Lovely hotel, very comfortable rooms, nice rooftop with a view of the Alhambra, front desk staff is very friendly and helpful - they proactively helped us map out the city, gave recommendations and helped us get some reservations. Location is very central, parking doesn’t get more convenient than this and overall a very comfortable stay in Granada.

Conveniently located hotel; comfortable, well sized and well equipped room. We used the spa, which is awesome, the laundry services, which were very prompt, and had great massages. The rooftop terrace has great views and is a nice place for a nightcap. The hotel staff parked our car at the San Agustin parking, which made it even easier for us. The staff was the epitome of kindness, helpfulness, courtesy, and thoughtfulness. Cannot recommend more this hotel!

All good except the shower which was poorly designed. It is a tub-shower combination and once the shower is activated there is no changing the water temperature. Service attentive and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Bar on terrace was a nice addition.

We loved our stay at Eurostars Gran Via! The rooms were comfortable, the location is incredibly convenient, and there was even a great rooftop bar. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, helping us with our luggage, restaurant recommendations, and even booking a flamenco show for us. I highly recommend this hotel (and the flamenco show!)

The staff and location were great! We were close to all the good restaurants and points of interest. When we first arrived the staff showed us on a paper map where everything of our interest was in the area, we really appreciated that. The room had two showers which was a little weird but overall the room was really nice, clean and comfortable.

Very dark room as it was facing directly into another building which was very close. Sink in room and bathroom had a set of deadly glass doors which needed to be opened one at a time. AC was still set to heat when it was 25c and had to be reset by front desk. Cobwebs in room and remote TV control out of battery. Breakfast very average.parking is €28 per day and down the road and very tight garage for mid size car

The staff were fabulous and went out of their way to assist. The breakfast was great. However, my room was dark and gloomy at all times, overlooked a dirty narrow laneway, the air conditioning didn’t appear to work and my room was cold. The carpets in the public area leading to my room were dirty. I was so disappointed by this hotel. At most, 2 stars

We stayed at the Eurostars Gran Via Hotel in Granada in October 2023. We thought the hotel was excellent. The staff were universally friendly and helpful, and the assistance provided at check in is probably the best we have ever experienced. The room was very clean and well maintained by the housekeeping staff. There was a very good selection of food at breakfast. The location of the Hotel, on Gran Via, is superb. The Hotel is very central indeed - we walked everywhere. The only exception was when we caught a taxi up to the Alhambra, though we walked back down after our visit (on the Hotel's recommendation). Our experience of this Hotel was excellent and we commend the staff for their attitude and professionalism.

Este hotel no se merece las 5 estrellas que tiene. Habitación doble deluxe. Cama que se hunde y te levantas dolorido, pésima insonorización a la calle, ducha por la que se filtra el agua y se esparce por el suelo, puerta de WC que choca con la de la mampara de la ducha y muy pequeño. The hotel was centrally located, just 2 blocks from the cathedral. The staff was terrific, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We opted for one of the corner rooms which was Hollywood plush! Dusk drinks at the rooftop bar were magical. Two knocks: 1 the Gran Via is a busy street and is noisy off and on throughout the night with deliveres and speeders. 2. The bathroom design is a mess with plate glass doors banging into each other and a raised shower with a shallow drain pan that flooded the floor. The stay was great but for my light sleeping wife we would not stay on the Gran Via again.

Great location. Easy walk to train, downtown, Alhambra, Albaicin, cathedral, shopping and restaurants. Easily find a cab or a bus. Only thing I didn’t like as much, was the tight shower and door leaked under the sink (poor design). Otherwise room was ample, clean and comfortable

Staff were impeccable, very helpful and a credit to the company . The room however was a major disappointment, the ceiling in bathroom flaking and in need of repair , the view from balcony was obstructed by a large yellow crane , bathroom window opened onto a storage room of Hoovers and zero WiFi signal . Not the experience we expected from a 5 star .

They have a very poor shower condition and the room was noisy because it face a avenue street. I asked them to fix the room because the floor got wet from the poor condition of the shower and they didn’t do anything at all. They should put hanger for towels near the shower. Not my best experience. Didn’t got room upgraded for gold member.

This was a good, but not great, hotel stay. The positives is its location (very close to everything and the train) and relatively good rooms and good service. The not-so-good - this is not a 5-star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. It is a solid 4-star hotel at a nice price. The bathrooms were quite weird organized. Check in was weird as they did not have a room ready until 10 minutes after the official check in time (never had that happen before). Finally, this hotel is on a busy street and if you get a room on that side of the building, it may end up being loud.

Room was fine though a little small don’t think I ever had bed so close to door. We were in alleyway on1st floor (hotels.com special?) which you got some noise at night but not much. Bathroom is bizarre: sink in common area, then open door to narrow passage with 2 doors on left (toilet then shower) and bathtub at end. Nearby cathedral. Roof bar was nice with great views, bartender and vibe nice. Marriott nearby is nicer. When checking in staff was more interested with guest brought over by travel agent because his booking at other hotel was lost.

The noise levels in the rooms from the street are a disgrace. You will not sleep at this hotel. Be warned. Also, bathroom doors are illogical at best - you need to move a door to close another door. AVOID!

We stayed at the Eurostars Gran Via Hotel in Granada in October 2023. We thought the hotel was excellent. It was very well located, near many points of interest or walking distance to multiple transportation options and restaurants, there is also a supermarket nearby. But the most amazing thing was the staff attention to details, how they were always available to address our questions of provide orientation / suggestions, great job guys, thanks. The hotel sent an email in advance explaining the options of parking and how to get there. This was indeed helpful. The staff at the reception were exceedingly polite and helpful. Unfortunately, our room overlooked the Main Street, and the noise at night was disturbing and made for an interrupted sleep. That is my only criticism of this otherwise excellent hotel.

The hotel has an excellent restaurant. Pricey but worth it. Delicious food. When is the last tiime you saw a Caesar salad prepared at the table? Very friendly and helpful staff who helped us with getting tickets for the Alhambra. Classical style rooms kept very clean and tidy. The Gran Via is a busy street so for light sleepers ask for a room at the back. C
