The hotel is clean and really pretty inside. I was a bit disturbed about the noise and construction outside. I feel that we should have been informed that there would be a big street work right outside the hotel. The hotel location is not ideal either, but I blame myself for not checking that well. Overall ok stay. The front desk gentlemen was lovely!

We booked the same room type at the same time and the same price as our friends, but they had air conditioning and we did not. We called the front desk and were told that only some rooms have AC, and that we had a fan in our room. We did not have a fan. The gentleman sounded incredulous but promised to deliver one. He did fairly quickly, but it was very loud and seemed to have only one setting: high. It was a warm day, and with only one window facing the afternoon sun, our room was hot and uncomfortable. We were told that we couldn't change rooms, and we still paid the same price as our friends who had AC. Otherwise, it was a nice enough hotel. Very close to the train station. Our room was clean (though our friends found mouse droppings in theirs). It was small with a very small shower, but as frequent visitors to Europe, we know that is to be expected. The public areas were charmingly decorated. Breakfast was available, but we chose to go to a nice restaurant in the train station, so can't comment on its quality.

Convenient location but beware no air conditioning and the only way to cool down is open the windows to s very busy street with a restaurant underneath so don’t plan on going to sleep before 2 am. It didn’t appear the hotel was fully booked so odd no one said anything to us or put us in a different location knowing it was +26 that day and no one at desk later at night.

The hotel looks to be up a pedestrian zone but you can drive up and park outside. To park the car you have to go into the hotel to get the keys and fobs for the car park. We had to drive around the block and back up the pedestrian looking street to get into the car park as it’s opposite the hotel but before the hotel The hotel was art decor very nice inside. Staff friendly. Rooms good size (no iron but have an ironing room that needs adding to your room card to use). Location wise we felt a little out of the more touristy area ( 10 min walk) a number of Adult stores are near by.

Wunderbar gelegen in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Dank des kostenfreien ÖV kann man die Gegend bestens erkunden. Wir haben das meiste aber sowieso zu Fuss gemacht. Das Personal vom Hotel ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber und eher neueren Standards. Alles in Allem würde ich das Hotel sofort wieder buchen!

Really enjoyed our stay. Only a few minutes walk from the train station and tram stops. As the tram is free and runs about every 5 mins this makes the city easily accessible. Room was clean and tidy, if a little on the small side. The hotel is decorated in a old look style and looks good for it. the floor in our room and, I assume, the others means it's noisy walking around the room. Staff were friendly and free pastries in the lobby was nice.

Stayed 1 night in a triple room. Was pleased with how clean the room and bathroom were. The location in regards to public transportation is good. We would not have enjoyed more than one night with three people in the room as the luggage and walking space is quite limited. They are updating it seems, we had some difficulty with our room keys, but it was taken care of. Noise from the street and restaurant below was quite noticeable.

Very nice decors and well kept hotel. Short walk from train station. We followed Google map and walked through some shady area. Best way is to head north-east from train station on de la Liberté/N3, then left turn onto Rue de Strasbourg. There was no AC, no ironing board in the room. We slept with windows opened and it was very noisy.

The hotel Perrin was excellent in every way, I cannot fault it at all, the elderly gentleman on reception is a ear assett, he could not have been more helpful. The room,although smallish had every facility except a fridge, it even had a tower fan and slippers. The bathroom looked brand new and was well equipped inc good quality hairdryer. The location is also excellent, literally a five minute walk from the station and surrounded by restaurants. I will definitely return, but for longer next time!

I have booked two double rooms(one with double bed and one with two single beds) at the same price and although the room with two single beds was big and spacious with big bathroom as well ,the one with double bed was quite small with very small bathroom and shower.Floors were extremely squeaky so going to the bathroom quietly during the night was a challenge.Really noisy from the aeroplanes outside but luckily they stopped for the night.Staff started cleaning other rooms before 8am moving constantly furniture around and making a lot of noise. Otherwise hotel is authentic,charming and well decorated.Breakfast was great.

Very noisy hotel, hard to get a restful sleep, especially if the hotel places you on the street side of the building. Even after requesting a quiet room, clerks disregarded request and put us on the second floor, on street side. Clerk repeatedly helped other customers that arrived after us, even though we were already in line, this happened several times. Absolutely misogynistic behavior from clerks and patrons. 3/10 for this hotel.

Clean, comfortable and updated room and bathroom with A/C that actually worked in a convenient location. Hotel has an interesting history and the man at the front desk, seemingly always there, day and night, embodies the adage, “Find work that you love and you will never work a day in your life.” I want to go back to Luxembourg City just to stay at the hotel again and cross paths with the man at the front desk.

I was warmly welcomed as soon as I arrived. Check in was easy and everything I needed to know was explained to me and i was given maps too. The bed was the most comfortable one I've had throughout the whole 6 weeks I've been travelling. The breakfast had a nice variety of options and the coffee was delicious. The location was perfect. It took around 15 minutes walk to the city but the trams were very regular should you choose them and they were free! The main train station was just around the corner and the tram to the airport took 30 minutes, also free. I had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic hotel. Very clean and has everything you need. Private bath, comfortable bed, heating and A/C, a desk, TV. The room was small, but this is expected in this area. Location could not be beat. Right next to the main train station. The hotel is off of a side street so was very quiet as well. Would definitely stay here again. Bargain for the price. Across the street is a great Italian restaurant, and down the street about 2 min walk is a great ramen restaurant.

It was a very pleasant stay for a night! Very close to the railway station and also the city center was easy to reach. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was great. It can get noisy at night so I’d recommend to use earplugs. Otherwise no complaints!

I had some changes in plans which made me book this hotel, and it was a very pleasant surprise. I was welcomed by a super-friendly and caring staff, and I think I even got a room upgrade. The hotel and the rooms are nicely decorated and well-maintained, and the breakfast was fantastic. The location is central, with a few less welcoming spots in some of the nearby streets, but nothing serious. I'll definitely consider coming back if I'm in Luxembourg again.
