Room was great. Location was excellent. The member of staff who was the nightshift duty manager was brilliant when we had to complain about the noise a group of teenagers from a sports club was making. We had asked them to quieten down twice as they woke me and my young children up around half 10 at night but the 2nd time some girls because abusive towards my husband. The female duty manager went to all the doors to speak to them and then spoke to the coaches who I hope then spoke to the teenagers too. This would have been an excellent stay if it hadn’t been for the teenagers in the sports club. Unfortunately some what ruined the stay as we couldn’t fall asleep afterwards and we had an early start the next day. I would like to day thanks for the duty manager for the way this was handled.
