Good: location is ultra close to much of the main touristic attractions like Charles bridge and Klementinum Library, there is a restaurant included that I did not get to try Not so good: The room size was the smallest I have ever stayed in with sloped ceiling and large beam in the middle making it quite closterphobic and always havign to watch your head. And there was some kind of miscommunication with the staff about getting a takeway breakfast as I had mentioned to one staff I had to leave around 4am and the other staff working the night did not know and there was no breakfast prepared. Overall, for the price and the size of the room, I preferred the other hotel in stayed which was in Mala Strana which was better equipped and in a quieter area but if you want to be close to the nightlife, this hotel's location is excellent.

Zuerst einmal -das Personal ist mega! Alle total nett, alle sprechen Englisch.Danke dafür!!! Unser Zimmer war in der dritten Etage. Bis zur zweiten Etage gelangt man mit einem kleinen Aufzug. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe und war gut ausgestattet mit Doppelbett, Sofa (bei uns als Aufbettung), Fernseher, Bad mit Wanne... Insgesamt kann die Unterkunft durchaus mal ein Update vertragen - vor allem die Fenster und Türen. Das Restaurant befindet sich im Eingangsbereich und (überdachten) Innenhof. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber es gibt alles für einen guten Start in den Tag. Mittagessen und Abendessen wird ebenfalls angeboten - lecker und gutes Preis -Leistungsverhältnis! Das Restaurant schließt gegen 20 Uhr! Das beste ist die Lage der Pension - 5 Minuten bis zur Karlsbrücke, 50 m von Touristenstrom, Pubs, Minimarkt, Trdelnik... in einer kleinen Gasse ( und deshalb sehr ruhig). Von hier aus kann man praktisch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erlaufen und wenn man doch mal etwas weiter weg will, ist eine U-Bahn Station sowie Bus und Straßenbahn Haltestellen in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem eine eher einfache Unterkunft in top Lage mit sehr netten Personal - wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

This place have a prefect location in the old city of Prage. Close to the famus Karlův most bridge. Easy spot to start every day and close to green line metro and other transportation options. In the hotel you have breakfast and restaurant too. They have a elevator for 2 floors but if you get room on 3 floor you have to walk one flight of stairs to those rooms. Room is simple but have all you need. We have window agenst the street, but I still think is was pretty quiet and calm. Even if resturans and pubs are close by. Staff is welcoming and nice. Bed is also good and shower area is good. Only thing i would change is the pillows in the bed. They are a bit lumpy. This is definitely a place I would go back too and stay.

I booked the hotel several months ago and specifically requested a twin room for myself and my adult son. On arrival we were asked to prepay for the 3 night stay. We were only told after we had paid that the room was a double! And no other accommodation was available. I was not contacted before arrival to say no twin rooms were available. The hotel is well located in the old town near the Charles Bridge. There are no parking facilities. The hotel although clean was well worn and could benefit from refurbishment and redecorating. The room was basic with limited facilities. Breakfast was nice but again limited, no hot food apart from toast.

Fikk rom i loft etasje i 4 etasje. Heis gikk kun til 2 etasje. Svært sparsomt hotell som har sett sine beste dager. Stiller noen spørsmål rundt brannsikkerhet og rømningsveier. Enkel frokost. Kaffemaskin så gikk sikring støtt og stadig. Satt i et gammel portrom å spiste frokost. Skyvedør stod åpent pga. tekniske problemer. Ble da kaldt i rommet. Gjester som sjekket in/ ut, eller som var klar for å gå ut hadde veien forbi frokostbordene. Uansett går for en helg. Positivt at det lå svært sentralt.

Parkplätze gab es nicht ,Die Einrichtung war stellenweise kaputt und die Tür zum Zimmer war offen und konnte nur mit größerer Mühe geschlossen werden

Good location in Old Town. An older hotel with lots of steps and a tiny elevator. Cozy room, but good for price.

It is close to the town center (astronomical clock) and the Charles bridge. The hotel is like a family run hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room is clean but very basic. my room is in the attic level and I need to take the stairs to the room. The tub is high and it can be a challenge to those who are short. Not sure if the room has AC but it's early May and it is not too warm.

Kanten kaputt, Mini bar Kühlschrank so laut musste den Stecker ziehen. Umgebung top, besser kann man es kaum haben. Silberfische im Bad auch gesehen.

Das Zimmer wirkte vernachlaessigt.

Bathroom was not clean when I arrived. I was put in another room which I stayed in one night. Woke up with bed bug bites. Told the front desk and they reimbursed the 3 other nights I booked. Ironically, the hostel I stayed at was way cleaner than this hotel. And cheaper, too. Do not stay here (Staff were nice though)

Super run down and falling apart and really bad smell but staff are so nice and area is amaxing

Äldre hotell, slutet men rent och snyggt! Helt ok frukost om än lite medioker! Detta uppvägs med att ägarna och personal verkligen gör allt de kan för att serva oss. Som tex extratidning frukost på hemresedagen och väldigt god mat lunch och middag. Som helhet, jättebra! Kommer gärna till baka!

Fantastisk beliggenhed, muligt at gå til de mest kendte ting. Hotellet og værelset var slidt, men det var rent.

Super emplacement. Simple et très propre. Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Mais chambre single très petite (chambre + salle d'eau = 10m2)

Frukosten var en besvikelse, hade förväntat mig en bättre frukost med ett större urval. Rummen var extremt lyhörda och man hörde allt vad grannarna gjorde… Väldigt små rum. Kan tyvärr inte rekommendera detta ställe.

Läget var toppen! Servicen var bra. Frukosten enkel men helt okej. Rummet var rent men i dåligt skick. Toaletten stod och rann hela tiden och handtaget till toaletten lossnade så vi fick gå på toa med öppen dörr. Tyvärr för slitet för vår smak även om hotellet i sig hade en viss charm

The pension is situated in a very convenient area, just around the corner of Charles Bridge and few block from the Old Square, you can walk to most of the places to visit in the city. The services were very good; the staff was friendly and helped us with everything requested. Breakfast is simple but good. The room was very spacious and clean, the only inconvenience is that is was next to the elevator and the smoking area, so we had other guest talking and spending time next to our window. This was my second time there, and I definitely would go there again.

Staff were lovely and location was incredible. Breakfast was included however was very modest. Room was very small and there was no safe. Overall positive experience but nothing outstanding.

The hotel was a 3 star but should be 2 star because it was old and the room was worn down with a toilet running with water all the time and a tap that was hard and not easy to use. It should be repaired but nothing happened. However the hotel was in the very center which was positive.

The hotel is basically a home converted to a hotel. Other than proximity to the Prague City Center, nothing whatsoever was good about the place. The rooms were too small. We ran out of hot water for our showers. I stayed here 3 days and struggled to fit my luggage in the small room. The hotel needs serious enovation and rooms need to be remodeled. Staff was never available to talk at anytime or help with any questions. Most of them had a frown on their faces. Breakfast was average.

Litet ganska gammalt hotell. Men fantastisk personal. Vi kom tidigt men kunde checka in direkt. Ganska slitet hotell men det gjorde inte så mycket. Perfekt läge i centrala gamla Prag. Här kan vi bo igen.

Ett litet charmigt hotell som ligger perfekt till i gamla stan med nära till alla sevärdheter och restauranger. Inget flådigt och stort hotell, utan perfekt för ändamålet. Plus i kanten för en mysig liten innergård. Trevlig och serviceminded personal ❤️. Skulle bo här igen om jag reste tillbaka.

Great value in the heavy of Prague Old Town, literally only 100 m walk from Charles Bridge, yet very safe and quiet despite lots of cafés and restaurants all around. Good sized rooms, superbly clean and well kept room and bathroom. Furniture a little dated but workable. Very good bed and unusually good pillows. Friendly staff. Only two small suggestions for improvement: 1) missing small table or shelf in bathroom 2) breakfast ok but missing warm dishes .. if this is improved, we would - basis value for money - have given it 5 stars. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is located right in the center of Prague. The staff is really friendly and the food is great.

I would stay there again for their very traditional, old world, pension experience. Breakfast was wonderful, location could not be beat, everything was clean, staff were outstanding.
