The fire alarm keep beeping in our room. Finally we climbed up there and just disabled it.

The stay period.

Air condition leaking water and carpet was soaking wet under the unit. TV not working. Exterior door lock card reader was not working. Carpets stained and dirty.

The bed was very uncomfortable.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel! The elevator did not work, I was told it’s been out for several days with no plan to fix it anytime soon, both bathrooms in the lobby were out of order, so we could not use the bathroom while we were waiting to check in, it’s advertised to have a 24 hour fitness center, but that is false advertising as the fitness center is nonexistent as it is filled with furniture, the air conditioner is extremely loud and we couldn’t sleep, the floors above have zero insulation, we could hear every movement the person above us made. I went out for breakfast at 8:00am and there was NOTHING left. I was told it was “all gone” and then told “the cook didn’t make as much as they were supposed to” but by 8am there was no sign of any breakfast at all, it had already been completely “cleaned up” (leaving me to believe there was never any breakfast at all). Extremely disappointed, worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I travel the country monthly, we will never be back at that hotel, which is a shame because we make the trip to Semmes, Alabama several times per year to see family. Simply put, this hotel is NOT AS ADVERTISED. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
