We really liked this property and it was a good stopping point in the middle of our road trip in New Mexico. We appreciated the kitchenette and dining area - it was well stocked. I really like the gym - was very spacious and very well equipped. Also appreciated the free coffee downstairs.

I have been staying in Roswell off and on for over months and this hotel is the quietest in town! My room backs up to the golf course and I wake up to a very nice view and at the price it can not be beat. Free washer and dryer and I very nicely set up gym. It is in the middle of everything Roswell has to offer.

The hotel was not kept clean. The pool was dirty with the chlorine problem. The hot tub is broke down and gross not impressed at all about your property more than likely will not stay with your franchise again.

Nice hotel, nice staff, close to restaurants in a cute quirky town. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were unavailable. Given that it is about 100d outside, we were not too happy. When we complained, they comped us a free night. So VERY responsive and accommodating.

Large clean room with a full kitchen. All the amenities one would expect. Lots of room for parking. No breakfast but they did have coffee to go available in the lobby. Looks like room was recently renovated. Quiet area close to everything. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean! Comfortable beds and spacious room with kitchen. Location good and staff very nice. The only drawback is outside needs power wash and it’s a bit rundown but that did not take away from the fact it had great air conditioning… it was very hot outside and the feel they really took pride in cleanliness which I appreciated.

Old and outdated. Not well kept, I dropped some water on the floor and when I wiped it up the washcloth was black. The tv was blurry and froze. You can hear what’s going on in the rooms surrounding yours.

The hotel was not as clean as it should’ve been and was just generally so so condition there was no breakfast even though other candlewood we stayed at had breakfast and we will not stay there again. The utensils in the kitchen were dirty so we didn’t use those and the sofa bed has used had to change the sofa bed. It was a disappointment.

I have stayed in many hotels and this one was by far one of the cleanest! The room was so spacious, and I felt very safe. Staff was also very friendly! Will be staying again :)

We arrived and got checked into our room and found the sheets had not been changed from the previous guests. They did get us another room that had been cleaned, however there were dog stains on the carpet. The bed was comfortable and the room was cool.

This place needs some TLC. Everything is dated except the TV. No USB outlets or ability to recharge electronics without a cube or your own charger. Wi-Fi is marginal and really slow if you can get a connection. The price is fair for the room. He/ she who expect.s nothing shall not be disappointed

Overall the stay was good. The 2 things that I didn't know was how hard the beds were and the fact that there's a $30 incidentals fee tacked on. I was not aware of it. I hope to get reimbursed for that. The beds were really stiff and uncomfortable. Did not get a good night sleep. The pool was nice, we had it to ourselves. No continental breakfast. But overalls friendly, helpful.

The staff was nice, attentive and professional. I stayed a few nights due to work and the morning i was supposed to check out i woke up feeling miserably sick and ended up paying for another night online and the young lady up front was able to keep me in my room so i didn't have to move feeling horrible.

I wish to greatly thank Yolanda Coronado, General Manager, for resolving with enormous grace and humanity a major snafu with Denny´s next door, which provided expired dining coupons to hotel guests then refused to honor them, on top of a heap of other Denny´s fiascos. Ms. Coronado provided a level of understanding and kindness that guarantee we will return to and recommend Candlewood Suites.

When I arrived at the hotel they told me that my reservation had been cancelled. I asked by who and they said they didn’t know. I know I didn’t. I asked if they had any other rooms available and they said no. So after driving 8 hours I had to call around to find another hotel. Overall it was a bad experience.

Overall, it was a good stay. One night we found a lizard in our suitcase. Surprise! And two times I requested a wake up call and did not get a call the following morning. The person at the desk said they were having issues with the system and apologized. But otherwise it was a nice stay, nice room.

I have been staying in Roswell off and on for over months and this hotel is the quietest in town! Very welcoming. The room was spotless, plenty of towels were given. Parking area was close to the front of the building which made it convenient. The location was also nice and convenient to area attractions.

Quietist hotel I have stayed in by far, my room view is a golf coarse. Free laundry washer and dryer, plenty of parking. Staff has been helpful and friendly, cost is very good deal.

This was a pretty nice property, off the road a bit so it was very quiet. Very clean, had a kitchenette, and also the front desk lady was helpful. Stayed here for a business trip to Roswell and then a tourist trip to Carlsbad.

The hotel was a good value, all I needed was a place to shower and change for the next day. I didn't realize when I booked it that they don't do breakfast but that's on me. Friendly staff, clean room and convenient to shops, dining and attractions.
