What’s not to like about a hotel on the sea front of Deal. Great staff and great sea view from our room. Would we stay again 100% yes.

Absolutely wonderful stay ! Not accessible though if you can’t climb stairs at all - I had to climb up and down a minimum of 9 steps which was rather difficult BUT the Hotel is immaculate and the position is fantastic ! The lady who is the I suspect Owner/ Manager but definitely the Cook is fantastic - we had 4 breakfasts there and 2 dinners - just fantastic . Faultless really! The seaside is across the road , the pier about a 50 metre walk, a lovely promenade goes on for kilometres and is easily negotiated in a wheelchair- so much better than I had hoped for . Thoroughly recommend . There is a restaurant , breakfast room, lounge area, public bar and out side a lovely open area that has about 12-15 tables with umbrellas for the great weather days . *** NO onsite parking though , we UBER’d up from Dover after a cruise and it was approx £26 just so you know . As a side note -( in this part of England) Australians , be aware that basically all restaurants and takeaways are roughly double in price what we would pay at home - eg £5 for a latte ( $10 AUD) that is everywhere ! It was something of a shock to pay the equivalent of $23 for 2 coffees and 2 plain scones in a coffee shop that’s without table service and served on paper plates .
