Also a note on the cleaners, they are so friendly, happy to chat on the way in/out and eager to help. The restaurant down stairs has become a favourite with the pasta deal night (entree, pasta and wine or beer). Being across from the TTP shopping centre is so convenient, we walk across so no issues with finding a park there!

Lovely convenient spot. Rooms clean. Bit tricky navigating initial entry for after hours access, we found the instructions given lacking, key boxes not numbered and had to ask a worker from restaurant for help. Once that was sorted our stay was great.

Location was perfect for us - close to family in Golden Grove. Staff were great and amenities were clean and met our expectations. It is a function centre so we were anticipating noise, but it was very quiet Thu through to Sun apart from the noise of doors closing - they seemed louder than they should.

Discovered our sheets were dirty and due to it being Easter they chose not to have staff on to support guests. Couldn’t turn air con on as it was set to heat until the last day. A luggage trolley was parked in front of the emergency exit. No cutlery except for 2 teaspoons, couldn’t fill the kettle with any of the taps. Advertised their restaurants but weren’t open. Paid over $700 yet felt ripped off. Have contacted them with no response.

Basically All good. Staff friendly and helpful Bed is just so comfortable, I didn’t want to get out, like sleeping on a cloud. Restaurant food really good too. Pity it is closed Monday and Tuesday. Microwave in room would have been helpful. Wifi terrible. Kept disconnecting and since I was there for work it was bad. TV kept disconnecting also and wouldnt accept wifi password. This happened half way through the last time I was there about 6 months ago but thought I would give it another try. Nope useless They gave me a number of passwords but didn’t t change. I asked other guests and they had the same issues

We had a good stay at Sfera’s; we were there for an event. The venue was clean and the room was spacious. It is walking distance from a shopping centre. My only critique was the temperature in the room. We couldn’t adjust the temperature which made the stay less comfortable for me. It was a cold day and there was no heat in the room. The only way to stay warm was to be piled under blankets, which they do provide.

Was happy with the stay. But hadn’t had my bond for room returned after two weeks. After calling Sfera’s today after two weeks. They informed me that i wasn’t receiving my bond back as they tried to tell me i was smoking in the room. This clearly never happened. They couldnt even call me to tell me this themselves because clearly it was a lie. Makes me wonder how many other people this has happened to and people havent realised they haven’t received there bond back. And when checking out. the guy at the desk was quick to ask me to give them a 5 star rating.

I will never recommend this property to stay. I can't believe that it's a 4.5 star property with no room service on the public holidays. I stayed for 4 days and there is no room service for a single day we had to stay in same bedsheets for 4 days, dirty coffee cups as romm service is not working you can't use the glasses or cups again, dirty towels in bathroom and everything as they don't work on public holidays. If you can't work on public holidays why you take bookings? The rates were high because of public holidays but they didn't provide any room service or any other sort of service. A person goes to stay in hotel during holidays to get some relaxation, not to do chores by themselves. I am really disappointed and will never recommend to anyone.

The room was as described, clean and comfortable. However, lots of emails and texts beforehand reminding me to let the property know if I was checking in late, which I was. On my first two phone calls I was advised I’d get an email with instructions, both of which never eventuated. On my third phone call, on the day of my stay, and running late for my flight I was told that I’d need to email my drivers licence photo and credit card photo to get an entry code. Thankfully that did eventuate as my plane landed after closing time so I wasn’t sure if I had a room at that stage. Stressful and unnecessary, however the stay itself was hassle free.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, additional toiletries and towels available on a shelf in hallway, restaurant available on site and shopping centre very close by. Downside is nobody attending reception (on site) after hours. No smoking on balcony which as a female smoker staying by myself was my reason for booking this room. $250 fine if you do. View of roof and loud air-conditioning unit from balcony, did not use. Smoking area is a pot filled with sand in the carpark, no seating. You don't need to encourage smoking however a little more accommodating would be great.

A lovely spa room for one or 2. Spa holds one person only. Private bacony. Easy convenient parking. Room service available and the meal delivered was superb. Clean and tidy. Good amenities. Being a public holiday housekeeping is not available. However extra supplies like towels etc you can acquire from the designated supply station which was appreciated. Overall it was a very good quiet mini getaway i was looking for going solo on this occasion.

Overall a really nice stay, staff aren't around much but when you do see them they are very pleasant and accommodating. House keeping went over and above and extras (like soap and coffee) are easy to obtain being on a shelf just outside the rooms. Room service is from the cafe down stairs and the food was amazing, the young lady that brought the food up was so nice and helpful. This will be my go to place next time we are in S.A
