Was able to access property after office hours and checkout early hours without a problem. Ironing board was broken but managed to use with some mcgivoring. Handy position close to restaurants walkable or a cheap fare by vehicle.

Spacious room, excellent front desk staff and easy safe parking. The pool and restaurant are currently closed however there are lots of food options nearby and the pool is due to reopen soon. Great accommodation in an easily accessible location at a reasonable price.

The building and room had a very strong rubbish smell which was worse as we entered the corridor outside our room. The room as we entered also smelled, so strong we couldn’t leave the balcony door closed. We thought we had sufficiently gotten rid of the smell before we went to bed, but it was so strong (I think coming through the wall behind our bed) that it woke me during the night and we had to reopen the balcony door. Other than that the decor was quite pleasant but we couldn’t enjoy the stay.

The rooms were smelly and dirty. Staying as a group and at least one person changed rooms due to the odour and lack of cleanliness. It is a half way house for people coming out of hospital or escaping domestic abuse and didn't feel safe.

When I got to my room on the ground floor I was concerned about the possibility of traffic noise. Thankfully that wasn't a problem. I stripped the bed and pillows, the pillow protectors had tiny blood stains, and the mattress ory had a rather unfortunate stain. I told the lady at reception about these things and she wrote it all down. All in all I'm very happy with the place.

This should not be a VIP property. Damaged & dated room, very noisy air con', horrible housekeeping. I was here for the week, and found this place very depressing. Will definitely not stay again.

Absolutely putrid. I stayed one night and left with another 3 nights left in my booking. Room absolutely stunk, was unbearable. I travel extensively and was by far the worst hotel I have stayed at. Something wrong with a sewer. Since reviewed other comments and they have said similar.

Disappointing - paid extra for larger room and had number of issues. Table leg about to drop off, part of fold out bed cushion falling apart with sponge exposed, blood stains on doona, smallest hand soap possible, difficult getting and out of shower as over a bath, television in bedroom not able to get all channels and difficult to use, hard, uncomfortable couch on lounge area. A shame as good location, good parking and pleasant staff.

I only stayed overnight so did not see the facilities. I was visiting the PA Hospital & was out all day. It was an easy walk from there to the hospital. The bed was comfortable & the room quiet. The reception staff member was friendly & welcoming.

Traveled to Brisbane with teenage grandson for AFL final, booked single beds at this hotel. It seemed the room wasn’t used often, it was kinda outbid the way/storage looking area. The beds were terribly uncomfortable - tossed and turned all night. The hotel did not reflect the advertising nor did the price of the room - very very expensive fir what it was. Very disappointing for both parties

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and when I did have a complaint about the TV it was resolved immediately (and it was my mistake not theirs). It was a short walk to the shops and most importantly for me close to the hospital (Princess Alexandra Hospital).

The in-house Sam Pao Thai restaurant served some of the best Thai meals we have ever had. We lived in Sydney for over 30 years so we know and have eaten in many Thai restaurants and Sam Pao Thai is up there with one of the tastiest ☺️.

We were up from Gold Coast for a hospital procedure - Apartment Is very spacious and has balcony. Kitchen facilities sufficient if wanting to cook. Complimentary wine and water bottles appreciated. Walking distance to PA Hospital and just a short drive to Greenslopes Pte Hopsital Parking is free at Chino. Buranda Train is within 10 min walk and there is a woolies, pharmacy and plenty of food places also 5-10 minute walk at Buranda Village and a longer walk 15-20 or 5 minute drive to Stomes Corner and other local Pubs. All in all Chino was a very good location if prime reason is proximity to the hospitals PA and Greenslopes They have a pool but we didn’t use this or see it. Staff very friendly and the late checkin was very simple and easy to carry out Highly recommend these apartments Greg
