Went to a concert at the Dome, so reasonable distance to a lot of facilities. The hotel put on food and beer on the evening of the event free, nice touch when arriving. Rooms are dated but clean and spacious and reasonably priced fridge, microwave good bed, full tub all plus's. Free breakfast in the morning, just felt like we were getting a good bang for the buck. The hotel was great! Bright and clean, great service and the coffee barista machine made fabulous coffee! Fabulous! I hope all the Holiday Inn Express locations are like this! It will be my first choice.

My favorite part of the stay was the breakfast I was impressed on the variety of items offered. The pool was clean and the warm towels made it very pleasant for my children when they got out. They also offered chocolate chip cookies and coffee 24/7 which was a nice addition for a late snack.

All the staff were very pleasant. The main part of the hotel was nice with a modern style. The other floors and rooms were worn out and old, but it was still clean. The breakfast was good. Pool area was clean but the pool and the room was cold. Overall it’s a nice place.

We stayed for 4 nights on an out of state construction job. Ample parking for large trucks & trailers easy roads in and out, big plus right next to home depot. A young guy (Alex If i remember wrong sorry bud) was out often to pick up the lot trash and keep the ground tidy he was very friendly and talking to him about our trade was a good time to vent. BIG THANKS to Miss Sonya in the kitchen. She was attentive, friendly and kept things clean and stocked, even with 5 hungry men eating there big plates! Breakfast spread was Incredible! 5 out of 5 from us.

Arrived at the hotel late after a long drive from New York. Arrived at 10 pm and went straight to the room. Lucky the room had 2 beds because the bed on the left had hair on the pillow and on the comforter. Hair all over the washroom floor. Not hygienic at all. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Property is outdated and old, worn furniture in room. Price not appropriate for having to endure unsightly renovations. Room not very clean, bathtub dirty with hair in it. Noisy guest above me making it hard to get any sleep. Don’t recommend at all.

This hotel is getting old and worn out and it shows. The floor in the bathroom was literally slanted and the tiles were collapsing towards the shower, to the point where the toilet was also slanted. I guess this concerned me more than the water damage/wall paper peeling right off the walls and cheap cushion cover-up on the chair which I’m sure hid a bunch of gross. The structural concerns took precedence over the gummy candy remaining on the floor as well. Heat/cooling worked good, mattresses were the usual, and the breakfast was good as well. Location is easy to get to and quiet.

A real gem that greatly surpassed our expectations. 4 of us came into town for a race, and this room was huge. Everything is very updated and very clean. Great breakfast options. Only criticism is the large gap at the bottom of the doors of the rooms. Always hate that--lets light and noise in and compromises privacy. Other than that this was Great.

The floors echoed everything from above you. I could hear the people jumping and walking back and forth across the floor till they went to bed around 11:30. The area around the tub showed signs of mold or some sort of build up. Pool was nice, and lobby was very clean. Breakfast was great.

Location was convenient to visit Syracuse university. Lobby is new and gives one false hope for the rest of the hotel. Rooms are big but old. Peeling wallpaper, broken lamp shades, very dark. Beds were comfortable and room was big. It served its purpose but I think I’d stay at embassy suites in carrier circle next time.

We were up for a visit to our son who is at Syracuse U. It is close and had all to comports we needed. Everything from friendly, efficient staff to clean all around, it was enjoyable. The mornng breakfast staff were super on top of guests' needs.

We were in Syracuse for the Syracuse/ North Carolina Lacrosse game and the access to the JMA arena was simple and convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is attending a Syracuse University event. The breakfast provided was very good and a great way to start the day.

Excellent stay in newly remodelled hotel. Furnishings are new. Complimentary Breakfast selection was very good lots of options, staff were amazing friendly and helpful. We stayed for the Cuse graduation and they had welcome party for guests with food and drinks. Room and bathroom was excellent. Overall highly recommend and close short drive to Syracuse University. Each morning Manager and staff came around tables to make sure everyone was having a good stay. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend.

We had the BEST stay and highly recommend!! The manager and staff are all super friendly and helpful. Team went out of their way to help celebrate Cuse graduating families with a lovely welcome reception and cookies and water til late! Breakfast is good and the rooms and facilities are all newly renovated and nicely furnished. They made sure everything was always set up in the morning for guests and tables were cleaned off so quickly. They have tables to have late night dinners post grad celebrations which made it convenient for takeout gatherings. They even gave out white flowers for moms for Mother’s Day. Would stay here again anytime!! Thanks for your hospitality!! You made our stay even more special and memorable.
