The place was really busy when we arrived and we got the last space in the car park. The hotel bar was really loud and busy including outside our room although it didn’t last until late hours. The hotel is up a steep hill and would exclude anyone with the slightest mobility issues wanting to visit the village. The staff were really friendly and accommodating but I’ve had better breakfasts.

Bed was terrible. Was like sleeping on a box spring. Never got anything close to warm water. Toilet was hard to get it to flush. Check in person was nice. Place was clean. Parking was good too

An amazing little hotel in a quiet little street in Tobermory. Lovey, compact town, everywhere is within easy walking distance but there are a few hills. The facilities were really good, nice little bar with great food. We were made to feel really welcome, even our little toy poodle, George. We all loved our 4 night stay and definitely hope to return one day.

I would have given 5 stars… but the mattress was the worst mattress in the history of mattress in room 10. The springs were completely worn out, had dips in it so bad you would roll off. And the noise of the worn out springs! Oh it was a tiny double/ full. After 2 hrs I had enough. I finally went down stairs (no one there). I called and someone called me back. We were able to change rooms and it was fantastic. The mattress had a nice topper, was a regular double size, and didn’t make noise. The staff was great. In fact the lady who checked us in was the nicest and most helpful person I’ve met in a month of my travels. She even called to get us reservations. The breakfast was good also. I’m not much on the traditional UK breakfast, but I had pancetta and scrambled eggs that was delicious! Parking and walking is a breeze.

Loved our stay here staff friendly we thought the place had a nice atmosphere some lovely outside seating areas lovely wee village a short walk down the hill or via steps at the side of the hotel opposite we thought down and up the hill was easier than the steps definitely would go back

Lovey hotel in Tobermory, it was a quick walk down the stairs to the waterfront shops and eating options. Nice clean room, lovely breakfast, and a quick walk out the front of the property to a beautiful view of the town. I would stay here again.

The location is great, beds comfortable, rooms nice and clean and the staff friendly. The coffee machine and mini fridge in the room were appreciated. Breakfast was a good staple spread as expected. I must admit we ate at the hotel next door instead simply because of their stunning views!! Would recommend Park Lodge, and will definitely return.

Check-in was slow, as they’d lost the key. When we eventually got into the room, it looked a bit tired, but was clean. We then discovered there was no TV remote!… and despite several attempts from the staff to try and “find a spare”, all attempts failed. This was frustrating as, after a long day, we just wanted to relax and watch some tv. I was told that the owner was away, but upon their return was promised that a “goodwill partial refund” would be offered. No communication happened (surprise, surprise) and we were left feeling very hard done by - an average hotel, at premium prices, who clearly don’t care about their guests!

This is an older hotel but is well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was very good. The location was great - just a short walk down to the main street and quaint shops in Tobermory! What a magical place...!

It was a really nice place to stay with gorgeous views over Tobermory from our room. Clean and quiet. The only thing I would suggest is that if traveling with a Senior or with someone with mobility issues you will need to get a taxi to get up the hill to get to it. Ask the hotel for local taxi numbers and plan ahead.

We had a brilliant stay, it was the final place we stayed on a road trip and was definitely a highlight. The bed was comfortable, the room was in great condition, brilliant breakfast and a great location. Just be aware the road up to the hotel is quite narrow.
