Poor check in, lack of knowledgable staff, no room Booked with hotel despite having confirmation email. Dangerous bath panel, cobwebs, no WiFi in rooms, noisy outside hotel until 3am. Dismissive staff

I would suggest they get a new cleaner and actually clean the rooms and the bathrooms and have new silicon around the shower tray as it’s full of mould and the toilet was disgusting
