The property is conveniently located right off I-95 and adjacent to gas/convenience store. This hotel has a good breakfast buffet and nice lobby area. The accommodations are clean. There is an outdoor pool, but its upkeep is just ok, with leaves falling in pool. The location is 10 min from downtown West Palm Beach and 20-25 min to Delray area.

Decent property for the price point, the weather was a bit cold out and when we asked for the pool heater to be turned on both female and male employees had different answers. The male said Floridian pools don’t have heaters…we received a call to the room later on with a staff member apologizing for the misinformation. Overall good stay.

The room was as you might expect. It was clean and ready to go. The AC was not on when we came in and so it took a while to cool off, but was good after that. The hallway did not have AC and so it was uncomfortable waiting on the elevator. Speaking of elevators, one of two were oit of service. Made the wait to get down from the fifth floor that much longer.

Room amenities are minimal - not really a functional mini-kitchen - bare minimum service utensils, no bottle opener, no paper or cloth towel only sink and mini-fridge marginally adequate one cup coffee maker, no forks, spoons, knives, etc…..bed comfortable, shower adequate, plenty of parking - decent but average breakfast…..good location close to 95 hwy,

The staff were amazing and so incredibly helpful!! Rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Only two downsides, the pool was very dirty and the shower didn’t drain well at all. Those two things didn’t change how I felt about the hotel as a whole and would stay here again

Our experience at this Springhill Suites was excellent! Customer service was very friendly and helpful. The business center was sufficient for may need to print an email. The facility was very clean, well lit, and well appointed. The free Wi-Fi was sufficient for streaming on my iPad without issues. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was great! It was so clean I took a nice long soak in the tub. Breakfast was good selection of hot and cold foods. I rarely get to say this many positive things about a location. If you do not have a vehicle DoorDash and Uber are a must.

My wife had a training session at the same area, it was better for us to stay in the hotel than driving from Miami in the early morning. The room is very clean, staff are prelesional and very nice. The breakfast was decent. I enjoyed workout at the fitness while my wife was at the training across the street from the hotel. The price is very reasonable.

Room was in good condition at arrival. However, after the first night, the used towels were removed and no replacements given. Thought it was just a glitch and would be resolved the next day. Same thing happened. Towels removed, but at least I was left with one towel.

Housekeeping was not good. We had to ask that the sheets be changed after spilling coffee on them. They made the bed but left the dirty sheets. Room smelled really bad due to the air conditioner that needed to be cleaned. Also, room was just worn and old.

Everyone very professional and personable. Second night invaded by sweet ants when I brought a complimentary cup of lemonade to the room and sat it down on the night stand while I got ready for bed and by the time I came back, the wall, nightstand and cup were covered in sweet ants. Had to move into different room.

The cleaning service was horrible. First day no cleaning at all. Second day skipped cleaning the bathroom, just changed the towels. Third day the shampoo finished before we finished our shower. When you call the reception no one picks up.

Property was nice and experience was smooth. The design of the rooms is not optimal. We asked for connecting rooms and while we got rooms next to each other, there was no connecting door. Also the layout of the room is strange - with the bathroom at the foot of the beds and the TV off to one side. The bathroom was also a little dated or just needed some deep cleaning.

The room was TERRIBLE! It was SO small and the bathroom was so stinky. The room was very very humid and the air conditioning was so noisy, often going on and off randomly. All the surrounding neighbors were super noisy and very disrespectful to other guests. Would not come back ever again!

Nice location; pleasant staff; nice room; breakfast was ok; bed horrible, my back hurt every morning and I tossed and turned all night; have a master switch for the lights which you had to play with to make it work; there was a light over a sink in the front “room” which came on when the master switch was activated but had no switch of its own to turn off, other than the master switch. This meant that if you like to sleep in the dark, which my wife and I do, you had to turn the master switch off to turn the light over the sink off. That meant that if you got up to go during the night, you either had to fumble your way to the front door to turn on the master switch to be able to use the light in the bathroom, or you went in the dark. I chose the later so as not to disturb my wife. I kept thinking, what is the purpose of this master switch as it made no sense to me and did not contribute to a nicer stay.

The people who were in the room next to us kept up a ton of noise right outside our door. I had to call the front desk several times to ask to have the problem addressed. On the final call to the front desk (approximately 8pm) I was told “ security would be on site by 10pm” Really??? I had to pretty much put up with that noise for 3 nights straight. I was furious! Otherwise, everything else was ok.

I looked up PET FREINDLY hotels in West Palm Beach, on line, and booked Sprin hill Suites fo 4 nights. There was a box next to the word Pet, so I marked the box with a check. Then the day before check in, I called the hotel and talked to an employee to make sure we were all set. I told her that my wife and I would be staying there, and that we have a small dog. She checked, and confirmed that that’s what it said on our reservation. She said we were all set. Upon arriving and checking in, I told the desk clerk that we had our dog with us. She asked if he was a service animal. I told her he wasn’t. She excused herself, and then returned with the manager. He informed me that they have a “no pets” policy and that we would have to find other accommodations. He said he would speak to the person I talked to on the phone, but there was nothing he could do for us. I just looked online again under “Pet Freindly” hotels in WPB and SpringHill still comes up.

The hotel staff were amazingly friendly- and very accommodating. The breakfast was very good with a different variety each day - some of the best I have had. When we needed more clean towels they were ready to supply us with more. When we stayed an extra day, they let us stay in the room we were already in. Excellent experience.

Another wonderful stay. I wanted to recognize a young woman who works in the food service area in the morning. Her name is "Z" She took the opportunity to greet me every morning in the most delightful way and it impressed me greatly. Management needs to clone her and reward her for efforts to make people feel noticed and welcome.

Location is good. Price is reasonable compared to others in same class. Staff was prompt and friendly. Bed and linens were great. Equipment in the little kitchenette could be upgraded a bit, especially the coffee maker. We did not use it because it had a large amount of lime buildup and the taste of the water in the in the hotel was not good. Some bottled water and a single-cup type coffee maker would have been better. The microwave needs removed from the counter to have more room - there is NO counter space. The "furniture" in the living area is terrible. The couch / trundle bed is worthless to set on and the with only a cheap desk chair we sat in bed most of the time rather than use the couch. First night we had a party next door, called the front desk a bit after 10pm and they sent someone up quickly to help out. Voices can be heard thru the walls and music can really be heard thru the walls.

Perfect overnight stop for Margaritaville at Sea cruise the next morning. My family and I got in at 10 p.m., I got checked in within two minutes. The first thing my mom said when getting into our room was “we need to stay at SpringHill Suites more often.” Room was spacious and we had an entire separate area for our luggage. Comfy beds and shower/sink area was great. Breakfast was AMAZING. Plenty of delicious options and well-managed. Don’t know when I’ll be back in West Palm again, but SpringHill Suites will be my go-to.

Nice hotel, served our purpose well. Breakfast was the only issue. Bad set up had people running into each other, minimal selection (eg. no yogurt, few muffins, etc.) not kept stocked during busy times (not just food, but utensils, etc) and soured milk that had not been stored correctly. Would stay again but would find somewhere else for breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. We were out and about during the day so I can’t speak to the hotel amenities like the gym or pool. But we appreciated the cleanliness of the entire facility, the rooms and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The continental breakfast had lots of options and the waffle machine was a huge hit with my kiddo.
