From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and we'll looked after. The great service at check in continued all through our stay. The food in the restaurant was excellent during both dinner and breakfast. The room itself was comfy, warm, but could do with a bit of freshening up. This didn't affect our stay at all.

Food - gluten free effort was exemplary. Even though the breakfast isn't all possible, they substituted things in so I didn't have a half empty plate. That's much appreciated - I often go without. My only suggestion is, source some GF sausages - GF black pudding is also a possibility. I'd have paid extra.

Spotless room, very comfortable bed. Ideal ;location for a couple of nights Loch Ness side. Breakfast was tasty Staff especially in the restauant at night were very helpful and pleasant
