Ett Hotell som är beläget vid vägen till Balos berömda beach.Det gör att det är Rally förbi hela dagen och till 19 på kvällen.Det positiva är att det är ett fantastiskt hotell med havsutsikt från nästan alla rum.Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal.Fin pool som iaf.under våran vistelse var glest besökt.Restaurang som serverar Frukost,Lunch och på kvällen buffé.1,2km.från Hotellet finns en by med 3-4 Tavernor.

Very convenient location if visiting Balos Lagoon. The restaurants near by the hotel are really good. The hotel facilities are very nice, but the service wasn’t great. It can be better and so is the food served for breakfast. Other than that great location.

We stayed 1 week in a nice appartment. A nice hotel 1 hour from Chania airport. Rental car is a good idea. Nice area with good snorkling by the stone beach. There are no umbrellas nor sunbeds at the beds (as seen in the hotels's pictures). Pool was great too and we had no problems finding a good spot. The very small kitchen was very limited the very only plates etc for 4 people (enough) and ONLY 2 small pots. No frying pan, chopping board, bowls or similar. So don't plan to cook to many dinners yourself. There are great restaurants in Kissamos and one 1 km away. The hotel offers only buffet in the evening.

Excellent séjour au Balos Beach Hôtel malgré un accueil médiocre vers 21h30 puis impersonnel ensuite. Le reste du personnel est souriant et efficace. Très proche de Balos Beach (route d'accès en mauvais état). Superbe emplacement, superbe vue (piscine, mer, montagne), chambre 404 au rez de chaussée géniale avec accès direct à la piscine.Très belle chambre avec belle, bon lit et salle de bain agréable et coffre-fort dans la chambre (clé à demander à l'accueil). Serviettes de bain fournies sur demande. Restaurant correct mais excellentes tavernes à 1km au village (gramvoussa et Fish Tavern notamment). Plage agréable avec taverne à Kissamos (après le port).

Good location when going to Balos, and nice staff. Biggest problem was the smell from the bathroom. It woke us up the first night smelling so bad. We went out in the morning and the smell was gone when we returned in the afternoon. But then it came back again same night. Checked out next day. Apart from the smell the hotel was okey, nothing more nothing less.

Staff here are almost as lovely as the views. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The bedroom was comfortable and clean, AC worked (except when you had to leave the room with the key) but the bathroom is weird with the showers allowing water to flood the floor (this is normal in Greece I think). Taxi's charge a lot to get to and from here- so book a rental! Overall- very happy with my stay and look forward to going back!

Alles in allem top, man darf nicht vergessen das es ein 3 Sterne Hotel ist. Pool, Essen, Ausblick alles prima! Der Sonnenaufgang- ein Traum! Im Zimmer müffelt es leider etwas durch das viele Holz - Der Wasseranschluss im Schlafbereich trägt wohl massgebliche dazu bei . Das ein oder andere Eck ist leider etwas zugemüllt. Wir würden aber definitiv wieder kommen!

Camera spaziosa e silenziosa (monolocale superior). Ottima pulizia. Struttura ben tenuta con vista sul golfo, comoda per le spiagge di Balos e Falasarna e poco distante da Kissamos. Buona colazione mentre il ristorante a buffet è sicuramente pratico ed economico ma non all'altezza delle taverne vicine.

Et velholdt og rent hotell. Under vårt opphold var det gjester fra Italia, Spania, Sverige, Danmark og Hellas. Dette synes vi var veldig kjekt. Vi var de eneste fra Norge. Det er veldig godt isolert mellom rommene, og vi hørte aldri en lyd fra noen av naborommene. Dette hotellet ligger for seg selv. Så har en planer om å se litt andre steder, er en leiebil et must. Veien til den utrolig vakre Balos Beach, går rett forbi hotellet, og det er en tur en bør unne seg. Stranden nedenfor hotellet er en steinstrand med store steiner. Men har en på seg badesko, og kommer seg forbi steinene, så venter et helt fantastisk krystallklart hav. Her er sjansen stor for at du får en stor asurblå badevik for deg selv. Perfekt hvis du liker å snorkle. Masse fisker å se. Er du ute etter et hotell uten masse mas rundt deg, er dette stedet for deg. Det er veldig stille og rolig, også ved og i bassenget. Anbefales!!

Väldigt fint läge på hotellet. En utsikt från poolen som verkligen är oslagbar. Fina rum med lika fin utsikt. Restaurangen är medelmåttig men det ligger mysiga restauranger i en by på gångavstånd. Rekommenderat hotell för några nätter.

Séjour convenable, bien qu un peu cher sur le rapport qualité prix. Personnel d accueil peu agréable et vraiment pas souriant. La kitchenette n est vraiment pas indiqué pour cuisiner, même pas une passoire pour les pâtes ! Très bien situé. Travaux à côté un peu bruyant.

The property is located in a convenient area if visiting balos beach. The staff was super friendly and outgoing. The food options at hotel are terrible, however, it is located about 800 meters from Grambousa (best meal in crete). I would highly recommend going there for a dinner (might have to wait but have a beautiful outside garden bar). The air conditioner in our room was broken. For the price per night, think it is overrated and should be less.

We stayed 1 week in a nice appartment. A nice hotel 1 hour from Chania airport. Rental car is a good idea. Nice area with good snorkling by the stone beach. There are no umbrellas nor sunbeds at the beds (as seen in the hotels's pictures). Pool was great too and we had no problems finding a good spot. The very small kitchen was very limited the very only plates etc for 4 people (enough) and ONLY 2 small pots. No frying pan, chopping board, bowls or similar. So don't plan to cook to many dinners yourself. There are great restaurants in Kissamos and one 1 km away. The hotel offers only buffet in the evening.

Et velholdt og rent hotell. Under vårt opphold var det gjester fra Italia, Spania, Sverige, Danmark og Hellas. Dette synes vi var veldig kjekt. Vi var de eneste fra Norge. Det er veldig godt isolert mellom rommene, og vi hørte aldri en lyd fra noen av naborommene. Dette hotellet ligger for seg selv. Så har en planer om å se litt andre steder, er en leiebil et must. Veien til den utrolig vakre Balos Beach, går rett forbi hotellet, og det er en tur en bør unne seg. Stranden nedenfor hotellet er en steinstrand med store steiner. Men har en på seg badesko, og kommer seg forbi steinene, så venter et helt fantastisk krystallklart hav. Her er sjansen stor for at du får en stor asurblå badevik for deg selv. Séjour convenable, bien qu un peu cher sur le rapport qualité prix. Personnel d accueil peu agréable et vraiment pas souriant. La kitchenette n est vraiment pas indiqué pour cuisiner, même pas une passoire pour les pâtes ! Très bien situé. Travaux à côté un peu bruyant.

Staff here are almost as lovely as the views. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The bedroom was comfortable and clean, AC worked (except when you had to leave the room with the key) but the bathroom is weird with the showers allowing water to flood the floor (this is normal in Greece I think). Taxi's charge a lot to get to and from here- so book a rental! Overall- very happy with my stay and look forward to going back!

Very convenient location if visiting Balos Lagoon. The restaurants near by the hotel are really good. The hotel facilities are very nice, but the service wasn’t great. It can be better and so is the food served for breakfast. Other than that great location.

Excellent séjour au Balos Beach Hôtel malgré un accueil médiocre vers 21h30 puis impersonnel ensuite. Le reste du personnel est souriant et efficace. Très proche de Balos Beach (route d'accès en mauvais état). Superbe emplacement, superbe vue (piscine, mer, montagne), chambre 404 au rez de chaussée géniale avec accès direct à la piscine.Très belle chambre avec belle, bon lit et salle de bain agréable et coffre-fort dans la chambre (clé à demander à l'accueil). Serviettes de bain fournies sur demande. Restaurant correct mais excellentes tavernes à 1km au village (gramvoussa et Fish Tavern notamment). Plage agréable avec taverne à Kissamos (après le port).

Ottima posizione per raggiungere balos, falasarna ed Elafonissi. Il personale dell’hotel molto gentile ci hanno dato anche un cadeau al nostro check out. Posto bellissimo nella pace e nella natura. A kissamos non c’è molto da fare ma ci sono dei bei ristorantini e beach bar. Consiglio di sostare almeno 3 notti in modo tale da vedere le spiagge più belle.

The food options at hotel are terrible, however, it is located about 800 meters from Grambousa (best meal in crete). I would highly recommend going there for a dinner (might have to wait but have a beautiful outside garden bar). The air conditioner in our room was broken. For the price per night, think it is overrated and should be less.

Abbiamo soggiornato in quest'hotel per essere vicino alle spiagge più belle,comodo sotto questo aspetto. Se cercate la movida nei dintorni,non è il luogo adatto. Väldigt fint läge på hotellet. En utsikt från poolen som verkligen är oslagbar. Fina rum med lika fin utsikt. Restaurangen är medelmåttig men det ligger mysiga restauranger i en by på gångavstånd. Rekommenderat hotell för några nätter.

Good overall hotel with some amazing views! Slight issue was bathroom drain smelt a bit. Fantastic breakfast!! Overlooking the sea. Gramboussa restaurant nearby is a must place to have food!

hotel con camera vista mare eccellente direi da sogno! Personale super disponibile e accogliente e pronto a qualsisi tipo di richiesta. Buffet ricco ma non molto vasto ma comunque di ottima qualità, soprattutto c’è possibilità di trovare soluzioni anche per gli allergici. Colazione eccellente. Se posso dare un consiglio, avrei gradito che ci fosse stato il personale a servire personalmente il buffet causa rischio covid, soprattutto per prendere le posate, i bicchieri e per tagliare il pane. Inoltre data la location così accogliente e con una vista mozzafiato, sarebbe gradito un po’ di intrattenimento serale. Ulteriore consiglio, si parla di spiaggia privata, ma non è attrezzata nemmeno con un ombrellone, il che potrebbe veramente dare un valore aggiunto. Ottima scelta ci tornerei.

Very convenient location if visiting Balos Lagoon. The restaurants near by the hotel are really good. The hotel facilities are very nice, but the service wasn’t great. It can be better and so is the food served for breakfast. Other than that great location.

Abbiamo soggiornato in quest'hotel per essere vicino alle spiagge più belle,comodo sotto questo aspetto. Se cercate la movida nei dintorni,non è il luogo adatto. Hotel molto bello, colazione e cena a buffet buona e molto abbondante. Gentilezza e cordialità ne fanno da padrona. Camera spaziosa con vista mare davvero bella Lo consiglio vivamente

Camera spaziosa e silenziosa (monolocale superior). Ottima pulizia. Struttura ben tenuta con vista sul golfo, comoda per le spiagge di Balos e Falasarna e poco distante da Kissamos. Buona colazione mentre il ristorante a buffet è sicuramente pratico ed economico ma non all'altezza delle taverne vicine.

Staff here are almost as lovely as the views. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The bedroom was comfortable and clean, AC worked (except when you had to leave the room with the key) but the bathroom is weird with the showers allowing water to flood the floor (this is normal in Greece I think). Taxi's charge a lot to get to and from here- so book a rental! Overall- very happy with my stay and look forward to going back!

I needed a night stay near Balos beach and this was ideal location to enjoy my trip next day. Rooms were nice but the headboard of bed was little uncomfortable. There was counter sticking at the top of headboard which I hit my head multiple times. Its an easy fix by installing padding chusion of 3 inches on headboard.
