The hotel was convenient and very clean and comfortable. Yet, the parking is terrible!!! The only place to park is in the garage, which they say the up close spots are "RESERVED" for hotel guest, to the cost of $18 a night. Your only option of parking is in the garage, which The City of Allen owns, and that fee is non-negotiable! The hotel was empty as was the garage, there was Not a convention going on and there is nowhere else to park; therefore, you Must pay $18 a night if you have a car! For this reason alone we will not ever stay here again!

We were there for a taekwondo tournament to watch our grandchildren. Super convenient to the convention center. It’s nice that there are several restaurants right across the road. The restaurant on the premises has live music on Friday nights which we did not want to hear loud music. The attached parking ramp was very convenient. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great location, beautiful hotel with stunning artwork. The only negative was the pool appeared to be draining or drained as the water was low so we didn’t go swimming. Looking forward to the possibility during our next visit.

In short, for how expensive this stay was, we were shocked that there wasn't continental breakfast included in the price. The coffee was expensive in the lobby, as was the restaurants on site. Then having to pay $20 a day for parking. Just all of this to nickel and dime your guests. We won't be staying here again.

I didn't like that you had to pay for coffee, there was no free parking, you couldn't sit by the pool to drink coffee in the morning before 10 while it was nice and shady.

The property was nice. Stained carpet in our room needed to be replaced. Housekeeping was knocking on doors, including ours, in the 8am hour when check-out wasn't until noon. Sleep was un-necessarily interrupted by this.

The whole floor that we stayed on spelled really bad. I can’t really explain the stench but it was mildew-ish mixed with others. Our room spelled too but not as bad. There was hair in the shower, and on the bathroom floor. The desk was sticky! The bar and grill was fabulous and the bar tender made our experience great.

Needed a handicapped accessible room; did not get that. I called the hotel they said to contact hotels.com. Did that and said I needed a handicapped room, and I changed the reservation to handicapped but I was put on the 5th floor, all the way down the end of the hall, and I had difficulty getting off the toilet and was not able to shower. Then three separate times I had to clean the piles of dust that came out of the vent. My only option was to move to a different room at 10:00 at night. I was using crutches and rely on my son for help, so I adjusted the ac to not turn on as often. At check in I was told that I would have to pay for parking and there was a $50 hold. I was not informed of this prior. For $250 for one night, I expected more.

This property was clean and kept up very well by the staff! everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeepers, to the bar staff were friendly and courteous! I would definitely book at this facility the next time I’m visiting the Dallas area!

So the property was super nice! How ever the room we were in had stained bedding no coffee cups and 1 water dirty glass I wish I would’ve taken the time to reach out to someone or take pictures. Over all amazing place to stay aside from those two things!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel overall. The staff was friendly & hotel was nice & clean. The hotel bar & grill was top notch. The bartender knows his drinks. However, the beds are NOT comfortable & will keep us from staying here again.

The location was good but that was about all. First off, this is a poorly built facility. It looks nice but walls are paper thin. I spend 200 nights a year in hotels and this is by far the worst hotel build I have stayed in. Floors are wood not concrete. Doors are thin. You will hear everything. For the price point, this should not be happening. Especially on a three year old hotel. Very sad to see that either architect chose poor sound control or developer decision. Either way, this hotel does not represent my normal experience with any hotel that has been built in the past five years.

Pillows were so amazing I ordered 4 immediately! Asked for a King and got a queen but it was ok cause they took into account we had dogs and placed us closer to the end close to the exit doors and not in the middle. I understand there is a pet fee but it is significant. Loved the location, ease of checking in, tv was full of options- able to watch our own streaming, clean and spotless bathroom with soft towels.

Caroline at the front desk was the epitome of excellent customer service, professionalism and friendliness. Kevin at the Canyon (?) bar went above and beyond with service and made me feel comfortable as an older woman coming into a bar alone. This was on Christmas day with a full house and crowded lobby. Its the best hotel experience I have had in many years. I highly recommend this establishment!

Hotel was well kept and is also a convention center. 1* for the concierge. I felt I was treated poorly because i wasnt fi ely dressed. When checking in there was an older gentleman in front of me whom was treated like a king. The concierge was so polite and friendly to him to the point I was shocked how when I stepped up it was a 360. I don’t think he even looked at me and was not friendly or welcoming. My wife whom is the most optimistic cheerful person around even said to me, “He was rude”. Checked out at 3AM to head on the road and a different concierge treated me the same. Did not feel welcome here.

My children and I recently stayed at the hotel and I forgot my jewelry on the shelf in the bathroom. I realized I had left it later on in the afternoon and called the hotel. They said they could not look for it and I would have to file a report. I filed the report immediately and 2 days later received a generic reply that they would look for the jewelry and if not found in 14 days, the case would be closed. I have contacted the hotel twice and was told they would call me back but have not received a call. I am filing a police report so hopefully my jewelry will be returned.

The property was very nice and very clean. What I didn't like about it is: When I booked the hotel through Expedia it shows Parking available. It said nothing about parking is extra $$$. Then when I checked in, I asked about parking because there was no obvious parking in front. The agent told me how to park around back and he even told me I could park in reserve. But, NOTHING was said about parking is extra $$$. It wasn't until the next morning, I logged into my bank and saw and extra $19 charged to my card. I called the front desk and they said parking was $18 tax. That made me very upset because, again NOTHING was told to me. The front desk just said they were sorry because I booked with an outside agency. So, very disappointed with the hotel and the lack of communication that I received and the extra charge that was not mentioned to me. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

We picked this hotel as we had a kids event taking place here. We arrived late night, and were told they couldn’t accommodate the room type we booked due to other guests checking in early! After about 5-10 minutes of explaining them that it may not work for us, the front desk asked us to wait for a few minutes so they can get our room ready. Took them 15-20 minutes and finally we were in. Glad they were able to help. Room was clean and well kept. Hotel is located in a convenient location and hotel staff is very friendly. Has a good breakfast buffet. The adult buffet price was comparable to any other place, but for kids it was very very fairly priced considering how much kids eat :-). The cleaning staff did a good job throughout the stay. We didn’t get to use all the facilities in our 2 night stay, but our overall stay was good.

This site quoted me on amount price and at the hotel charged me 500.00 more. They didn’t include all the hidden extra costs. I also reserved a king size bed 2 1/2 months ahead of time and was told they didn’t have that available. I’m not sure why anyone books ahead of time when the hotel dictates what you get regardless.

We had a wonderful stay. We were in town for a Volleyball Tournament and the location was perfect. The rooms are large and was easily accessible from the garage. It was perfect since I was traveling with 2 little kids. All of the employees were extremely nice. They even had live music in the restaurant on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Coffee should be cheap or free. Coffee is cheaply made and you sell it for $4.01 a cup. Understandable at a boutique but at a hotel, it should be free. An amenity

The staff was amazing and welcoming. The food was okay. But the breakfast made up for it. The rooms were extremely clean and the lightening made it feel cozy and warm. The overall hotel was very clean and the pool look beautiful. Very well kept.
