Appartement propre et personnel sympathique. Matériel fourni adéquat, bonne literie pour le lit 2 places, moins pour le canapé. Néanmoins, nous avons eu un souci : la TV ne fonctionnait pas, le personnel le savait, on a demandé 3 fois pour qu'elle soit réparée, cela n'a pas été possible. On nous a proposé une autre chambre identique, mais pour un court séjour ce n'était pas très utile. Nous ne venions pour regarder la TV, mais c'est inclus dans le prix et nous avons payé ce service pour rien.

Fantastic location, huge spacious apartment with everything you need. Staff were lovely, only reasons it lost a star was because we were left waiting 45 mins after check in time for the rooms to be ready for us and we were supposed to be meeting friends and ended up late. Beds were also a bit hard but thats my personal preference.

Property was immaculately clean. Staff at reception were absolutely lovely. Room was disappointing. I had booked the penthouse expecting penthouse quality, this was not what we got. Some parts of the apartment have rotten and cracked wood at skirting boards and door surrounds, the roof terrace is very disappointing, the noise from the street is very loud and the smell from the restaurant on the street means you’d end up smelling like fried chicken if you sat out there. The noise late on Saturday night into around 3am in the morning from the street meant we got little sleep, racing cars, drunks screaming and partying and police sirens was really something else! I cannot imagine what it would be like on lower floors given we were on the 6th floor! In addition, the en suite toilet had a sign with ‘out of order’ on it, and given I had checked with the hotel that the apartment had two bathrooms, I felt that given what we had paid for a penthouse apartment, we should receive some sort of discount for this. The manager did not agree. We will definitely not be back. A shame, a great central location, very lovely reception staff and very clean apartment. But for over £400 for 2 nights we had really expected something a bit better quality. I think you’d get better quality of accommodation in the nearby Premier Inn.
