There is no luggage weight in lobby area, you need to going down B1 to weight your luggage, Hotel staffs are too overwhelmed for your room They are checking twice per day, which is sometimes feeling less privacy

Agus at front desk was superb. He made my check in so smooth, and upgraded my room. Agus checked in many times to ensure my stay was comfortable. Also Agus arranged a breakfast box for me which came as a surprise. I have stayed at the same hotel for some times, this time was made so special by Agus, I was so thankful and appreciative. Thanks Agus
