The property pool was unable to be used due to a broken filter for 2 weeks over Christmas. I specifically chose this property for the access to Chermside shopping centre and the pool. The clothes dryer was missing off the wall. No access to a gym. Internet dropped out consistently. Pretty disappointed.

The price was excessive for the tiny room with two single beds pushed together. The continental buffet breakfast was an absolute joke. Serial, fruit drink and the cheapest sachet coffee on the market. I certainly won't stay there again

We travel to Brisbane for Christmas and were looking forward to relaxing. The pool was unavailable the entire stay and staff made no reasonable attempts to have it fixed. No prior notice or communication until arrival. No personality or warmness from staff. Unit was dirty with cobwebs and dust behind doors, food in couch and cobwebs on outdoor furniture. The daily service was a lovely touch however is a paid service. We will be staying elsewhere in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the Chermside Apartments. The only downside was that we could not use the pool as it was under construction. But otherwise, all good. I will definitely book this place for my next trip to Brisbane.

I stayed here for two nights. The room was fairly average and the bed was ok, parking was easy enough as well as checkin. However the tiled floor had a sticky residue and an unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, this really affected my stay, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Room was neglected. The vinyl lounge is disintegrating and leaves black everywhere, it also has pet hair all over it. I pulled down and extra blanket to place on the lounge, it was filthy and smelt like vomit. The AC in bedroom hasn’t been cleaned a a long time, we washed the filters but whole unit needs cleaning. The bed linen was stained and torn. It had been ‘cleaned’ with dirty water and cloths as floors, mirrors and benches were sticky and smeared. The unit was tired but the lack of cleanliness let it down. Thankfully it was a one night stay. The staff were polite and friendly, housekeeping need to up their game.

Wasn't able to check in until after 5pm. Was not notified until I went to check in just after 4pm (check in should've been available at 2pm), a courtesy phone call would've been nice.... The room smelt incredibly damp. We had to keep the balcony door open due to the stench. Very disappointed and will never return

Apartment was smelly, shower was dirty, you could tell a dirty cloth was used to wipe down surfaces as it left dust trails and balls of dust on bedside table. We left and went across the road to the Quest.

Clean modern Queen room. Quiet with good a/c and comfortable bed. Efficient check in and informed that room was dark. And yes while outdoor area was private and spacious it was completely enclosed so no natural light. Bit like sitting in underground carpark. But as a solo traveller, staying 2nights near family out all day it met my needs. Pool area and included breakfast added to pleasant stay.

Tv remote was broken and batteries were taped in, aircon remote had no cover over the batteries, all difficult to turn on and off...no shampoo or conditioner to use, I paid $224 for the night for an executive queen room, it was so small...won't stay here again not worth it

Location is great, 5 minute walk to Chermside shopping centre. Free Car parking is available but limited, especially on weekends. If not free you have to park in the dirt carpark next door for $5 for 12 hours. King size bed was comfortable but made room fairly tight. The facilities are dated and basic and need fixing up. The TV remote was broken and the TV could need receive HD channels. There was no soap in the dispensers and the balcony sliding door lock was broken. Only instant coffee and black tea was provided. The internet was intermittent and constantly dropped out and needed reconnecting, which was very frustrating.

Property is in such a fun area! It is so convenient to shopping and restaurants and nightlife. We stayed in a 3 bedroom and it was huge! It also had an amazing balcony that seemed almost as big as the room!

There had been a flood due to a broken pipe just before we stayed. However the staff had done such a good job of getting things cleaned up that it was only a very minor inconvenience. The staff were absolutely fantastic, from the after hours number staff to the front desk, could not fault anyone. Parking can be a bit cramped but still ok. The room was clean and comfortable, we'd stay here again no problem.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with this Hotel. On checkin we were advised that our 2 bedroom Apartment was not available as "someone else wanted to extend their stay". Im not even sure how this could ever happen as we had already booked and paid for our accommodation and had arrived expecting what we had booked! We were then given two Hotel rooms, which after giving all our details they said there were not even on the same floor! We went into the second room and the fan in the bathroom was on and the bed covers were back and had been used! We then went to reception and requested our money back, which was done but this left us without accommodation for the night and we then had to find somewhere in a hurry. This was very unsatisfactory and was not the way we wanted to end our great trip to Australia. We would not recommend the Chermside Apartments at all.

Good apartment for short term family stay. Great free breakfast, good looking pool but not heated until winter so didn't try. Improvements such as exterior painting being made. Comfortable and convenient to large mall.

The pool was not heated as stated (early Sept). Lounge chairs at the pool are all rusted and dangerous. The shower head in our room was not working properly. The couch was torn and no support. A light globe was blown in the bathroom. General tiredness of rooms (marks on walls, cracks in tiles). Breakfast provided was small supermarket muffins, juice box and muesli bars. No gluten-free or dairy-free options. No Foxtel as stated. The bed was comfortable and rooms were quiet.

The apartment was very spacious and fully self contained. Comfortable beds. Buses and taxis and shopping centre are on the doorstep. Our event was at Bernie Brae which is an easy 6 min. walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the breakfast advertisement is misleading, better take your own and be prepared. There is a disabled bathroom near the pool if a shower over bath is an issue. We had a wonderful time. Thanks to the staff for being so patient and accommodating. See you again!

Our stay here was excellent an added bonus having free breakfast was great, the staff were really friendly. The hotel was really close to the Westfield Chermside an easy work to local restaurants. The only problem I had was having an injury to my knees were the stairs, but I managed okay. I would stay again
