We had called ahead to warn the desk staff that we would be arriving late in the evening. Someone was immediately available and checked us in right away. In the morning we had a pleasant breakfast and used a basic but clean and adequate gym facility. Checkout was also quick and easy.

Staff was pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was good and continually restocked. Rooms were a little dated and water pressure was not that great. Pool/hot tub were closed and they were the reasons we paid the extra $ for this hotel. Bed was super comfy. Would stay again if the pool/hot tub are open.

Most of the staff was really attentive. The hotel was being renovated so we were not able to access the laundry and there were no vending machines. The pool and hot tub were great. Our room was great, carpet and bathroom were a little old and funky, but the room was clean with a great kitchen.

There was some mold/mildew in spots of the walls and ceiling in the bathroom of room 228. The clock radio only partially worked. I would've been more comfortable if the curtains actually closed all the way. Didn't like the fact that it was just a sheer curtain between the room and outside. The pool was very cloudy.

Upon entering my room there was a severe musty odor inside it. After speaking with the front desk, they moved me to a different room which was directly across from my first one. This room was even worse, as it had such a strong smell of deodorizer that it caused my eyes to be irritated and I was unable to eat my dinner due to the strong fumes. After speaking with the front desk again, she stated that the cleaning staff must have just “Deodorizer Bombed” the room due to other customers complaining that the same rooms I experienced had a foul musty odor. I was then told they had no other rooms available to switch me to and that the “deodorizer bomb” hopefully will only last for another couple of hours. Sadly, that was not the case and my entire stay was extremely uncomfortable and miserable to say the least. Not a happy customer.

One room A/C unit was old dirty and the cover was broken water pressure in one room was too low The phone was not working as we couldn’t call the reception complain to the reception and they said no maintenance till Monday, overall I give 3 stars ⭐️

The staff was wonderful! They allowed us to check in at 1-2pm; thank goodness because our 5 year old had enough of the plane, airport, and the car. Yasenya (sp), the GM, allowed us to shorten our stay due to a flight cancellation on Monday and they didn't have a flight until Wednesday 😣. The third party cancellation terms were expired, so the hotel didn't have to accommodate us; but they did. Thank you! We were able to see my husband's grandmother, even though it was for a shorter time because of American Airlines. I didn't have to stress about the hotel room!

Front desk is not very friendly.. checking out I had to wait as they were cleaning... just thought they should be serving customers first.. Asked 3 times for invoice.. still haven't received it.. will have to call AGAIN!.. Won't stay here again..

They overbooked the suite I booked so to accommodate me they have two suites with king beds and pull out couches. Well at 10pm when it was time for bed the one pull out bed literally the springs were already fallen on the floor and the mattress wouldn’t stay up… so we go to do the second one and it was so dirty and nasty with old sheet. There was old food and GARBAGE behind BOTH couches…. I called down to the office and they said they would get back to me so 40 min later i had to go down and ask what was going on… they offered me ( and my daughters little friends) a room in PENFIELD at 11pm!!! we had a suprise party for my daughter (shes 10) so the manager OFFERED a refund and seemed genuinely sorry that we had to sleep on the dirty ass floor! so earlier before this we had confetti and i had asked for a broom or vacuum to clean up our mess and they don’t allow that. So in the morning the manager said she called expedia to give a refund well here we are days later and she denied it because the mess. I asked to clean it AND i gave the house keeping a cash tip. TERRIBLE

I love that all of the staff from check in to breakfast to check out were all super sweet. The hotel was nice. The pool , hot tub and gym were all inservice. The beds are nit the mist comfortable but it works. The door to our room had to be slammed in order to shut properly otherwise. I would definitely book with them again. Oh yes before I forget breakfast was better than I expected. Also there is a Chili's at the corner from the hotel about a 5 min walk

Kinda tucked away in a odd location which isn't a bad thing. If you weren't looking for it you would never find the hotel. Hotel is clean and the staff is super friendly. Beds were above average. The breakfast was above average compared to most continental breakfasts. The pool room is nice but extremely loud. They were having issues with the hot tub but nothing's expected to be perfect. Would stay again if ever back in that area

The setting was nice if you could stay on the NON-Highway side of the property. The hotel needs a facelift bad. The Guest Experience manager says a renovation is forthcoming; Its about two years too late

Family getaway. Excellent location for shopping. Waterloo Outlets 30 min East. Geat restaurants nearby plus a quick 20 min drive to downtown Rochester. Always enjoy the managers social which was on Wednesdays, 4-6pm. Nice warm pool and hottub. Great hot brekkie in the mornings.

Visiting family and had my dog with me. Room was very comfortable, clean, and great having a kitchenette. Breakfasts were great with 4 choices of hot foods, plus waffles, cereals, breads, muffins, fruit, etc. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family.
