Lovely place to stay. Great parking. Great breakfast - should ask what we wanted/preferred though to avoid waste. Calm and quiet and a ten min walk to a local pub with decent food. Lovely stay.

Warm, friendly welcome, very helpful. Lovely room, peaceful, rural location, beautiful countryside. Excellent breakfast (happy to cater for vegans, too). Seating in large garden. I cannot rate this place highly enough. Highly recommended. Near lots of sites of historical interest. And very reasonably priced. I had a lovely, relaxing stay. Dinner not provided but local options are available.

I was looking for a quiet place to stop for one night, to break up a long trip back to Wales and could not have found the most perfect place. The guest house is beautiful, the location was peaceful and quiet and the warm welcome from Justin was so nice after a very long day. My room was lovely, very clean, complimentary fresh milk and a bottled water in the small fridge, plus tea/coffee. Justin was a lovely host, made even more so by the fact that he is motorcycle mad, like myself, so the conversation when arriving and at breakfast was just perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend Manston Guest House, it's truly a little hidden gem.

We were attending a wedding for the weekend. The owner was away but his stand in Nick went out of his way to make us feel welcome and was very friendly. Breakfast was epic and we could decide on the time. A very cosy and comfortable bed, very quiet road even with a front facing room. It suited our needs very well

Really good stay here as we travelled to Dorset for a wedding. Host was happy to let us in early to get changed and was very attentive. Breakfast in the morning was super and once again our host could not do enough to make sure we were happy. We would recommend very strongly

Hidden away only a couple of miles from the lovely market town of Sturminster Newton, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Justin is a lovely host and we were incredibly well looked after. Super full English breakfast and Good amenities in the room. Highly recommended.

Justin the onwer of manston guest house was helpful and knowledgeable, also lots of communication, about requirements for breakfast and what time breakfast was required, and any special requests, coffee ,full English etc A great place for a base ,we were attending the tankfest 2023 at bovington camp Also reasonable on price for two nights +breakfast included

Lovely place to stay. Great parking. Great breakfast - should ask what we wanted/preferred though to avoid waste. Calm and quiet and a ten min walk to a local pub with decent food. Lovely stay.

Really good stay here as we travelled to Dorset for a wedding. Host was happy to let us in early to get changed and was very attentive. Breakfast in the morning was super and once again our host could not do enough to make sure we were happy. We would recommend very strongly

Love friendly place , the owner was so helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable, toiletries all available plus soft clean white towels. Breakfast was amazing with a nice selection to choose from . Would recommend to friends and family.

Warm, friendly welcome, very helpful. Lovely room, peaceful, rural location, beautiful countryside. Excellent breakfast (happy to cater for vegans, too). Seating in large garden. I cannot rate this place highly enough. Highly recommended. Near lots of sites of historical interest. And very reasonably priced. I had a lovely, relaxing stay. Dinner not provided but local options are available.

If you like peace and quiet tucked away in nice scenery then this is an excellent little B&B, the host Justin was super friendly and knowledgeable of the area, always had time to stand and chat about anything making you feel extremely welcome. Rooms were very clean, tidy and well maintained. The cooked breakfast was very nice, also a nice selection of cereals, pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice etc. There are a few pubs etc for food local for evening meals etc, Justin can give you all the information and recommendations. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area.

This is a great little place, an authentic B&B with an actual breakfast and an actual host that you can actually talk to!!!……….ie not an AIRBNB without breakfast and a remote host who really doesn’t care whether you are there or not Justin is a great guy and an excellent host, extremely helpful and accommodating.
