The curtain in the room didn’t cover the window, the shower sprayed everywhere, the toilet roll holder was in a poor position that made sitting on the toilet uncomfortable. The water in the bathroom was good, hot when you want it and cold when you want it. The pillows were also poor.

The room was disgusting, cracks in the ceiling, bedsheets had holes in them, pillow covers came pre dirty. Mould in the bathroom. Bed slats had been swapped for MDF boards and sounded like a creaky wardrobe. The restaurant part was phenomenal food and great service. A big shame about the Hotel side
