Overall Trident pretty much always delivers and understandably is a 5* hotel Good points - Great location with good food, and others points of interest close by - The staff are really nice - The room is spacious and really lovely - Good amenities - The hotel just looks 5* which is very inviting - Good breakfast - Very good gym - Very close to airport Bad points - Nothing to do with hotel but BKC itself needs civic engagement/help to make the outdoors better - Maybe due to location but I find there is quite a lot of police presence which can be worrying and off-putting

Staff are amazing Only issue faced was a noisy drunk neighbour who was loud and could be heard through the bedroom wall The hotel did apologise for this 2 way airport transfers and lounge were a welcome change Lounge operates till 10 pm and serves delicious hot snacks Breakfast menu in lounge was also impressive and exhaustive better than the Taj Will always come back to them now for trips to Mumbai Ps. Allow for traffic delays in the evening rush hour if you’re headed to the airport

The service offered by Trident BKC is exceptional from the minute you check-in until your departure. Each and every staff member we interacted with greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The room and amenities are excellently maintained, and we particularly enjoyed the fitness area and the spa. The breakfast buffet at O22 was the best way to start each morning.

Conveniently located in the business district. Check in was a breeze with friendly and efficient staffs Unfortunately our first night was a Saturday night and the room next to us was extremely noisy; loud music…, etc.; throughout the night till morning. We made a complaint in the early hours of the morning and at the Reception Rohan was very helpful and obliging by switching us to another room for the remaining of our stay. Thank you so much Rohan. Our room is very clean and comfortable with mini bar and all essentials well stocked. Housekeeping Rohan (also named Rohan) did a good job. Breakfast at 022 is great with a wide selection of cold and hot food. Most importantly the staffs are the greatest I’ve ever met in any hotel I’ve stayed. Special thanks to Yash, Shivank and Ra. Always greeting us with a warm smile and seeing to all our needs. Super friendly and efficient. Thank you for the birthday cake. We love the service so much that we even have several of our dinner there. Love the cakes here; they absolutely delicious. Still thinking of them even though we are back home now. Overall this is a wonderful hotel to stay. We love the service so much that we decided to stay for another week instead of shifting to another hotel for the remaining of our trip which was our original intention. Looking forward to staying here again the next time we are in Mumbai.

The hotel was very clean and service was excellent. We had a major problem when connecting to the WiFi . Despite complaining about it a few times we still were not able to connect, until the night before we were due to check out. Not very impressed with this part of the service.!!

I have stayed here many times. This time I got the smallest room ever. VIP Access? You'd never know it. Also, I wanted to walk around the neighborhood and asked the front desk for a map. They had only a tiny, very general pocket map of all of Mumbai, nothing of that area. I walked out and went to the Sofitel next door, and they gave me a great map of the whole area. Trident is an OK place to stay, but if you need a map, go next door and Sofitel will help at no cost.

The room acoustic properties were so bad we kept hearing people the entire night and couldn’t sleep properly, I’ve stayed at trident before and at Sofitel across the street but never faced such an issue. You are supposed to get a good night of sleep staying at such a property not a sleepless night due to voices and commotion outside the room

Everything was perfect with my room. In addition, the staff went above and beyond to retrieve an item which was left in my Uber. A special shout out to Shirish and Riyaaz who helped with this, and to Nishta and all the colleagues on Reception. Absolutely amazing service!

Excellent hotel, staff all very kind , professional and helpful. Hotel is quite a corporate feel, seems more of a business hotel. We stayed for one night between flights as it’s quite close to the airport. The hotel provided transfer services which was very well done. Despite being more of a corporate hotel the staff all made our one night stay feel very special, particularly for our two children. Highly recommended

A one night stay to manage connecting flights… the hotel couldn’t do more for us when it came to ensuring we had what we needed. They arranged an extra mattress for our kids at no extra cost and really made us feel welcome. The transfer to the airport as part of the stay was much appreciated too…

Staff - The hotel had an amazing staff with proactive awareness towards their guests. Our drivers for airport pick-up/drop-off were very courteous in greeting us and getting us safely to/from the airport. Upon arriving the security, Luggage helpers, reception staff, concierge were very polite and welcoming. They made it their mission to get to know us and help make our stay pleasant. This was a rare sight for us, the proactiveness from them and going the extra mile was on top of this. Room - Our room was spotless & well prepared, thanks for Akshay & Judy’s team who put in extra effort in getting to know us & our travel plans to prepare our room accordingly during our stay, balancing frequently check-ins over disturbing. We always had more amenities and bottled water than we needed and we are grateful for their attentive service! Dining - This is the crown jewel for Trident @ BKC! Excellent dining options and service! O22 is a place where you can feast like kings and queens! Portion controlled food which doesn’t compromise on taste, quality or service. Would highly recommend dining here even if you aren’t staying at Trident. Staff here follows the same mission to make sure their guests have everything they need. Overall Experience - We felt a sense of hospitality like never before, Everyone at the hotel from the staff to the branch manager made it their mission to make sure we had an amazing and comfortable stay. They deserve a 6 out of 5 for going above and beyond.

The property is really nice from inside, the exterior is alright. The staff was good, they had decorated the room with balloons and had provided us a cake for our anniversary. The hotel is so close to the Jio world that it’s wonderful- very accessible. The line for breakfast was sooooooo long, at least 50 people before us. A staff offered us to go to the club lounge for breakfast, we said ok. We were so disappointed to learn that they had no buffet and a fixed breakfast vs the huge breakfast spread downstairs. We complained that we felt cheated and weren’t informed about the same. We were then sent downstairs for the buffet breakfast. That was the only disappointment at the hotel.

Was attending a conference at Jio convention centre; walkable distance. High end restaurants in this area. The mall attached to Jio has high end brands. Approximately 30 minutes from airport. Friendly staff. Had lunch once at the buffet and was excellent. Housekeeping is excellent.

Schönes luxuriöses Hotel! Im Finanz District gelegen. Für Europäer sind die Matrazen sehr hart, für Asien normal. Der Chef des Hauskeeping war sehr zuvorkommend, nach Topperauflage schliefen wir viel besser! Auch Essen und Service im Botticino (italienisches Restaurant im Hotel) hervorragend. Spezielles Dankeschön an unseren Kellner Lucky, sein Service war top!

Stayed for multiple days and was hoping for the 5* service we had received on our previous trip. This time round we did not receive this and were disappointed. It's a shame as we paid more to stay here rather than the Taj, which I think we might be staying at for future trips. Issues we had: Room - remote control not working, bathroom door/lock troublesome, smallish room not female-friendly, in room dining was not always great (cold/not up to standard) Breakfast - staff attentiveness not there, had to ask multiple times for tea/coffee, had to wait too long to order a la carte, poor spread of meat/fish options for breakfast, would have liked to see more varieties of fruit, juice options and live counters were good Valet - inconsistent, sometimes open door, sometimes not, generally ok FOH greeting - inconsistent, not always greeted Points - misleading information and updating of points. Was told that my points would be added but have still not been added. Had to ask twice already for this and was assured on check out but still not showing. Generally, considering the amount we spent on this stay, we are disappointed. The standard of service has slipped and we will be rethinking staying here for future trips despite it's good location for our needs.
