Hotel in a good location on edge of Narbeth town and good amount of parking. Facilities were good, nice outside seating area with a covered patio overlooking local playing fields. pleasant and friendly welcome by Receptionist on arrival. Explained about the facilities available during our stay and if we needed any assistance or has any issues at all to not hesitate to speak with a member of staff who would gladly help. We stayed in a double room with king sized bed on the first floor and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The room had a large bay window which overlooked the outside seating area & the playing fields. The room looked like it had been recently decorated and was spotless. There were tea & coffee facilities available & complimentary bottles of water. The shower room was spotless & the toiletries provided were plentiful. The dining room and indoor bar areas again were spotless and the doctor really pleasant. The hotel overall looked like it had recently had a makeover & we can honestly say that whoever they commissioned has certainly done it justice. We had booked bed & breakfast and again couldn’t fault the it. The two young members of staff who served us were again really pleasant and when I had an issue with the coffee maker did not hesitate to help. Can highly recommend the granola and the hot breakfast food was cooked fresh to order, couldn’t fault it. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

clean, tidy , pleasant staff. good breakfast. no evening dining but you get 5% discount from restaurant 200 yards down the road. We got back at 9pm to find the bar locked and not available for a night cap - disappointed.

Comfortable 3 night stay, good food and welcoming staff. Only downside the bar closed early at 9.30ish. I was the only customer though. I will stay again when visiting a relative.

We found it difficult to park at hotel due to an evening event - this we were told was to finish at 11pm but loud music continued until close to 1 am. (12.45 am). Upon returning at 11.20 pm expected car park to be clear but it was not . The morning check out at 10 is ludicrous under these circumstances but we made it despite fitting in breakfast. Hotel is very good and staff friendly but 10am check outs are not something that will encourage me to stay again.

Lovely setting within easy walking access of a very pretty town. Pembrokeshire beaches are all close by. We opted to take the train to Tenby for the day. Jazznight on in the hotel when we got backbut we were too tired. Breakfasts very good.

Staying in the locality for a family event. Hotel facilities including the function room were very satisfactory. Breakfast is also rather good so don't miss it!

We booked this hotel as we were coming from Fishguard late and we needed a hotel to break up our journey back to London. We were very pleasantly surprised. This hotel is gorgeous and I wish we could of stayed longer. The entrance is very grand and we loved the quirky rooms layout. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We got on the road early so sadly missed the breakfast which was included. A great find and I hope we can stay again.

Front of house staff efficient and friendly. Decor downstairs lovely Bathroom ( room 1) needs sorting . Floor uneven and smells. Restaurant food not good Missing items on plates dessert and breakfast and starter , wrong curry served with poppadoms and not prawn crackers as per menu. Chef should check order against printed menu. Inedible starter served after mains were served Refunded cost of starter after second request to do so and one dessert refunded due to missing items Menu ( if adhered to ) very basic and certainly doesn’t match the decor

Xmas party stay. Very good night had by all. Comfy bed clean bathroom. But could do with a bit of maintaining! Toilet roll holder hanging off. Shower fitment loose. But overall very nice. Excellent breakfast, in fact I would go as far to say, it’s the best I’ve had in a long while so thankyou to the breakfast chef n staff.

The Plas breakfast was one if not the best I have had anywhere, all freshly cooked. Also, plenty of choices to suit everyone. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but one little criticism is that there was no handle to aid getting into the shower/bath. This was mentioned to the receptionist in the morning, she duly made a note of it and would pass it on to the maintenance person. Would recommend the Plas and would go back there.

Had a lovely stay, the room decor was lovely and the bed was really confortable. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Perfect location for us just a very short walk from the high street.

We stayed at this hotel due to attending a local funeral! We received a telephone call mid afternoon to ask our what time we were due to arrive and to advise us there would be no food available and there was a possibility there would be no-one on reception to check us in at between our ETA of 7 - 8 pm. As it was, there was a young man to hand us our key but it felt we were the only ones in house (in fact there were other guests) which felt kind of quaint. The hotel is charming and decor lovely. We walked around Narbeth town and found a friendly pub for a drink and the local convenience store for a snacky dinner! Our room was compact but perfectly adequate. There were a few things which could be improved upon - lamp switch too close to the floor and almost behind the bed etc but this has been fed back accordingly. Breakfast was acceptable and the funeral wake was also held there and the F&B supplied was very good.

The hotel is pristine and beautiful. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. However, our room was absolutely freezing. The radiator in room 1 was horrible. During the day when I took a nap before a 4 hour tasting menu, I had to sleep fully clothed with my wool scarf/hat and coat on. It was incredibly frustrating but a staff member bled our radiator so it was warmer when we got back to the hotel around midnight. My friends enjoyed the breakfast.

Another return visit to this lovely hotel. This time we stayed for 5 nights. We had another very comfortable stay in ths quality family hotel. Beautiful room with fine fittings and linen. Wonderful breakasts in the lovely dining room and a warm welcome from the friendly staff made for a fabulous stay. Could not give this hotel a higher recommendation!

A smallish hotel within easy walking distance to the tasteful Narberth shops. I had everything I needed - tea/coffee making facilities, TV, en suite shower room, bottled water. Ample breakfast to order. Would recommend. They even phoned after I’d left and offered to send on garments I’d left behind.

I cannot fault the staff at this hotel. As a nonogenarian I was treated with the utmost courtesy and help. I, unfortunately, suffered what might euphemistically be called a medical incident shortly after arrival. Some of the staff were with me at the time and Alysha immediately called for an ambulance. I shall always be grateful for the kindness

Lovely, convenient hotel to stay at. Great value for money. Frontline staff friendly and professional. Twin room quite small but lovely modern bathroom. Tea tray a little disappointing, would have expected biscuits on there, but no. Breakfast was amazing. They have now installed a coffee machine which I was told dispensed great coffee. So much choice for breakfast. Full breakwast was tasty and local produce of a high quality. They have amended the amount of food on the plate but, for myself still plenty but less wastage.10/10. Very comfortable stay!!! Will return.

Lovely hotel, really well presented. Welcoming and helpful staff. The room was great, although the mattress was too firm for us. The dining area was pleasant and the breakfast was tasty, but our only recommendation there is that they serve decent Welsh sausages rather than the economy sausage! This would make a huge difference for foodies like us and we did expect that from such a nice hotel 😊
