The Mill House

I would class this hotel as ‘olde worlde’….. So anyone wanting modern it probably isn’t for you. Lots of interesting passages and stairs, and flagstone floors add to the atmosphere. Shower and bathroom very clean, TV, excellant, tea and coffee available in rooms. Breakfast ok, I wouldn’t say outstanding. Rather solid scrambled egg, bacon had obviously been cooked a little while and was tough. Coffee, brought in a jug was always lukewarm warm by the time I got to it! Evening menu very restricted., so I only had two dinners out of four. The staff were pleasant, but seemed a bit disorganised on occasions. I wouldn’t stay again, despite it being very easy to access Glorious Trebarwith Strand.

The road coming down to the mill isnt great you almost need to do a 3 turn ,on entering the mill your hit with a musty smell also in the room
