Beautiful hotel and incredible staff - a must stay! We stayed two nights with our young whippet in the cosy Coachouse, parking right outside. Breakfast was delicious and fab quality. Staff fussed over the dog, she got her own breakfast sausage and treats in the room. The service throughout was impeccable, this is the friendliest place I've ever stayed.

Lovely hotel and staff. BUT too many dogs in restaurant/bar for our liking on this occasion. We ARE dog lovers but they have their place. I believe at one time there were as many dogs as people

The staff are so helpful and polite. The internal decoration is quality. What's lovely is there's a reading room for those times when peace, quiet, good book and a cocktail can be enjoyed. Definitely a hotel to revisit many times

Absolutely beautiful wherever you look at, it's insane and it was a real treat spending some time there. Our only regret was not being able to get there earlier since our trip was delayed. Breakfast buffet is complete and delicious and the service from the staff was just so friendly, polite and amazing! There are self parking spaces and there's no elevator, but that's part of the charm. The town and the beach are charming and lovely as well. We weren't expecting all the good things we got from staying here. Would absolutely come back and stay here!

Lovely hotel with staff that are very helpful and accommodating. The only issue is residential parking, which is a first come first serve basis at a very popular hotel and restaurant, and a small car park shared by residents and visitors. It suggests that there is plenty of parking nearby but that’s not true. The staff try and help but can’t create the space required.

Very friendly helpful staff, excellent high quality produce for breakfast. Rooms quirky seaside features with welcoming bar of chocolate and shortbread. Bar area very nice and a good 2 for 1 cocktail offer during the week. Thoroughly recommend.

From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel welcome. Friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much bother for them. The food was excellent. My room was spotless and spacious, the bathroom well equipped. I am sure I will be back.

The ‘Yarkin’ room was very impressive. Beautifully decorated, spacious, immaculately clean and with a lovely roll top bath and lounge area. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was superb and we’re already looking forward to returning. Thank you for making our Valentines trip so special.

Great stay. Brilliant staff, good food and a great location. Only issue was we were in upper flor of coach house and kitchen vent was close to skylight, which despite being closed let strong fatty smells into room. Highly recommended but make sure you are not in upper Coach House room. We raised the issue but as the hotel was fully booked there was little they could do.

Worst stay I have ever had. The room was tiny and had a small window which meant it was very dark. During the night we were so uncomfortably hot that we had to op n the window as far as it would go. Open the curtains and put a fan on….. not the luxury experience you would expect for £226 per night!! There was a door in the corridor that banged late at night and early morning. Overall, terrible experience here and we will not be returning.

We have been to Beadnell for our family holidays for years,staying in cottages etc and have always popped in to Beadnell towers for dinner,drinks etc As a birthday present to my wife I booked 2 nights in the hotel for just under £400,when we arrived we were told we wasn’t staying in the main hotel but in the new coach house! When we were shown to the room it was tiny,very dark and smelled horrible from the fact they allow dogs in the room, My wife was so upset,we thought we were staying in a boutique hotel room!! I told the receptionist and she spoke to the manager who said he’d give us a discount if we booked in again in the main hotel! So no reduction in the pokey room we were staying in,we would have to spend yet more money to get any sort of reimbursement! When you book there is no mention that you are not staying in the hotel and are in the very small smelly part where you can hear everything in all the other rooms! It ruined our stay as you couldn’t go and relax in our room after a walk or dinner! So very disappointed,will never go back there again even if they offered us a room in the hotel for free!

We had an amazing stay at Beadnell Towers. The room was really well kitted out with everything you could need. Bed extremely comfortable. Service was brilliant with super friendly staff. Food in the restaurant and for breakfast was great. Vicinity to the beach is great with a 5 - 10 min walk. Amazing place amazing stay.

An excellent hotel well placed for our first Northumberland visit. Our room Graa’s Nest,located on the top floor with a sea view, was very comfortable and contained a stand alone bath together with a large shower in the bathroom. We ate both breakfast and dinner at the hotel on all our 3 night stay and were very happy with both the choice and quality of the meals and the level of service provided.

Outstanding boutique hotel. Lovely stay. Beautiful room with lots of additional touches and comfy bed. Bathroom was a treat, roll top bath and large, walk-in powerful shower. Not a fan of the supplied coffee bags in the hospitality tray. Only negative was the hotel was very hot, even though I turned my radiator off and opened the window.

Lovely two days at Beadnell. Food good. Service good. Dogs treated like kings. Room good but was incredibly hot - despite heating not being on and outside temperature of 16/11°. No aircon to cool us down at night.

Mostly service was amazing, but with a couple of exceptions. Food was lovely but overpriced. A small crab sandwich- £14. The hotel was unbelievably hot. Oppressively so. On our first morning there was no hot water- so cold showers. The main issue- the hotel caters for local passing trade. This meant it was really a pub with rooms. No space prioritised for guests. Overall, it was not worth the 200 + a night plus food.

Jennifer on reception was amazing. There was a mix up with our booking but she made it her personal mission to fix things for us. It must have taken her several hours but she saved the day and its so rare to get such amazing customer service!!!!

I booked this hotel for my wife’s birthday and found the hotel and room to be exceptionally good. We also ate at the restaurant on our first night there which was fantastic, as was breakfast on a morning. The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting Bamburgh and Seahouses which are both nearby. Couldn’t recommend staying at Beadnall Towers more.

A lovely small hotel in a delightful small seaside town. Walked 10 minutes to the harbour and beach, with a drink in a small bar onthe way back. Very nice meal in the hotel restaurant in the evening. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Great place.

A fabulous hotel with lovely rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a wide variety of gorgeous cooked breakfast plus a delicious continental breakfast. Beadnell is a very quiet village, but there are several places to eat ranging from the very smart restaurant at Beadnall Towers itself, the nearby pub The Craster Arms, a beach bar called The Landing and others. It is easy to walk to the beach with a sandy cove to the South for swimming and sandcastles and a rockier coast to the East perfect for rock pooling. (There is only one small shop in Beadnell though, so for any substantial supplies you need to get to Seahouses, a couple of miles away).

Not cheap but excellent stay. The reception staff set the right tone being friendly and welcoming and it was repeated by all staff. Meals were a delight with great produce and once again relaxed friendly service. My monkfish was delicious and my wife's lobster superb. Everything was fresh. The room was lovely with teas and coffees and quality products. It is usually busy and i can see why.
