Premises needs urgent refurbishment

Lors de son inauguration ce fût un des grands hôtels de Rabat…Actuellement un effort est fait pour améliorer l’hôtel .J’y ai passé un excellent séjour.

The proximity to two museums and cafe area was so convenient. There were several small shops so close where I could buy water and snacks. Great view of a minerat from the rooftop. Some adorable cats hanging around. I enjoyed my stay.

Ce fût un des grands hôtels.Il a le mérite de survivre au milieu de luxueuses nouveautés.il faut soutenir cet effort en venant y loger.

This was not a 4 star hotel. No minibar in room, as advertised. There was an empty bar frig, not even water. There was no bar as advertised. Beer and wine in restaurant. Buffet dinner was horrible, because of that I didn’t eat breakfast or any other meal there. Many good restaurant choices within easy walking distance, which I strongly suggest. Service in dining room mediocre. Excellent proximity to 2 good museums. Walkable area. Front desk staff was very good. Mould in shower, the whole bathroom could have been cleaner. Water was hot and a/c good. Beds clean and comfortable. Would rate this 3 stars tops.

Hey, the stuff are friendly, the property need updating and everything is old and not working well. I won’t stay there again and even the location is central but the hotel is surrounded with doggy bars and I didn’t feel safe. I won’t recommend to stay there.

Hotel Helnan foi uma surpresa boa e apresentou um excelente custo benefício. Fica bem localizado, fácil de andar a pé, fica a 08 minutinhos de caminhada para Estação Rabat Ville. Cama, lençóis e travesseiros excelentes. Um destaque é que o quarto estava muito cheiroso; aquele cheiro de limpeza das roupas de cama e banho?! Pois é, isso foi o que me chamou mais atenção. A ducha é ótima também com água quente/frio. O quarto em apresenta móveis de características antigas, o cofre não estava funcionando, o secador de cabelo estava quebrado, mas acho que isso pode ser sido um detalhe específico do meu quarto. Eu confesso que a parte da limpeza e cheiros foi o que me fez ficar super confortável. O café da manhã possui tudo que basicamente comemos, tais como pães, frios, ovos, café, etc, mas não é aquele grande buffet. A área do café da manhã funciona no restaurante, mas eu não frequentei nem para almoço e nem jantar. Hotel possui Wifi e funcionou bem durante a estadia.
