The M4 was closed du en to roadworks so it was impossible to get to the hotel. They did not answer the phone and so far have have refused to refund the booking.

This hotel was hard to find. There was a Days sign but no indication that the hotel was down the adjacent path, I had to ask someone in the main service station. Better signing would be helpful, that could be seen whilst driving in the car The staff were very friendly and helpful There was a problem with the toilet seat, which I mentioned on check-out but I don't understand how the housekeeping team missed it
