Check-in was super simple and we got upgraded to a king from a queen at no additional cost to us. The room was clean and looked out to the pool. Room service was good; always had fresh towels and trash changed out. The hotel itself is a little out of the way but I prefer that honestly. It's quieter that way. There's a gas station and a Waffle House right by it, so that was a big plus. I would definitely stay here again.

This Motel was very clean. It was easy to get to with lots of parking. The customer service called me early on the day of my reservation with concerns because they were full. We worked it out with getting a smaller room.

Close to regular breakfast, adores pets, safe, convenient, and clean. Everything worked like it should: hair dryer, TV, toilet, etc. Extended another night rather than take a chance up the road.

When we first got to the hotel the check-in staff did not appear that friendly. They weren’t rude or anything, just not as pleasant as most hotel staff usually is. Our first room smelled like smoke and there was red wax that was on the wall, plug, and floors which my kids thought was blood so we asked to move rooms. The cleaning lady was friendly. The only room available was on the 2nd floor with no elevators. This room had something red on the door frame to the bathroom which looked like blood or ketchup but we just let it go. The shower curtains were moldy and people were going in and out of rooms all night and I could hear the doors banging shut so it was difficult to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel for a clean/comfortable sleep.

Upon check-in, the room had fresh towels and an extra roll of TP. There was a single cup coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster, iron board and iron. That is the extent of the amenities. No BF was served, only coffee in the lobby. There is a fairly large outdoor pool, and the pool area was kept clean. I stayed for 10 days for work; I did not receive any housekeeping during my stay. Not a luxury hotel for sure, but a good stay for someone on a budget.

I'm 98% sure the room was not cleaned before I entered it.My husband told me they told him that they had no cleaner for the following day after our check in. They were awful about giving toilet paper and fresh towels.No shampoo,Conditioners or bars of soap ended up buying our own. Pool chairs mostly broken. Outside garbage was full for about 3 days before finally being emptied.

I liked everything except the wash cloths were filthy. I had to go buy towels and wash cloths because they did not seem sanitary to use. I did like the room and area, the room was clean and everything worked!

This property looks nice from the outside. Granted, they are remodeling, but everything was dirty and/or disgusting. Hallways were dirty, bathroom had not been cleaned (hair on the sink), and the bed sheets were stained and dirty (pillows looked like they had makeup rubbed off on them). Only positive was when we asked for cancelation and refund the front desk quickly obliged.

This hotel was terrible. It was dirty. The cover photo on Hotels.com makes it look nice enough. IT ISN'T. Registration desk is behind plexiglass. The whole place smells like smoke. The carpet in the hallways is disgusting. The room was not clean. The towels were stained. I choose not to even use the shower. Our AC unit was extremely dirty and our room reeked of smoke. I am all for a no frills hotel/motel, but it was dirty. Luckily I was not in the room very much except to sleep. I did think the sheets and bedding seemed clean though. So there's that. lol.

We did not stay because the entire place was revolting: mattress cover had bed bug feces on it as well as human feces. The sheets were dirty and the entire place smelled terribly! DO NOT STAY THERE!!

This Motel 6 has been remodeled and refreshed in the past year so a lot of the old comments about cleanliness are not relevant in 2024. It's clean, the staff refreshed my sheets & towels, and the AC worked brilliantly. Bathroom, kitchenette and bed are all brand new and new lighting. This hotel is inexpensive but it is a good value for short stays.

This hotel was all over the map with comfort , cleanliness, customer service etc. and actually wasn’t sure how to rate this hotel stay. But i will say check-in with “Robert” was superb The customer service he gave us was above par. He was very professional and friendly. The hotel itself: right off the freeway which made it very convenient getting around KY. The rooms were very modernized (surprisingly) thats about all that was great about the room. The pillows were straight garbage!!! The tub had a black dirt ring in it when we arrived to our room. It remained dirty throughout our stay (as we could not use it because it was filthy!!! The ironing bostd was filthy. Overall i probably would stay here again as the price was great! And the convenience of a gas station and a Waffle House in the parking lot of a new restaurant are reasons for a return stay.

Positives It was very inexpensive. Bigger fridge and additional sink in the "studio" was nice. Negatives First room: door didn't lock, could be opened without a key. Replacement room: door hardware was coming apart, no fix or replacement offered but at least it locked. Floors were not very clean.

It's a Motel 6 even though it advertises as "Studio 6". That being said, the room was clean. We were kept up all night by the people in the room next to us drinking. They carried on until three am. We complained to the front desk but were told they couldn't do anything but call and ask them to be quiet. At five thirty am, we were awoken by someone across the hall beating on the door. He did this for five minutes or more then came back an hour later and started beating on the door again. I stepped out into the hall and asked what the problem was and he said he was in a room on the floor below us and the people above him kept him up all night so his response was to wake everyone up on our floor. We were in town for the Special Olympics regional soccer tournament. I will never stay at a Motel 6 again.

This place was horrible. I do not recommend d staying here! We did not feel safe. The side door was propped open late at night and some questionable adults were coming and going into the building. When we called the front desk to report, the man dismissed our concern. We cancelled for 2nd night due to safety concerns and they are refusing to refund our money. I would not stay at this place!

This Motel was very clean. It was easy to get to with lots of parking. The customer service called me early on the day of my reservation with concerns because they were full. We worked it out with getting a smaller room.

This property looks nice from the outside. Granted, they are remodeling, but everything was dirty and/or disgusting. Hallways were dirty, bathroom had not been cleaned (hair on the sink), and the bed sheets were stained and dirty (pillows looked like they had makeup rubbed off on them). Only positive was when we asked for cancelation and refund the front desk quickly obliged.

The room was filthy! The floor was sticky, there was food left in the fridge and freezer, a mysterious substance on the table... The hallway smelled and there was trash sitting outside many of the doors. It only got worse... We talked to the front desk, tried a different room and when the front desk attendant went in with us and he leaned on the counter bugs crawled across his hand, we made a quick exit. Although the conditions were less than suitable, the front desk and management were kind and understanding and gave us a full refund.

When we first got to the hotel the check-in staff did not appear that friendly. They weren’t rude or anything, just not as pleasant as most hotel staff usually is. Our first room smelled like smoke and there was red wax that was on the wall, plug, and floors which my kids thought was blood so we asked to move rooms. The cleaning lady was friendly. The only room available was on the 2nd floor with no elevators. This room had something red on the door frame to the bathroom which looked like blood or ketchup but we just let it go. The shower curtains were moldy and people were going in and out of rooms all night and I could hear the doors banging shut so it was difficult to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel for a clean/comfortable sleep.

Check out day housekeeping came into the room 40 minutes before check out cleaning out our room while we were trying to load up our car. Almost let our dog out. We asked for 20 more minutes to finish loading our things Ave checking out they said no. Our tv had no cord when e we got there we had no remote so for the first hour there was no television but that wasn’ta big deal for us but we extended our reservation another day booked online paid without issue then were texted at 8pm we needed to come pay $10 pet fee they didn’t charge us for that morning. When I booked I booked online for motel 6 kitchenette room. While I was there the room was taken off the motel 6 and listed as studio 6 which lead to the extra day we stayed having pet fees. The bed spread smelled weird on one bed I washed it then put it back on the bed And it stunk again so I assumed it was an issue with the bed so we didn’t use that bed. It wasn’t horrible room was updated but housekeeping was inconsiderate manager was nice owners son fixed the tv and was pleasant. I wouldn’t stay again because simply bc of housekeeping and the 8 pm message about an error they didn’t notify me of when I was paying.

I requested a double queen room and was given a ADA room with 1 bed with 2 kids. Stains on the sheets and pillows. Pillows were beyond used. Staff was not very engaging and on their phone. As she told another guest she had plenty of rooms available did not offer to give me the room I had reserved. They said there was nothing she could do for me.

Check-in was super simple and we got upgraded to a king from a queen at no additional cost to us. The room was clean and looked out to the pool. Room service was good; always had fresh towels and trash changed out. The hotel itself is a little out of the way but I prefer that honestly. It's quieter that way. There's a gas station and a Waffle House right by it, so that was a big plus. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was all over the map with comfort , cleanliness, customer service etc. and actually wasn’t sure how to rate this hotel stay. But i will say check-in with “Robert” was superb The customer service he gave us was above par. He was very professional and friendly. The hotel itself: right off the freeway which made it very convenient getting around KY. The rooms were very modernized (surprisingly) thats about all that was great about the room. The pillows were straight garbage!!! The tub had a black dirt ring in it when we arrived to our room. It remained dirty throughout our stay (as we could not use it because it was filthy!!! The ironing bostd was filthy. Overall i probably would stay here again as the price was great! And the convenience of a gas station and a Waffle House in the parking lot of a new restaurant are reasons for a return stay.

The property was moderately clean. There was no carpet in the room, which I like, but the floor still made my feet very dirty when I walked barefoot. Upon check-in, the room had fresh towels and an extra roll of TP. There was a single cup coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster, iron board and iron. That is the extent of the amenities. This property is in a great location for a stop on I75 but it was not very clean and the furniture was falling off the walls. Coffee maker but no coffee pot in room. Phone fell off the wall when we lifted the receiver. We only spent the night and left at 6 am. Would not stay there again.

The room was clean. The coffee pot was missing when we got into the room, thank God I brought my Keurig. The refrigerator door opened from the other side, they need to switch the doors so it opens up properly. The beds are comfortable and staff was very friendly! Would I stay here again, probably not! It's all I could get because of BreyerFest!
