Clean room. Great staff. Breakfast was so-so (soft bacon - needs to be crispy) and mostly catering to East Indian and local tastes.

When we arrived in Bali we were greeted by Melly at the reception desk. Melly was so pleasant and helpful. She explained all the amenities and helped us transfer to Holiday Inn Express next door for a second night. She offered us free breakfast and a shuttle return to the airport the next day. The resort had a beautiful pool area, two great restaurants, a wonderful spa and easy access to the beach.

Had a pleasant stay in the resort. From start to end it was no frills. However, for the shower areas. Good to put non slip strips as the tiles tend to get slippery over time despite washing it to remove soap scum

Overall a good place to stay with kids. Have a small outside playground, kids club, gaming room (extra charge) for older kids. Staff is just amazing, very friendly and helpful. (Not all speak English but they call for assistance when they don’t understand you). Hotel is open plan and extremely noisy when people walk and talk outside the door. Hotel is a bit outdated and needs to be renovated especially bathrooms. Food was good, we had 2 dinners and breakfast every day. Walking distance to lots of different food places, couple of small malls and the waterpark. Located on a public beach which is very dirty and is not for swimming. A bit pricy for what it is

Good overall very lovely service and team, good breakfast. But the family room was so close to the play lounge and it was noisy until quite late night.
