El lugar muy tranquilo y cuidado, el personal es muy amable y la reserva en la alberca me parece bien para poder disfrutarla, el desayuno continental muy rico, solo el colchon es mas firme de lo que se espera pero nada que afecte. Dan ventilador pues no hay aire acondicionado, yo estuve en abril y el clima fue perfecto.

Es un hotel bonito, no anuncian que el tiempo de uso de alberca es de menos de dos horas por estancia y la cama es muy rígida, fuera de eso, todo normal.

The room was completely different from what was advertised. It looked like a cave carved into the side of a hill, converted into a room. Mosquitos were terrible. We had to fumigate the room ourselves, killed mosquitos (an amount never seen anywhere else at other hotels), ants, and other bugs. Cockroaches were also found in the room. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, shower head was clogged. Spent two nights there out of three. There was no AC, no windows to open and let air in. I have never stayed in a room like the one assigned to us, labeled as pet friendly. The only thing I noticed that possibly made this room pet friendly was the absence of floor mats. After complaining we were moved to a suite. Now, this looked a lot better but just old looking and in need of repair. We didn't mind that. The shower didn't drain properly, the water took a long time to drain.

The property is far from Morelia which was inconvenient for me I had to take a 20 min taxi every time. Also the solar water heating is unstable you have to be careful while taking a hot shower or you run the risk of being burnt while in the shower.

Hay mucha tranquilidad. Excelente para descansar. Los precios de la comida están un poco elevados, porque las raciones están un poco pequeñas. Tienen un rico sazón y la atención es excelente. Y los precios por descorche de destilados también considero que es un poco elevado. Todo el personal es muy amable. Me encantó!! Muy recomendable y de verdad es una delicia descansar aquí.

Estuvo invreible, solo les falta un poco mas de variedad en el restaurante y creo que mas personal en el mismo porque si tardan un poco en dar el alimento. Tambien espero que pronto haya un poco mas de accesibilidad para personas discapacitadas en sillas de ruedas o andaderas. Gracias

El lugar muy tranquilo y cuidado, el personal es muy amable y la reserva en la alberca me parece bien para poder disfrutarla, el desayuno continental muy rico, solo el colchon es mas firme de lo que se espera pero nada que afecte. Dan ventilador pues no hay aire acondicionado, yo estuve en abril y el clima fue perfecto.

Hay mucha tranquilidad. Excelente para descansar. Los precios de la comida están un poco elevados, porque las raciones están un poco pequeñas. Tienen un rico sazón y la atención es excelente. Y los precios por descorche de destilados también considero que es un poco elevado. Todo el personal es muy amable. Me encantó!! Muy recomendable y de verdad es una delicia descansar aquí.

Estuvo invreible, solo les falta un poco mas de variedad en el restaurante y creo que mas personal en el mismo porque si tardan un poco en dar el alimento. Tambien espero que pronto haya un poco mas de accesibilidad para personas discapacitadas en sillas de ruedas o andaderas. Gracias
