I pulled in and immediately decided I wasn't going to stay there. Abandoned, broken down cars in the parking lot, what looked like IV drug users in the lobby and the person checking me in missing most of her teeth. Not sure how this hotel got a 5 star rating but everything was dirty, run down and I'm pretty sure my car would have been broken into overnight. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Don't believe the 5 star reviews. So gross

Construction going on which is ok and understandable; however, the entire place smelled like urine, the room was somewhat in disarray, the "live tv" had no local channels, the air conditioner rattled all night. I think the only reason I got any sleep was for the crickets that were in my room. The complimentary breakfast was cereal and waffles.

There was alot yelling. Construction and drilling was going on in hallways. Spotted bugs crawling on the couch in the lobby. The window glass was cracked in the bedroom. The trimming was peeling with fruit flies coming out of it. Our key card says to deadbolt your door, don't open , and report suspicious activity. We left because we did not feel safe. Hotel refused refund.

It was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed in in my life, there were bugs in the room, the hotel stunk of cigarettes, not one amenity was open except for a counter selling small bottles of booze. I slept in my clothes on top of the sheets. It is a flop house for unfortunates. I can not believe this hotel was on your site. It’s literally a drug den, I dare you to send someone there to check, I learned my lesson, never trust the pictures.
