Schöne, große Wohnung (man muss allerdings mit dem Gepäck einige Treppen hoch) mit tollem Blick auf das Wasser, die ruhige Anlage liegt sehr schön und hat eine ansprechende Bauweise, das Personal ist sehr nett, es steht ein Grill zur allgemeinen Verfügung. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus sind vorhanden. Schlüsselübergabe außerhalb der Rezeptionszeit war unkompliziert.

The area is nice and quiet the suite I stayed in was new and renovated. There was lack of hooks to hang up things in the bathroom like towels and clothes. Parking was also a challenge at night when coming back my suit did not have an assigned parking spot. So I had to park far away a few times when coming back as it first come.

Great stay, unit had a beautiful view with tall windows facing bay, tress and mountains. We had a balcony with hot tub that was great feature to finish the day full of walking.

Loved this property location and balcony view was nice (305) Would have been nice if our room had its own BBQ like other rooms have, a washing machine in our unit would have been a nice addition. No USB ports would be nice if the added a few for charging purposes.

We had a outdoor tub room overlooking the inlet. Very peaceful and lovely to take in the views. I would suggest if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage you request a ground floor room, as there are no lifts. Would recommend staying.

My husband and I really enjoyed our ten day stay. The accommodations were wonderful with an amazing view. The location was great, you could walk to many nearby restaurants and shops. The front desk staff were friendly and always ready to help. There are washing facilités on site that made it very convenient to keep up with laundry! The full kitchen was well equipped, it was great to have an option to cook at home. We would stay again and are planning our next trip back!

I did like the tub on the deck, cooking facilities, comfortable bed, warmth of the place, and coziness of it. The view was amazing. However, what didnt impress me was a huge cobweb right in the open between the kitchen and the hall. As well as major dust and old food under the hide-a-bed,hair in the tub, and dirt, mold and blood(pink in color) under the rim of the toilet. I believe the bathroom needs to be the cleanest part of a unit/hotel room. I also noticed nothing had been whiped behind on the counter top in the kitchen. Maybe im a little picky when it come to cleaning, as my parents owned a resort for 30 years, and i did house keeping in a hospital for years, i just think when a person pays that kind of money, it should be clean! Also, parking should be assigned to each room with numbered parking spots, as i have a terminal lung disease and their was no handycap parking anywhere that i could see. We had to park one building away as visitors took our parking spot. We did have a good weekend, and would probably stay again. I hope this helps them to check up on their house keeping sraffs work more often. Thanks again. Happy New Year!!!

We stayed at a one bedroom queen suite and absolutely loved it. My only regret is not staying longer. The view was so nice, the suite well kept and clean, and the service on point.

Spacious with a gorgeous view, loved the outdoor tub, super quiet and could hear the sea lions barking! Room was a bit warm with no screens on the windows to open. But not enough to take away from a great room!

Perfect location and accommodation for our stay on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Lovely chilled location, with lovely views. Accommodation was of a high standard, and had all we required including a bath inside and out. Easy to walk to restaurants and shopping.

Water's Edge Shoreside Suites in Ucluelet boasts a fantastic location and mesmerizing views, yet our experience was tarnished by poor service. Upon late arrival, we were confronted with the disappointing realization of being given the wrong room. With no staff available to resolve our issue, we reluctantly spent the night there. The next day, we communicated the room discrepancy to the staff. They facilitated our move to the correct room but did not offer any apology or compensation. They later cited unexpected maintenance issues as the reason for the mix-up; however, this was never communicated to us during our stay. Empty promises were made about the manager contacting us, but to no avail. For compensation, we were initially offered a gift certificate for a future stay - impractical given our residence in Germany, followed by a paltry $25 refund - inadequate given the room discrepancy and overall inconvenience. Our attempts to communicate with the management were largely ignored. Even our booking agency, Expedia, could not establish effective communication with them. Despite the resort's prime location and high-quality suites, the lackluster customer service significantly diminished our experience. Be prepared to advocate for yourself at this property.

Loved our stay at Waters Edge. The check-in was very seamless, we arrived late and they had preparations in place for that without us requesting it. The suite itself was very beautiful and clean. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a jacuzzi!! The staff are super friendly and helpful and the water view is just impeccable at the location! Highly recommend!!

The facility itself was excellent. However they do not have a person who would carefully review what implements and in what condition in the suite before guests arrive. For example in our suiteThere was no bread knife or breadboard, and no table place mats, and the toaster that was with the room was way past its prime with burn marks along the top and adequate for any modern day toaster. When we asked for a replacement, they brought us a new black and decker toaster which was just fine! However a wellrun housing staff would’ve noticed this and saved guests the irritation to phone up and ask for such a simple things. Another problem with this resort is that there is no one on duty during weekdays after 6 PM and before 9 AM. While they have an emergency service there is no one at the front desk to ask questions or extend the hours of check out or any of that. Overall, I would say that that the downside of staying at this resort is the lack of attention to easy to fix and remedy issues and the lack of people available to ask for service between 6 PM and 9 AM on weekdays.

Previously to this stay I have stayed here and loved it - however management has changed the past 3 months, and it’s awful. The front desk main girl is so incredibly rude. Was greeted very rudely. Phone conversations were rude and short. The room was not cleaned properly with a bathtub full of dirt/lose hairs. Unfortunately I no longer recommend this place and at this point wouldn’t return unless they’ve had some big changes with staff/cleanliness.

Lovely hotel really beautiful area and quiet. There were some things that we feel the hotel has areas of opportunity to improve with: 1. We arrived at 6:05 to a locked reception door. On Mondays after 6 nobody is on reception and guests just call out of hours. This may be something to look at changing as for a hotel I have never experienced this before as someone is always around. 2. I tried booking a appointment with the spa online - which runs separate from hotel but it is on the grounds. Turned up and a note was on the door saying to text and they were busy for half an hour of my appointment time. 3. Lovely hotel really beautiful area and quiet. There were some things that we feel the hotel has areas of opportunity to improve with: 1. We arrived at 6:05 to a locked reception door. On Mondays after 6 nobody is on reception and guests just call out of hours. This may be something to look at changing as for a hotel I have never experienced this before as someone is always around. 2. I tried booking a appointment with the spa online - which runs separate from hotel but it is on the grounds. Turned up and a note was on the door saying to text and they were busy for half an hour of my appointment time. 3. My husband and I really enjoyed our ten day stay. The accommodations were wonderful with an amazing view. The location was great, you could walk to many nearby restaurants and shops. The front desk staff were friendly and always ready to help. There are washing facilités on site that made it very convenient to keep up with laundry! The full kitchen was well equipped, it was great to have an option to cook at home. We would stay again and are planning our next trip back!

We really enjoyed the Waters Edge. Our room and view were lovely. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only suggestion would be a more comfortable pull out couch. Did appreciate coffee in the room and LOVED the balcony tub. We enjoyed that every day. Thank you.

Nice quiet getaway spot. Staff was friendly and very accommodating to our late arrival. A bit far from the town by land to give it a good “walkable” rating, but great views of the harbour.

Perfect location and accommodation for our stay on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Lovely chilled location, with lovely views. Accommodation was of a high standard, and had all we required including a bath inside and out. Easy to walk to restaurants and shopping.

Roomy, family friendly, quiet view. Kitchen and balcony soaking tub were nice bonuses. We came in late and front desk isn't 24/7, but communication and lock box worked great. (All problems with communication were with Expedia's app.) Literature and marketing needs update: private tubs are soaking tubs, not jet tubs, and onsite restaurant had closed.

The hotel offers good value for the price. We stayed in a deluxe queen suite. The outdoor tub on the deck is nice, but they are not heated and don't have working jets. Lots of hot water though, so not a big problem, but not very private. The suite itself had gorgeous views of the water and marina, a fully equipped kitchen and cozy gas fireplace. We found the bed to be substandard and not all that comfortable. There is no box spring, so its a mattress with a foam topper in a frame. Very basic. Also, all the pillows at this hotel are under-sized (like accent pillows on a couch), and we would have liked to have regular sized pillows. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to restaurants along the main strip in Ucluelet. There are BBQs to use in a common area (we didn't use), but otherwise there are no other amenities here, except for an onsite spa service (we also didn't use). This location does not offer onsite restaurant, or any food options at all, nor would it compete with other hotels offering a pool, hot tub, or gym. Overall it was a nice clean, quite place and we really enjoyed our stay there.

We enjoyed having a full kitchen, separate sleeping area (bedroom), and comfortable LR furniture to lounge and watch the large TV. The place was modern and well equipped. It was a short drive to access points for the oceanside trails. Very quiet at night, except for the sea lions early in the morning.

We had a really nice three night stay, the accommodation was very spacious with wonderful views out over the water. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable and our balcony was a lovely spot to relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the beautiful scenery! The accommodation could do with a little updating and renovation but all in all we had a wonderful, relaxing visit!
