doesn't make it a relaxing place. Bedrooms are spacious and clean but you hear everything that happens outside your room (people walking by, talking, kids playing, people pushing/pulling a cart,...). So again, not relaxing. Last but not least, I ordered food delivered to my room twice (dinner and breakfast) and the food was either bad or very average. I was expecting much better from this type of resort. If management could find a way to create some "quiet areas" and also reduce the noise outside of the rooms it would make a big difference.

We arrived early but due to inavailability of rooms we had to wait for the usual check in time. Our check in was standard and the staff was not that organised in giving info. Like what i can enjoy as IHG member. The perks they gave me this latest visit was not the same as the one i received 3 months before Other than that we still enjoyed our stay because of relaxing surrounding and clean rooms and enjoyable breakfast.

Loved the entrance to the lobby and loved the staff at holiday inn baruna, on our 1st day of holiday we meet micheal from reception he was a big help for setting up the esim for us , plus the kids party every week , was good and IHG members cocktail party on the lawn every Wednesday. Our room was very large with a nice view but decor was a bit stark. The floor was tile, and walking barefoot on it was not pleasant - a bit gritty and the cleaning product used was slightly sticky. All staff members we met were extremely friendly and very helpful. Sunsets from the property were spectacular! The location was convenient to the airport, and the excursion desk at the hotel was well equipped to help with any type of activity desired. The main drawback was the beach. It is a public beach, and therefore very crowded and dirty (not groomed by the hotel). There is also a boat rental pavilion blocking the view and many, many boats either in the water close to shore or lined up on the beach across the entire length of the hotel. If you are looking for a great beach, this property is not for you. Otherwise, it is a nice place to stay.

The Hotel inside was great. The beach doesn't belong to the hotel and its impossible to swim since there is a lot of garbage. If you want to walk along the beach you can at your own risck because there is a lot of local people trying to aggressively sell you things. My main reasons to book there 1- close to the airport 2- the beach wich turned out to be useless.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights at the start of my trip to Bali. It looked relatively close to the airport on the map, but there was no issue with noise. In fact, I never heard a plane. The check in was easy. I took advantage of the free transport from the hotel that was part of my booking. I arrived a few hours before checkin and was able to leave my bags while I went around the surrounding neighborhood. The staff was lovely and the food very tasty. I was there during Nyepi (Day of Silence) and we were unable to leave the grounds (per Indonesian law). The hotel did a great job giving us activities throughout the day.

This was a great getaway. It's on a quieter section of Kuta. Their breakfast was great and I would recommend it. The beach is just beyond a layer of grass. So it still felt separate enough where people weren't constantly asking if I wanted to buy something. The pool facilities were great. It was kept very clean. They had great floaties to relax on and it never felt like their was not a pool chair when needed. There are plenty of food places to walk to nearby. Also a few mini marts to buy drinks, snacks, or forgotten toiletries. There is also a pharmacy nearby. The staff are very friendly. So go enjoy a break.

The staff is so nice. They make us feel super welcomed. The checkout time is 11 am but our flight is 11pm. They even gave us a temporary room for free to stay. They also have the complementary taxi pick up and drop off to the airport. The kids love the pool and games. Hotel is super close to waterbom. We also like hotel Envy restaurant and deserts from Palms. Really recommend this hotel.

It's a family oriented hotel. All facilities are catering for kids. Staff were all very helpful and considerate. Breakfast buffet provided a variety of choices. There's even a kids only buffet area. A family with kids can definitely have a wonderful stay here. Strongly recommend.

Last but not least, I ordered food delivered to my room twice (dinner and breakfast) and the food was either bad or very average. I was expecting much better from this type of resort. If management could find a way to create some "quiet areas" and also reduce the noise outside of the rooms it would make a big difference.
