We had the suite right on the ocean, which was nice. The property itself is falling apart. Cold shower, sink wobble if you touched it. It sure was not worth the price. Staff was helpful when they were there, generally in the mornings. Otherwise no one was available

It’s a thai bungalow.. nothing more, nothing less. If you expect the ritz carlton, you might be disappointed :)

So dirty no bar or restaurant which was shown on the booking page very bad all the way around.

I was also fooled by the old pictures, place looks run down. With a little effort could by a lot better. The ladies who clean the rooms are great but everyone else looks like theyd rather be anywhere else. I had a conjoining room (which indidnt ask for, but whatever) and could hear everything in the next room over. Which was annoying. Place has potential, but it aint it.

Fine hotel for the price. Good location and an excellent view to the sea. The pictures on hotel.com need to be updated, the are absolutely no resemblance to pictures on the website and real life.
