The pictures are severely outdated- don’t plan on using hot tub or sauna - they were not available unless you “scheduled them”. The room flooring was dirty on entrance, the place is trying to be a top quality hotel but most things look like they are falling apart or well used.

It’s a shame the rooftop spa wasn’t in operation or that the bathroom door didn’t shut because apart from that we loved our time here. Location is FANTASTIC - bus stop (direct bus to La Boca, La Caminata and San Telmo) outside hotel, subway 20m away. Could see the Obelisk from our room. Breakfast was great, rooms and beds were good. I would definitely stay here again. We walked to bars / restaurants at night and to a Tango show.

Não é um hotel 4 estrelas. Não disponibiliza frigobar, compramos água fora. Não disponibiliza room service. Não tem área de piscina, restaurante ou bar. Faço uma ressalva ao atendimento da recepção, excelente. Café da manhã simplório, até os ovos que estão presentes em todos os hotéis que já me hospedei, são cobrados a parte. O pior são horríveis.

The hotel is close to everything. Friendly staff. Breakfast is not bad but start at 7:00 AM. The hotel needs some refurbishing. The gym/ fitness room or any exercise equipment is not working or all broken. The management should update that they don’t have a gym available onsite.

Great location right in downtown Buenos Aires. Just a couple blocks from the Obelisco and many great restaurants. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly, but there were several issues including the door lock was extremely finicky and always took at least 5 tries to open the hotel room door. Also the hair dryer was broken, and caught fire when trying to use it. The rooftop jacuzzi was the best part of the hotel, even though we requested it at a certain time one day of our stay, and the staff failed to prepare it at the requested time. We used it two other times with no issues. The hotel has a bar/ kitchen but no restaurant and always closes very early so don't expect to be able to order anything in the evening.

Nice clean and safe Hotel, Great location. Staff is very accommodating. We, three couples stayed four nights. We checked out for one night to go to Iguazú Falls in between left our luggage with them and on our late night return they had everything ready for us to checkin. Close to shopping and sightseeing. We just walked.

Location of the hotel is great. Unfortunately, there were constructions outside and inside the hotel and so it was messy and dirty at the lobby and just outside the hotel. The hotel can use a facelift and needs updating. The reception staff is excellent and helpful.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta. A 2 cuadras del obelisco y del transporte público. En la esquina hay una entrada al SUBTE. Sin embargo, el hotel en su limpieza si deja mucho que desear. Al salir del elevador (piso 5) huele muchísimo a humedad. Dentro de la habitación las sabanas estaba sucias, bajo la bañera salían unos animalitos, dentro de la bañera es peligroso porque el agarrador para entrar al la ducha estaba desatornillado y podía romperse en cualquier momento. La limpieza dentro de la bañera no la hicieron, porque los papeles del jabón los dejaron todo el tiempo y nunca los sacaron. No había secadora como ofrecen. Las puertas del mueble donde estaba la Tv estaban caídas. La verdad es que la sensación dentro de la habitación, sobre todo en las camas, es que no está limpio y no dormí con tranquilidad. Una de las llaves de tarjeta se desprogramo 3 días de 5. Felicito eso si, a Jonathan por su servicio excelente persona y nos ayudo mucho en nuestra estadía. Lo único bueno del hotel sin duda alguna es la ubicación y el desayuno que cumplió con la necesidad. Nada espectacular en alimentos pero estaba bien.

lamentablemente me fue mal con la habitacion. lo que muestran es una cosa y lo que dan otra. Habitacion sucia, no le dan mantenimiento. Desafortunadamente llegue a la 1:40 am y no tenia nada que hacer que aceptar pero al dia siguiente al bañarnos para irnos rapidamente de ahi, para completar el agua de la ducha se salio por todos lados tanto que se inundo la habitacion. Baje para hacer el comentario y bueno afortunadamente nos cambiaron la habitacion por otra ya aceptable... pero no entiendo como hacen para vender una habitacion con tantos problemas.

Café é simples (não tem ovo e é pago à parte), é bem organizado e limpo, porém higiene de detalhes no banheiro deixa a desejar (a janela dentro do banheiro bem suja os vãos onde cai água - achei um pouco nojento). Porém boa organização e arrumação ao serviço de quarto. Profissionais muito educados.

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the obelisk. The room was ok, but the bathroom lacked maintenance. The shower door didn't close, and the hair dryer wall mounting looked very questionable. Breakfast has been to our liking.

La recepción es hermosa, no puedo decir lo mismo de las habitaciones y de los demás pisos afuera de los cuartos huele a humedad, la TV es demasiado vieja al igual que el aire acondicionado que solo se le puede poner a 24 grados como máximo, por su precio no vale la pena, pero el personal súper amable

Excellent location, right near the Obelisk and Sube d train. I felt safe and did not have any problems with the area. The staff was incredible --very friendly and patient with my subpar Spanish. The hotel itself is nice but has seem better days---could benefit from some sprucing up. My bathroom sink had a small leak and the hair dryer shorted out.

Great location right in downtown Buenos Aires. Just a couple blocks from the Obelisco and many great restaurants. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly, but there were several issues including the door lock was extremely finicky and always took at least 5 tries to open the hotel room door. Also the hair dryer was broken, and caught fire when trying to use it. The rooftop jacuzzi was the best part of the hotel, even though we requested it at a certain time one day of our stay, and the staff failed to prepare it at the requested time. We used it two other times with no issues. The hotel has a bar/ kitchen but no restaurant and always closes very early so don't expect to be able to order anything in the evening.

É bem mais velho do que as fotos sugerem. Uma reforma ajudaria. Mas é comfortável e adequadamente limpo. O café da manhã é abaixo da média até para a categoria, bem poucas opções. O ponto positivo é a localização, bem próximo ao obelisco e estações de metrô.

El hotel está en una ubicacion excelente, accesible a pie a puerto madero (10-15 minutos), plaza de mayo (5-10 minutos) y la avenida corrientes donde encuentras muchos restaurantes y lugares para comprar souvenirs. Vale la pena. Por el precio de la.habitacion, bien podria mejorar el desayuno buffet. Seria mi unica observacion por lo que le doy 8/10. (Es un hotel para guardar tus cosas de forma segura y disfrutar de la ciudad sea que vayas por trabajo o paseo)

Excellent location, right near the Obelisk and Sube d train. I felt safe and did not have any problems with the area. The staff was incredible --very friendly and patient with my subpar Spanish. The hotel itself is nice but has seem better days---could benefit from some sprucing up. My bathroom sink had a small leak and the hair dryer shorted out.

Não é um hotel 4 estrelas. Não disponibiliza frigobar, compramos água fora. Não disponibiliza room service. Não tem área de piscina, restaurante ou bar. Faço uma ressalva ao atendimento da recepção, excelente. Café da manhã simplório, até os ovos que estão presentes em todos os hotéis que já me hospedei, são cobrados a parte. O pior são horríveis.

A estadia em geral foi boa, só acho que o hotel não pode ser considerado 4 estrelas pelos seguintes motivos: não tem frigobar no quarto, não tem serviço de quarto, não tem ducha higiênica apenas bidê, o café da manhã bem básico e se quiser ovo precisa pagar a parte. O box do banheiro é pela metade e molha o chão, a ducha é ótima e esquenta rápido. A cama também é boa, colchão e travesseiros bons. Localização excelente. Acho que não voltaria pelos pontos negativos que comentei.

The hotel is close to everything. Friendly staff. Breakfast is not bad but start at 7:00 AM. The hotel needs some refurbishing. The gym/ fitness room or any exercise equipment is not working or all broken. The management should update that they don’t have a gym available onsite.

Hotel super bem localizado. Mas não tem frigobar nos quartos e o banheiro escorre muita água enquanto tomamos banho, ensopando o chão todo. Mas o colhão é super confortável e damos conta de permanecer 6 dias dormindo com conforto, embora no sábado houve um show gospel na rua do prédio, dificultando a entrada e causando muito barulho. Tem cogre no apartamento e opção de pedir comida sem gluten no café, sem muita variaçao mas não precisei passar fome... falta incluir ovos no cardápio do café da manhã, pois uma pessoa que não consome glútem vive basicamente de ovos.

Café é simples (não tem ovo e é pago à parte), é bem organizado e limpo, porém higiene de detalhes no banheiro deixa a desejar (a janela dentro do banheiro bem suja os vãos onde cai água - achei um pouco nojento). Porém boa organização e arrumação ao serviço de quarto. Profissionais muito educados.

Everything was nice and clean. Great staff, 10/10 would go again. Fantastic experience. Great food, great people, wonderful place. It’s my second time in Argentina, and it’s always a hit. I highly recommend this hotel. Your stay will be unforgettable.

The air conditioning can only be set to 24 C° (75 F). The hot tub must be reserved to be used. If no reservation, the hot tub is not even working. Bathrooms are moldy (black mold everywhere). We asked if it could be at leats cleaned, and the management said there was nothingbto do. Curtains and duvets are stained, and some 9f the sheets where also stained.
