Booked this for a one night stay and was so impressed. Great food options nearby, the rooms were clean but had a little smell. The surroundings were great! Muskoka chairs and a firepit, hammocks for relaxing! We enjoyed St. Hubert’s outdoors with card games by the firepit! What a lovely night! Staff was very friendly upon check in!

Il manquait d’espace de stationnement. J’ai dû stationner sur le gazon derrière le bâtiment sur le chemin de la sortie. Rien de grave.

Il manque seulement la mise en fonction des bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques et tout sera parfait! Des bornes rapides sont accessibles juste à côté de l’hôtel.

clean room and nice staffs

Bed very comfortable, the thing is the strong smell of pee in the bathroom and our room card not working properly. Otherwise staff is ready to. Assist with anything. Many food options in the area and the fall Motmonrency at 5k from there.

Hôtel extrêmement propre. Personnel courtois. La propreté des chambres est remarquable. 2 eme visite et j’y retournerais encore sans hésiter.

The best feature of the property is that its in a convenient location to Old Town Quebec, Montmorency Falls and Jacques Cartier National Park and you could park your car there for free. The room itself was clean but the couch which I believe could be converted into a bed wasn't the most confortable. Housekeeping also doesn't clean your room unless you put a sign on the door for them to do it, which wasn't a problem but more of a surprise. The restaurant associated with the hotel is average but you could probably drive somewhere fancier to eat if you wanted to.

Check in was quick and easy and the room was clean and spacious. It was a quick drive into Old Quebec or to Montmorency falls.

Convenient area and modern look. Our room had our window right next to the parking lot and the lighting in the room isn’t great so we had to keep the blinds open. Free coffee is quite bad and the room was advertised as a king and queen bed while the queen was a sofa bed. Overall is acceptable but the price is quite high for what you get.

Hôtel correcte, propre, bien situé pas trop loin du centre-ville de Québec. Beaucoup de restaurant a proximité. Prix assez élevé pour le type de chambre qui est petite, oreiller inconfortable, salle de bain qui mériterait une remise à neuf « 2020 »…

The shower was spectacular - really the best ever. The room and hallways were too dark. Would appreciate more lighting, especially in the room.

They refused to provide even a partial reimbursement for shortening our stay because we requested it at 1:30 pm, which is past their cut off of noon. They also berated us for booking through expedia. There are better options in the area, never again.

Good hotel for visiting Quebec and area, hotel is is clean and well run with efficient helpful staff, especially Karrin who offered us free bus tickets as we were staying more than 1 night. The 800 bus can take you into old town or montmorency falls in the other direction. Breakfast is provided at nearby restaurant which offers 20% discount to hotel guests

Expérience décevante : manque de service client et fausses informations J’avais réservé une chambre au N Hôtel pour la nuit du 1er mars 2025 avec ma famille (5 personnes), mais un imprévu majeur nous a empêchés de profiter de notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée à Québec, notre voiture est tombée en panne, nous obligeant à faire appel au CAA pour le remorquage et rentrer immédiatement à Montréal par d’autres moyens (train, Uber). Avant même l’heure du check-in, nous avons contacté l’hôtel pour expliquer la situation et demander un remboursement ou au moins un crédit pour un futur séjour. Non seulement l’hôtel a refusé catégoriquement toute forme de compensation malgré les circonstances et les frais importants que nous avons dû assumer (factures à l’appui), mais en plus, ils nous ont menti en prétendant que c’était à Expedia de gérer le remboursement. Après vérification, Expedia nous a confirmé que c’était bien l’hôtel qui avait le dernier mot, ce qui démontre un manque total de transparence et de professionnalisme. Nous comprenons que l’annulation n’était pas gratuite, mais nous attendions un minimum de compréhension et d’honnêteté, surtout face à un événement imprévu comme une panne de voiture. Au lieu de cela, nous avons été confrontés à un service client déplorable, une absence totale de flexibilité et une tentative de nous induire en erreur. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel à toute personne cherchant un établissement fiable et respectueux de ses clients. Une vraie décep

Staff was kind and friendly, loved the 24hr free coffee and tea. We arrived earlier than check in and were given another room that was ready, much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

There are plenty of food options and a gas station nearby. The hotel is less than 15 minutes away (by car) from the city center. The staff was friendly.

Intéressant comme hôtel, propre et accueillant. Je n'ai juste pas vraiment apprécié la location qui doit être commode pour certains mais coincé entre une autoroute et un gros boulevard, c'est moins ce que j'apprécie. Mais pour certain, ça doit être parfait.

A very pleasure of one night staying, the room was very clean and the staff was courteous. The hotel remain in an area between the Montmorency falls and Quebec city so it's pretty simple to have a place where to rest if you want to do both in one day and it's not expensive as the other hotels

A 5 min. Du vieux Quebec! Les gens sont courtois et gentils! La chambre est propre et on ne manque de rien. Tout pres des chute Montmorency et de l'île d'Orléans. Les repas au restaurant Normandin juste a côté sont parfait!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great dining options within walking distance. Price was a bargain. Rooms are clean and comfortable, secure. The bed was a little hard for my tastes but other than that, a great place to stay.

Assuming the price was increased due to the location, but we paid $463 for one night and breakfast was not included, and it was likely one of the worst looking hotels we've stayed in. Just the night before in a different city we stayed at a hotel for $150 including small breakfast, and that room was much more spacious and overall hotel seemed to be in better condition. Staying for $463 was our last resort unfortunately.... would not recommend unless you have no other choice.
