Stayed 3 nights

Thought we were getting a renovated room, but it was not. Hard beds, patio door didn’t open properly with holes in the screen (so we never used the balcony), old carpets, no A/C (they gave us the fan from the lobby) and a terrible musty smell. The unit was not clean and found a facecloth and soap from the previous group. We went across the street and purchased our own cleaning products and room spray to make the stay bearable. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people in the next room. The common seating area by the communal kitchen was nice overlooking the marina - the only positive about staying here. We tried to stay elsewhere but nothing was available in Ucluelet or Tofino for the days we were in town, so we had to suck it up. $500/night for a run down dump.

Spent a weekend here on a couple's trip and it was great! The mini-fridge and microwave in the room meant that we could make soup and sandwiches easily for on the go. Comfortable room and excellent location. The building is dated and the bathroom could use a refresh, but I would stay here again and recommend others do as well.
