Power point hanging out of wall. Very cramped shower cubicle. Bathroom door lock broken , couldn't lock it. Radio wouldn't work. There was rubbish on the ground all around the property. Overall, I will not stay there again.

No cover on smoke detector Broken cupboards No handle on toaster Doors missing on wardrobe Shower head was leaking and pressure was ridiculously low. Water ran out bathroom door close to carpet. Stains on carpet. Cigarette burn marks on top duvet/linen on queen bed. Outside light couldn’t be switched off so it shone through bedroom window. Customer service was ridiculous when asked if they had any available rooms prior to check in for the following night also , hung up after stating no rooms without even apologising. Messed up booking and gave our room to another customer (fixed up upon arrival) Customer parking is too far away from rooms and have to carry luggage a fair distance. Surprised you are able to charge anymore than $100 p/n as I wouldn’t even allow my pet rat to sleep in there.

People were friendly and a good TV and air conditioning. However, property in rough condition (broken tiles, broken soap dish in shower, hole in door, leaking shower head) and stains on carpet and covers. If I had my wife with me, she would have struggled to stay there. Outside are including around pool looks like a bunch of unfinished business. Overall, good bones but needs upgrade, maintenance and finish.

Basic aging rooms with many fixtures missing and lights fittings without globes. It’s clear that these guys are happy to take bookings and money without fixing or upgrading rooms. Unkept lawns and pool area and generally very sloppy maintenance. Good place to stay when there’s nothing else available

The only good thing was that I was put in a room where I could park out the front of it. The room was dirty. Cigarette butts behind the toilet door. The cleaner should be fired because my 4yo does a better job. The blankets and pillows were filthy. Rubbish was left inside the fridge.

I booked this room for my elderly father who was down for urgent medical appointments. The motel was not flexible to a late change in booking requirements - that is what it is, just something to be aware of. Upon checking out my father thought he had left some important medication in the motel fridge and the motel offered to drop it off to the airport for a fee. Upon realising the medication wasn't there the motel refused to refund the money and kept it even though they didn't deliver anything or provide a service for the fee taken. Would not recommend staying here.

Things broken and missing from room, when leaving was accosted by a staff member and accused of stealing/breaking items from the room which were already missing or broken when I first entered the property. Have stayed here before and dealt with similar issues so definately Won't be staying there again. Don't recommend for the price they charge.

Man at check-in was rude. Room was advertised as "soundproof", but it was a split Family Suite with a door at the back linking both rooms. As such, you could hear everything in the next room - including yelling screaming kids at 10pm at night.

The location is close to Ingle Farm S/C, Enfield, Sefton Park, Mawson Lakes, and with a bit more of a drive, Tea Tree Plaza or the city. It's not exactly the Hilton, but it does provide great value for money. A bit more noise insulation agaist Main North Rd traffic would be great.
