We had a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was spot on. We booked to attend Elton John's concert. Being strangers to Newcastle, we studied the public transport being made available and decided that we'd have to book an Uber or equivalent. To our surprise and delight, the hotel made their courtesy bus available to all guests for a drop and return. The hotel restaurant opened early for the convenience of guests too. A huge well done and thank you from us, we will be back when we are next required to stay in Newy.

Access to the hotel is a disaster. Check in is in the corner of a shop. Rooma are on second floor. Some of them just above a bar. Windows does not open at all which made us unsafe in case of fire. Parking was away from the property and acess either around the building og through a basement, shared with a bar. Room was nice and clean. Small though. Way too overpriced according to value. Wont come back.

Karen walked me around the property showing me meal options, room location and even organised my motorbike to be parked securely under the property. As a single traveller in my 40s this attention to detail from the staff is what sets the property apart. The location of this hotel was easy to get to from the A1 and also to return to the M1. Restaurant located on the property had a great range of meals. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommended this hotel if you are looking to explore the Newcastle/Hunter Region.
