Clear directions given to get to the property due to sat Nat signal. We arrived to a warm friendly welcome with a quick efficient check in. Shown to our room that was clean and decorated well with the farm feel. The best part of the property is the dining room which is breath taking and lovely. Breakfast had a variety and portion size sufficient. The owner phoned up to clarify that our plans was definitely open and told us where to park. A highly recommend accommodation to visit.

Stayed at The Dairy Barns for 2 nights in the Dahlia room, which was a spacious room, tastefully furnished. The bed was super comfy and we had excellent sleep for the duration of our stay. It was Easter weekend and 2 lovely cupcakes were waiting for us in the room, along with a good selection of tea, coffee etc. All of the staff were super welcoming and upbeat and friendly. The breakfast area was light and airy and breakfast was cooked to order, and was delicious. Easter Sunday there were cream eggs on all of the tables for us at breakfast time... a nice surprise. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Really wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately they were fully booked. Will definitely stay here again, no complaints whatsoever.

Great breakfast and attention from Hannah and her brilliant mum. Room was fantastic with massive bed and all the facilities including a mini fridge. Located in the middle of the Norfolk countryside, close to the beach and the Norfolk Broads. A totally relaxing and off grid area to get away and enjoy.

We were left instructions to access the room, as owner had to go out before we arrived, all very straight forward. Was in a different one to the room booked which should have been sunrise. The room was spacious, plenty of storage, milk in fridge and cake too. Toiletries in bathroom. Breakfast was very good, a lot of choice. Owners were very friendly and helpful. A lovely place to stay

Dairy Barns proved to be an excellent choice for a three night break...the owner and her staff were helpful and knowledgeable....Breakfast and facilities were supeb. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dairy Barns to friends abd relations....indeed we intend to return in the spring.

What a beautiful place to stay. We only stayed one night but I wish we could have stayed longer. It was so clean and welcoming. Staff are so friendly. Breakfast was delicious and so much choice. I cannot think of anything negative to say. One of the best places I have ever stayed at.

Beautiful place, very clean and comfortable. All the amenities required. Breakfast in bed was a perfect touch. Would 100% recommend and revisit. Just be mindful it’s in a secluded area with no mobile signal but that’s what we wanted so was perfect. Wi-Fi is available

The Dairy Barns was the perfect location for us to attend a wedding nearby. Hannah and her family were so warm and friendly, that we are definitely looking at returning. The room we had was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The scenery was beautiful and there is a lot of things to do and delicious restaurants nearby. Thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful family run perfect stay. Hannah, Harriet and Harriet’s grandma were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was superb, and the plethora of jams were delicious. Our family room was perfect with a bathroom to die for. I highly recommend Dairy Barn and will definitely be back. Horses were beautiful too.

Really loved staying here. I got an upgrade to an apartment... large downstairs room with king size bed and dining area, big bathroom and upstairs a lovely sitting room. Staff were friendly and professional. I felt very welcome.

Wonderful stay, I couldn’t fault it. The room with a mezzanine was perfect for our family get away. They’re very friendly too and the breakfast was great - well cooked and a big selection. Not far from the coast and the Broads too!

Our weekend stay was absolutely amazing. The owner was fantastic, the room was very big and spacious, and extremely well appointed. Food was perfect and nothing was too much bother for the owners. Will definitely be staying here again.

Dairy Barns proved to be an excellent choice for a three night break...the owner and her staff were helpful and knowledgeable....Breakfast and facilities were supeb. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dairy Barns to friends abd relations....indeed we intend to return in the spring.

Shown to our room that was clean and decorated well with the farm feel. The best part of the property is the dining room which is breath taking and lovely. Breakfast had a variety and portion size sufficient. The owner phoned up to clarify that our plans was definitely open and told us where to park. A highly recommend accommodation to visit.

The Dairy Barns was the perfect location for us to attend a wedding nearby. Hannah and her family were so warm and friendly, that we are definitely looking at returning. The room we had was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The scenery was beautiful and there is a lot of things to do and delicious restaurants nearby. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful place, very clean and comfortable. All the amenities required. Breakfast in bed was a perfect touch. Would 100% recommend and revisit. Just be mindful it’s in a secluded area with no mobile signal but that’s what we wanted so was perfect. Wi-Fi is available

Our stay here was very comfortable and we were much looked after. From check-in to check-out and everything in-between, experience was superb. Food was amazing with a lot of choices. Room was comfortable, warm, welcoming and cozy. The atmosphere of the place was really amazing. However, the only issue we had was the distance to the shops/ town especially if you do not have a car. But overall, was an amazing experience and staff hospitality was the best. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful stay, I couldn’t fault it. The room with a mezzanine was perfect for our family get away. They’re very friendly too and the breakfast was great - well cooked and a big selection. Not far from the coast and the Broads too!

Wonderful family run perfect stay. Hannah, Harriet and Harriet’s grandma were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was superb, and the plethora of jams were delicious. Our family room was perfect with a bathroom to die for. I highly recommend Dairy Barn and will definitely be back. Horses were beautiful too.

The accommodation was spotless. cake and fresh milk on arrival was a lovely surprising touch. Room and bathroom had all facilities required. Breakfast was very tasty and catered well for all, good selection. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and with places to go and things to do. Great stay and would recommend and hope to return one day. Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay. The hosts have made a beautiful job of converting the barns, they are super clean, spacious and comfortable. They are all such lovely people too, very helpful, willing to accommodate tricky dietary requirements, full of good advice about the local area. Breakfast was great, the beach at Sea Palling was beautiful, and in summary we not only had a great stay, we'd wholeheartedly recommend it and look forward to a return visit. Oh, very sensibly priced too. Thumbs-up all round.

We had a really enjoyable break at the Dairy Barns which included a lovely spacious room and a fabulous breakfast each morning. Everything was clean and all the staff were friendly and keen to help with any request.
