Was told when i booked to make sure and request a fold out bed at check-in. Not all couches fold out. I did this when we arrived and was assured our room had one. Almost midnight getting everyone tucked in for the night, removed the cushions and it was not a fold out. It was to late to move into another room. Two of my kids had a very uncomfortable night. One on tiny couch and one on floor. Phone was not working in room. Also it literally sounded like the people above us were running a marathon in their room for hours all night. My biggest complaint was the pool. It was dirty with what looked like brown paper and the smell of trash was overwhelming at times. I am still not sure if it was a dumpster near by or if it was the water in the pool. The temperature of the water was warm and not refreshing but that could be because of the high temps we have had. Breakfast was just ok. Better than some hotel breakfast but if your excited for eggs and ham, they were awful.

I booked this hotel, literally as a last-minute resort for a family trip for my children and myself, and I'm SO glad I did. The receptionist, Kiara, was so hospitable upon check-in and throughout our stay, as was two other gentlemen that were present at varying intervals. As far as cleanliness, the hotel, including the lobby and rooms were spotless. We did have a mishap with one of the elevators when we arrived, but opted to use the stairs for a bit, until the lift was serviced. The shuttle was also a major convenience, offering drop off and pick up service to and from the airport and many locations in the surrounding area. The rooms were very modern, and the amenities were perfect. The kids and I agree...we would definitely stay here again!

I always stay at this Element when I have to come the DFW area for work. The staff are always nice and the happy hour at the end of the day is alwways great and accommodating. One time, I came back to the hote tired from a long day and I saw that I had just missed happy hour because the bartender was already packing up. But when he saw me, he pulled out two cold beers for me to take up to my room to enjoy. The location is also great because it's close to the major highways, near good food (and variety of choices) and also close to the airport. Highly recommend it!

We drive an EV. We paid extra to stay here because they advertise as an accommodation that they have EV Chargers on their website and Hotels.com I even called to confirm that they had EV charging, and they said yes. I drove the whole parking lot...NEVER saw a charging station. I finally asked the front desk clerk to show me where it was...he just kept pointing in a general direction and said unfortunately, there was a car parked in front of it. He didn't say that it hasn't worked in years etc. they just tried to stick with the script that they have EV charging as he began to give me directions to a charging station 10 minutes away. SEE MY PIC. I asked if he could just cancel my reservation so that we could find another hotel with charging and he said..."Sorry I can't because you pre-paid for the room. I've NEVER seen a "charging station" this old. It didn't even have power cables on it. Took us about 2.5 hours going around town, and finding available chargers and get charged up. In the morning, I asked for the manager... conveniently NOT available. The front desk clerk told me that that charging station was about 14 years old and hadn't worked in years! What!?!? The front desk clerk said she would pass on my complaint to the manager. I asked if there was anything they could do for me because of the situation stating verbally over the phone and on their website...they did not do one thing to make this right. BEWARE! Hotels.com should make them remove EV Charging off website.

The hotel is fine. Customer service horrible, as well as shuttle service from airport. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for the shuttle bus. After calling the hotel six times, Jack the receptionist’s response was “you have other transportation options like a taxi or Uber. Not fair. They advertise to have free shuttle transportation 24/7. Will never stay at this place again.

The room I was in smelled like mold and the shower leaked on the floor so much. The ceiling in the shower was peeling and you could also see mold within the silicon caulk around the shower and floors and molds behind the peeling paint. It is not worth the price they are charging in my opinion. A motel 6 is better and cheaper….

This was my and my family's second time staying at this location, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. All of the staff are SO friendly and courteous. The rooms were very clean, and anything that we were lacking, the front desk was more than willing to accommodate. Very pleasant stay and interactions that my family and I are growing accustomed to.

No air conditioning! It's 6 am and 78 degrees in my room! The staff doesn't care. Apparently it's been an issue in a lot of the rooms for over a year, but it hasn't been repaired. Also there's a constant smell of mold throughout the hotel, especially in the hallways, but also in the room. Public areas look great and are cool, but not the rooms.

Our original room had a dead cockroach in the bathroom and it appeared that the shower had been used before our arrival. The staff switched us to another room but it wasn't that clean and the sheets looked very worn. Considering the reputation of Element in other locations and because its a Westin property, better care could be taken for cleanliness and readiness of the rooms. Most people coming into these airport hotel rooms are doing so after a very long day of travel and don't need any more stress. I did appreciate the shuttle van driver's kindness and the front desk staff. And the breakfast looked awesome even though we had to miss it for an early departure on the shuttle at 6 a.m.

The hotel had a musty smell in the hallways and in the room. The window sill had rust stains that had not been cleaned who knows in how long. The bathroom room had scuffs and shower looked like it had not been cleaned due to dark stains on the shower basin. The mattress was uncomfortable you can almost feel the springs. Tge only good thing was tge lady working the breakfast buffet, she was so kind.

Booked this room for two nights so I could rest and recover from a long road trip. There was no blackout curtains and the air conditioning wasn’t strong. The bed was not comfortable and I just couldn’t get good rest! Housekeeping kept knocking at 8 am !!!! They should know I am there for two nights and leave me alone . Not enough coffee and towels for two people for two nights!! I had to call from my phone because the room phone didn’t work. I was really looking forward to some peace and quiet but you could hear everything. I did enjoy their smart TVs . Won’t stay here again !

It's a nice hotel, my coworker and i booked because of the 9 of 10 start rating, but I feel that's very old rating. Overall a good start, but the room has wall damage, chipped and damaged furniture, and loose outlets. It's probably time for an update at this property.

There was an unpleasant smell throughout the place. No one at the front desk at 6:30am, needed info for airport shuttle. Found out desk clerk was driver for shuttle so he was gone from front desk, No one was there to take over. Just seemed a bit strange.

Let’s start by saying this might be an outliner but the experience was bad. I sent my wife and granddaughter to visit son who was in town for a convention. Trip was for 5 days. They checked in and upon heading to the room encountered some people on floor that made them feel uncomfortable Past that the room was dirty and the sheets and bedspread has stains on them. Wife tried talking to the night front desk person who said you paid for 5 days nothing I can/will do for you. But really didn’t give her the time of day cause he was concerned with other things like chatting with others. Couple days later found out that they never actually checked her out and charged us a flat rate of 100.00 per day for the remaining 4 days. I called spoke to another manager who fixed it and refunded the $400.00. Overall some good people done bad people and our experience at the hotel was a place would never stay at.

This was my and my family's second time staying at this location, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. All of the staff are SO friendly and courteous. The rooms were very clean, and anything that we were lacking, the front desk was more than willing to accommodate. Very pleasant stay and interactions that my family and I are growing accustomed to.

First day front desk staff was significantly more friendly than end of our stay staff. The breakfast was good, way better than most hotels, and the staff that supported that we great. They do need do not disturb signs as they started knocking at 9:30 for a total of three times by 11. I understand they want to get at their job as quick as they can but there were no do not disturb signs and checkout was noon

Dinner dining was nearby, as was entertainment. Breakfast was incredible, there were so many options to choose from, and it was delicious. I would have liked to have had real oatmeal, instead of instant, but I loved having real plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware. We would definitely stay there again. The highlight for me was the lovely young lady at the front desk, Kiara, she made my day. She was so friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I chose to stay there. I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is fine. Customer service horrible, as well as shuttle service from airport. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for the shuttle bus. After calling the hotel six times, Jack the receptionist’s response was “you have other transportation options like a taxi or Uber. Not fair. They advertise to have free shuttle transportation 24/7. I always stay at this Element when I have to come the DFW area for work. The staff are always nice and the happy hour at the end of the day is alwways great and accommodating. One time, I came back to the hote tired from a long day and I saw that I had just missed happy hour because the bartender was already packing up. But when he saw me, he pulled out two cold beers for me to take up to my room to enjoy. The location is also great because it's close to the major highways, near good food (and variety of choices) and also close to the airport. Highly recommend it!

Was told when i booked to make sure and request a fold out bed at check-in. Not all couches fold out. I did this when we arrived and was assured our room had one. Almost midnight getting everyone tucked in for the night, removed the cushions and it was not a fold out. It was to late to move into another room. Two of my kids had a very uncomfortable night. One on tiny couch and one on floor. Phone was not working in room. Also it literally sounded like the people above us were running a marathon in their room for hours all night. My biggest complaint was the pool. It was dirty with what looked like brown paper and the smell of trash was overwhelming at times. I am still not sure if it was a dumpster near by or if it was the water in the pool. The temperature of the water was warm and not refreshing but that could be because of the high temps we have had. Breakfast was just ok. Better than some hotel breakfast but if your excited for eggs and ham, they were awful.

We were there overnight during a long layover. Our flight landed at midnight. The process for calling and getting the shuttle was quick and easy. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious. I’d definitely book here again.

This was our 1st time staying in this hotel chain. We were in town for a quick getaway and a concert at a local venue. What a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, the place was very well kept inside and out. There is a decent breakfast provided (scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, cereals, fruits, bagels, muffins, oatmeal and a yogurt bar). This is something you rarely find in hotels with kitchenettes and it was appreciated. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed provided a pleasant nights rest. The walk-in shower was nice and hot with a selectable rain head or wand configuration. Kitchennete lacked a sharp knife for cutting, but provided pretty much everything else. All in all it was a first rate stay and we will return here if ever in the area again.

It’s not very often you find a place that is OVERALL a nice place to stay but this place was above and beyond. Every staff member was friendly and helpful from check in to morning breakfast. The hotel is obviously an old property. The lobby looked unfinished and has no bar other than a small "store" of basic food and drink. The room was clean but still some dated elements, in the room, including a missing baseboard. It is not Aloft so there is work to be done. The staff are obviously better trained than most and were good. The shuttle driver, Troy, was very kind and took me to a bar nearby on his rounds. Especially as there wasn't a store. The chain is Westin so the bed was nice and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was basic but always appreciate a hard boiled egg.
