It was a different kind of place to stay for the night. Clean and very accessible to everything in the city. The parking was free, which is good, but it was in an underground parking garage which was hard to find. Once we found what we needed, it was fine, although a little dark.

The apartment was very roomy and had good facilities. However, the bathroom is in need of an update. It was very convenient to have underground onsite parking but the parking spaces were too small and there was a terrible odour.

Hired 2 of the city duplex? 8 berth apartments for a stag doo weekend. It comfortably slept 12 of us and was a perfect base camp for the weekend. A small balcony space for if you have smokers in the group. All the facilities were well kept, but i recommend bringing additional tea/coffee, as you only get a few Nespresso pods for a provided machine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very central too for places to eat/drink and shop. And not too far from tourist attractions. Only drawback was the aircon in one apartment (29) wasnt working quite as strongly. Overall, great stay for small groups!

Fantastic stay. Upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with balcony and outside seating area. Apartment very well equipt witheverything you might need including cofdee, tea and milk. Friendly staff at reception. Perfect spot to explore and enjoy Liverpool. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

The location of this property was about the only good thing. We booked this apartment to be able to do laundry during our stay. The laundry machine washed our clothes fine, but did not dry them even after multiple 2 hour cycles. We left liverpool with damp clothes that ended up being smelly the rest of our trip. The shower was gross and hard to operate. I would recommend finding a different aparthotel to stay in.

Three of us stayed in a 2 bed apartment which had 2 floors - sleeping up to 8 people. It was amazing - felt like being in a house (a free upgrade given to us on the day!) Staff were great - very attentive and supportive. Place is great for all amenities - shopping, transport, eating & drinking. Would we return here - yes, esp as this was our 2nd stay anyway.

Close to everything in Liverpool. The staff is great. Note that the room has no AC, but we stayed there in early May on a Sunday night. We opened the window a bit, and it was very quiet outside.

Very basic place, Good location, expensive parking but handy. We had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was very average. Extremely noisey fan in the ceiling space that could not be turned off or down. The whole complex is a bit of a habit warren and quite confusing to get around. It suited a quick 1 night stop over but would not stay again.

We had a great stay. The first evening was very noisy due to a wedding party underneath us. Not too much of a problem as we are very tolerant but it was noisy! There is only one sofa bed as furniture in the living area and this was too small for all of us and not very comfortable. Could have done with more comfy furniture to relax on.

I can not fault our time at Staycity Liverpool City Centre at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have mobility issues and am either in a wheelchair or on crutches so put in the notes when booking online that if there was any chance of being allocated an apartment with a walk in shower it would be greatly appreciated. They upgraded our apartment so that they could accommodate my needs which my partner and I were so grateful for. The apartment was amazing and comfortable. It had everything we could have possibly needed (although a lamp in the living room would be nice so you dont have to keep big lights on/no lights on but we borrowed one from the bedroom). It was very spacious, comfy, clean and overall we just had a lovely stay and we will definitely not hesitate to stay in a Staycity Aparthotel again!

Great location just 2 minutes walk to the Liverpool One bus station and the shopping area. The staff, especially Bec were very helpful even organising a very early check in when we arrived and just wanted to leave our bags. Bec gave us some very helpful information to get us acquainted with the area. The apartment was quiet, comfortable and clean.

Fantastic friendly staff and the room was quiet, clean and in good condition. Great kitchen with everything you need. Even a Nespresso machine with capsules. The TV remote didn’t work properly, but a new one was provided immediately. Central location to most things in Liverpool. Highly recommended!

The customer was excellent. I had brought my elderly aunt to Liverpool to do the Beatles tour and they went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. Everything was clean and in working order and the location was ideal for all the sights of Liverpool. Would definitely recommend.

Apartments were in prime location right beside Liverpool one. It had everything you needed. Kitchen was fully equipped if you wished to cook. The spare bedding for the pull out beds were in bags cable tied so you knew there were fresh and clean. Will definitely stay again

Perfectly situated for anything in the city centre, it was a 10 minute walk from a car park and 14 to the Liverpool Empire. Loads of places to eat.

Great location just 2 minutes walk to the Liverpool One bus station and the shopping area. The staff, especially Bec were very helpful even organising a very early check in when we arrived and just wanted to leave our bags. Bec gave us some very helpful information to get us acquainted with the area. The apartment was quiet, comfortable and clean.

Appartement propre et personnel sympathique. Matériel fourni adéquat, bonne literie pour le lit 2 places, moins pour le canapé. Néanmoins, nous avons eu un souci : la TV ne fonctionnait pas, le personnel le savait, on a demandé 3 fois pour qu'elle soit réparée, cela n'a pas été possible. On nous a proposé une autre chambre identique, mais pour un court séjour ce n'était pas très utile. Nous ne venions pour regarder la TV, mais c'est inclus dans le prix et nous avons payé ce service pour rien.

Excellent service, from the minute we walked in. The staff / Charlie on reception were exceptionally helpful, which made our stay really seamless. Couldn’t have asked for more, the 2 bed apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and well equipped. We will most definitely book this StayCity location again. Thanks for a great experience!

The main issue affecting our stay was the broken lift, which was only mentioned briefly when we arrived and was neither meaningfully acknowledged nor compensated for. As we were travelling with a grandparent and had booked a family room on the fourth floor, we had naturally expected the elevator to be operational. The apartment could also have been cleaner. One bathroom sink was partially blocked, one of the bed linens had permanent stains, and it was not immediately obvious that the children’s linens were stored in sealed bags in the closet. As experienced travellers, we managed these issues ourselves rather than making repeated trips down four flights of stairs to reception. There is also very little service to speak of. Even luggage storage comes at an additional charge, which added to the feeling that the overall guest experience was not a priority. That said, considering the price we paid, likely influenced by the nearby Open Championship, we did not feel the quality matched the cost in any level. Unfortunately, this is not a hotel we would recommend or choose to stay at again.
