Our overnight stay was good the checking staff were lovely and friendly. He arranged a shuttle bus for us at 4.30 am to transport us to the airport for a 0600 flight the next day. upon checking out we were told the shuttle bus had broken down and we needed to arrange our own transport indicating a phone on desk linked to taxis. After a very stressful 15 mins of waiting for a cab it arrived, which we shared with another guest who was also booked on this shuttle bus. A phone call at 0400 would have been nice to let us know about the broken-down shuttle bus saving us added stress and time.

Convenient and affordable clean hotel with a great tavern for meals right next door. Beautiful clean swimming pool, friendly staff and airport shuttle service for whenever you book it for. Beds are super comfy and air conditioning is icy cold. More than happy to stay here again when flying out of Darwin in the early hours again

The room had a stale musty smell and was cramped. Strict 10am check out time which was harsh as I had arrived at 2am the previous night. Staff not friendly and even called the room at 0955 to remind me to check out on time. AUD15!charge for 11am checkout.

Night manager picked us up from airport at 3am. Friendly and efficient. Agreed to pay extra $25 for 12pm checkout. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 10am followed by a phone call from reception at 10.15am. Room was clean but carpet smelled and was sticky. Was able to leave bags while we picked up hire car.

My partner and I didn't really like the room that we were using for 3 nights. It has that smell from the carpet and felt itchy everytime. I noticed most of the areas has a dust.. I had to cleaned and wiped out the walls and furnitures as I felt uncomfortable. No extra bin liners and the towels looks a bit yellowish. But the customer service were good. They all did a good job. Thank you.

We had a late fly in and decided to sleep before hiring car. This hotel had a shuttle (20 to 30 minute wait). Twin room had two luggage racks (usually we have to ask for a second or crawl around the floor). Room was small but we only did an overnight. Comfortable and clean. Only downside was it was very stuff.

Had a flight cancellation by the Airline, not by me, and phoned this Hotel and tried to move my reservation to the following night, BUT they wanted nothing to do with it AND then refused a refund EVEN though they weren't fully booked. Have had other Hotels help out by changing dates in this situation, but not this 'money at any cost' Hotel ! will definitely avoid this Hotel in the future.

On the downside, there are not many amenities within walkin distance. That said most parts of Darwin are very accessible if you have your own transport.

checked in at about 6pm with a fellow traveller from the same flight. Even at that time of day the place was being run by one person ( airport pickup, check-in etc) so i’d hate to think what would happen if you needed assistance while that person is away. The hotel relies on the pub next door as somewhere you can eat. Nothing else within walking distance.

Due to late arrival from overseas, it was too late to order breakfast and restaurant adjacent wasn't open until lunchtime, there was nothing around with in walking distance. Reception was not very helpful.
