We had a very relaxing few days here. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the check in process was completed quickly. We stayed in a two bedroom cottage, the accommodation was very spacious but still had a nice cozy feel to it. The on site restaurant served excellent food with a lovely atmosphere, just remember to book early as it was fully booked each night we were there. We will definitely be back.

As soom as we got into our cottage we knew we wanted to stay longer. It's a lovely cottage with a spacious seating area, a balcony w 2 chairs out on the deck overlooking the lich, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The pool and sauna were amazing after a days hiking, and the stagg were the absolute best and worked some magic so we could stay 3 more nights over the 1 we booked. Highly recommend staying here and would come back in a heartbeat.

A very beautiful area. I was nervous about coming to stay as there are a fair few bad reviews. Although the beds were clean and comfortable the cleanliness is definitely lacking. We are far from clean freaks but there were obvious areas the cleaners were missing. As we came into the front door (47)we noticed the area behind the door hadn’t been cleaned for a while as cobwebs and small spiders were there. The windows in the bathroom were dirty and uncleaned. Blinds in the bedrooms also pretty dirty. No plug in the main bathroom so the kids couldn’t have a bath in there. The only decent shower was the twin room (the others were difficult to get working) en suite at the front, very dated washing facilities. We booked into the swimming pool and you could tell the area around the pool had not been cleaned. I noticed a pair of dusty swim googles twice while I was there in the same spot. Not sure if anyone has managed to work the electric showers in the swimming area but they didn’t work when we tried them, either boiling hot or freezing cold. It did not spoil our stay at all but I could see it might be disappointing for others. The area is so beautiful! an injection of funding into these cottages would make a huge difference. We found the staff helpful and the Courtyard pub did amazing food and had a lovely atmosphere. Our girls enjoyed the little shop next door.

House very comfortable. Condition of properties exterior poor. It's as though a decision has been made not to maintain. Wasn't told the pool water was much colder before our visit. Entrance had potholes everywhere..same reason as before? Sauna broke on our first day and abandoned swim due to frostbite. Then swimming pool out of order but no message sent to guests. On arrival we noticed just how pretty the grounds and cottages were. Our check in was very good and informative. When we entered our cottage we were very pleased with the size, facilities and the cleanliness. One issue we had though was when using the shower we were unaware of a leak within the shower cubicle that caused water to leak into the downstairs cottage until maintenance was banging on our door. Not a good situation when trying to get ready for our restaurant booking time. We did not expect to have to pay to use the pool and other facilities as we were not members of the club. We booked into the Waterfront Restaurant for two nights and were not disappointed, great service and food.

Very pleasant stay, 1 bed cottage, very spacious with all the amenities required for a short stay. Restaurant wasnt open when we were staying. Only downside was the limit allowed in the pool, it was strictly by booking ahead and only for 1 hour, changing room lockers werent very secure and difficult to operate, very minor issues but a great time was had

The ensuite hadnt been cleaned and there were still crisps in various places in the lounge. Which we reported and the following day house keeping came out and cleaned shower tray only. Too many light switches and some did nothing. 2 heaters broke for entire stay even after reporting them. Great size place. Parking is not by accommodation but not too far away. Lovely have 2 balconys giving different views.big bedrooms. Plenty of space in lounge/dining/kitchen area. Ideal for a long weekend

Cute little one bed upside down house which was spacious enough for two of us attending a wedding near by. Couldn't eat here as we arrived on a Tuesday and the restaurant isn't open at the start of the week but the courtyard restaurant across the road is lovely and very convenient. Even when we got back after 11pm on the Wednesday everything was shut up so we still couldn't have a drink even if we'd wanted. Waterside setting is the best thing about it.

Cot unfit for purpose + black mould. Cot: we asked twice if they had a suitable cot for our 20 month old. They said they did, however upon arrival it was clear it did not have a sheet to go with it. We had to ask for one and they gave us a fully unfitted adult bed sheet to wrap around the cot base-plate - clearly not a safe solution. My wife did not sleep well that night, checking the monitor multiple times. They promised they would provide one the next night - they did not - just another sheet the same size, plus a random blanket. Black mould: The property also had significant levels of black mould in the bathrooms, as well as being generally unclean. Extremely disappointed. Not worth it.

Kenmore apartments are in a lovely setting and the grounds are well kept. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The property itself however could do with a bit of updating. One of the shower heads was broken, there was mold on the windows, the freezer appeared to have collapsed at the back so was unusable and there was a general feeling that the place could have been overall cleaner/fresher. For our two night stay however we really enjoyed ourselves, the beds were comfy and the setting was peaceful. And the size of the accommodation was impressive.

We stayed here for three nights in late November and were aware of the electricity charges prior to booking. We were in a two bedroom upside down cottage with a lovely view of the loch. Overall we had a good stay, beds comfortable and kitchen had everything you need. A few things let it down however. There were some scuffs on the walls, cobwebs on the high ceilings and stains on the carpet in the lounge. The sofa is quite uncomfortable and could do with some cushions. The fridge was very noisy and the seal had come away at the bottom corner. The floorboards were very creaky so if you were still in bed and someone else was in the lounge upstairs, you could hear every movement. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so we didn’t get to try there. There is a courtyard shop and restaurant across the road which has a good selection of produce and the food was very good. There is also a hotel in the village. It was quite a drive to the nearest large supermarket so do stock up before you arrive or arrange a delivery to your cottage.

This property was unfortunately a bit of a disappointment. Perhaps some of the other cottages are in better condition, but the one we stayed in was very old and dingy. The Common area / kitchen smelled terrible - despite opening the windows all night to air it out. The carpets were very old and stained and smell seemed to be inside. The bathrooms were also in bad shape with lots of mold, leaks, etc. There was also mold and water damage on ceilings. On the positive side, the beds were clean and comfortable so at least we slept well. And, the location is beautiful- right on the lake. Hopefully they can renovate soon!

What a beautiful part of the world, and a beautiful resort. Really friendly staff, great use of technology for text communications throughout, kids loved the pool and the space to run about and play outside. Great parking and so much nearby to do. Our property was looking a little tired inside: uncomfy, hard sofas; bathrooms with cracked sealant and grout; a kitchen that had definitely seen better days. Beds were really comfy though - full pillows and heavy duvets with good mattresses. The cottage also needed a good deep clean - we had been notified about the stains on the carpet, which was fine and not a problem - we understand these things happen. The sticky countertops, cobwebs on the top of doors, dirt and hair at the back of the en-suite sink and someone else’s dinner on the table mats was a bit disappointing. Nothing that ruined our stay, and all easily resolved with an antibacterial wipe - but no cleaning spray under the kitchen sink, so we sourced our own. The TV was an adventure - we had to retune to get more than just a couple of channels (had to find CBeebies!) but we were able to do that easily. We had a great stay, and would return in spite of our minor disappointments, as I’m sure other accommodation options would be different on site. Hopefully, our experience was just a glitch.

We stayed here for three nights in late November and were aware of the electricity charges prior to booking. We were in a two bedroom upside down cottage with a lovely view of the loch. Overall we had a good stay, beds comfortable and kitchen had everything you need. A few things let it down however. There were some scuffs on the walls, cobwebs on the high ceilings and stains on the carpet in the lounge. The sofa is quite uncomfortable and could do with some cushions. The fridge was very noisy and the seal had come away at the bottom corner. The floorboards were very creaky so if you were still in bed and someone else was in the lounge upstairs, you could hear every movement. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so we didn’t get to try there. There is a courtyard shop and restaurant across the road which has a good selection of produce and the food was very good. There is also a hotel in the village. It was quite a drive to the nearest large supermarket so do stock up before you arrive or arrange a delivery to your cottage.

The ensuite hadnt been cleaned and there were still crisps in various places in the lounge. Which we reported and the following day house keeping came out and cleaned shower tray only. Too many light switches and some did nothing. 2 heaters broke for entire stay even after reporting them. Great size place. Parking is not by accommodation but not too far away. Lovely have 2 balconys giving different views.big bedrooms. Plenty of space in lounge/dining/kitchen area. Ideal for a long weekend

Cute little one bed upside down house which was spacious enough for two of us attending a wedding near by. Couldn't eat here as we arrived on a Tuesday and the restaurant isn't open at the start of the week but the courtyard restaurant across the road is lovely and very convenient. Even when we got back after 11pm on the Wednesday everything was shut up so we still couldn't have a drink even if we'd wanted. Waterside setting is the best thing about it.

We had a very relaxing few days here. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the check in process was completed quickly. We stayed in a two bedroom cottage, the accommodation was very spacious but still had a nice cozy feel to it. The on site restaurant served excellent food with a lovely atmosphere, just remember to book early as it was fully booked each night we were there. We will definitely be back.

Cot unfit for purpose + black mould. Cot: we asked twice if they had a suitable cot for our 20 month old. They said they did, however upon arrival it was clear it did not have a sheet to go with it. We had to ask for one and they gave us a fully unfitted adult bed sheet to wrap around the cot base-plate - clearly not a safe solution. My wife did not sleep well that night, checking the monitor multiple times. They promised they would provide one the next night - they did not - just another sheet the same size, plus a random blanket. Black mould: The property also had significant levels of black mould in the bathrooms, as well as being generally unclean. Extremely disappointed. Not worth it.

As soom as we got into our cottage we knew we wanted to stay longer. It's a lovely cottage with a spacious seating area, a balcony w 2 chairs out on the deck overlooking the lich, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The pool and sauna were amazing after a days hiking, and the stagg were the absolute best and worked some magic so we could stay 3 more nights over the 1 we booked. Highly recommend staying here and would come back in a heartbeat.

Immaculate grounds and friendly staff stood out for us. We had a one bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed. It was so peaceful and we wished we were staying longer. We tried the onsite restaurant which was very good apart from the shop bought Yorkshire puddings! The swimming pool came as a welcome relief from the unusually hot weather

My wife and I get over to The Kenmore Club as often as we can. Location is excellent and our two bedroom cottage was excellent. Huge living area, bedrooms, one with on-suite and a lovely large bathroom, which, although we had problem with hot water supply initially, this was soon rectified. Not what we would expect for our having this ridiculous electricity add-on! Thank you Hilton! (NOT!) Can't honestly think of any useful contribution this takeover by that lot has added to the Kenmore experience Still, staff are excellent, led by Jean in reception, and looking forward to our return to Kenmore again sometime soon.

On arrival we noticed just how pretty the grounds and cottages were. Our check in was very good and informative. When we entered our cottage we were very pleased with the size, facilities and the cleanliness. One issue we had though was when using the shower we were unaware of a leak within the shower cubicle that caused water to leak into the downstairs cottage until maintenance was banging on our door. Not a good situation when trying to get ready for our restaurant booking time. We did not expect to have to pay to use the pool and other facilities as we were not members of the club. We booked into the Waterfront Restaurant for two nights and were not disappointed, great service and food.

What a beautiful part of the world, and a beautiful resort. Really friendly staff, great use of technology for text communications throughout, kids loved the pool and the space to run about and play outside. Great parking and so much nearby to do. Our property was looking a little tired inside: uncomfy, hard sofas; bathrooms with cracked sealant and grout; a kitchen that had definitely seen better days. Beds were really comfy though - full pillows and heavy duvets with good mattresses. The cottage also needed a good deep clean - we had been notified about the stains on the carpet, which was fine and not a problem - we understand these things happen. The sticky countertops, cobwebs on the top of doors, dirt and hair at the back of the en-suite sink and someone else’s dinner on the table mats was a bit disappointing. Nothing that ruined our stay, and all easily resolved with an antibacterial wipe - but no cleaning spray under the kitchen sink, so we sourced our own. The TV was an adventure - we had to retune to get more than just a couple of channels (had to find CBeebies!) but we were able to do that easily. We had a great stay, and would return in spite of our minor disappointments, as I’m sure other accommodation options would be different on site. Hopefully, our experience was just a glitch.

The Kenmore Club was a perfect base for hillwalking in the area. Self catering meant that we could choose an early start for our day instead of being tied to hotel or B&B breakfast times. Highly recommended.

This is a peaceful visit to the heart of Perthshire, set in the most beautiful Scottish Landscape. There are 5* restaurants in the areas and galleries in Aberfeldy & Dunkeld selling art by local & Scottosh artists. The accommodation itself is perfect. All mod cons, very comfortable with stunning views over the river and tree covered mountains. I would definitely recommend Kenmore as a restful, sightseeing holiday.

Staff where lovely, cottage was nice and cozy and had the most comfy bed. Everything you could need was there great location people who lived in the area where so kind and welcoming. We also went to the waterfront restaurant for dinner which was delightful. We tried the three lemons in aberfeldy for food also and ferryman’s inn food everywhere was delicious and the staff and ambiance of these places where phenomenal. We are going to be back in summer and make it a yearly visit every xmas as it really was a beautiful place.

Beautiful and very tranquil location. The apartment was big but a bit outdated. When we arrived we were informed the restaurant was closed (it’s apparently closed twice a week) and all shops in the town closed. Nothing would open until 9am the next day and the hotel does not offer breakfast. Very surprised that an expensive hotel like this does not offer a better service. This was quite a problem for us (we have small kids), would have been great to know this in advance. That being said I could imagine coming back in the future.

A very beautiful area. I was nervous about coming to stay as there are a fair few bad reviews. Although the beds were clean and comfortable the cleanliness is definitely lacking. We are far from clean freaks but there were obvious areas the cleaners were missing. As we came into the front door (47)we noticed the area behind the door hadn’t been cleaned for a while as cobwebs and small spiders were there. The windows in the bathroom were dirty and uncleaned. Blinds in the bedrooms also pretty dirty. No plug in the main bathroom so the kids couldn’t have a bath in there. The only decent shower was the twin room (the others were difficult to get working) en suite at the front, very dated washing facilities. We booked into the swimming pool and you could tell the area around the pool had not been cleaned. I noticed a pair of dusty swim googles twice while I was there in the same spot. Not sure if anyone has managed to work the electric showers in the swimming area but they didn’t work when we tried them, either boiling hot or freezing cold. It did not spoil our stay at all but I could see it might be disappointing for others. The area is so beautiful! an injection of funding into these cottages would make a huge difference. We found the staff helpful and the Courtyard pub did amazing food and had a lovely atmosphere. Our girls enjoyed the little shop next door.

It was quite a drive to the nearest large supermarket so do stock up before you arrive or arrange a delivery to your cottage.
We stayed here for three nights in late November and were aware of the electricity charges prior to booking. We were in a two bedroom upside down cottage with a lovely view of the loch. Overall we had a good stay, beds comfortable and kitchen had everything you need. A few things let it down however. There were some scuffs on the walls, cobwebs on the high ceilings and stains on the carpet in the lounge. The sofa is quite uncomfortable and could do with some cushions. The fridge was very noisy and the seal had come away at the bottom corner. The floorboards were very creaky so if you were still in bed and someone else was in the lounge upstairs, you could hear every movement. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so we didn’t get to try there. There is a courtyard shop and restaurant across the road which has a good selection of produce and the food was very good. There is also a hotel in the village. On arrival we noticed just how pretty the grounds and cottages were. Our check in was very good and informative. When we entered our cottage we were very pleased with the size, facilities and the cleanliness. One issue we had though was when using the shower we were unaware of a leak within the shower cubicle that caused water to leak into the downstairs cottage until maintenance was banging on our door. Not a good situation when trying to get ready for our restaurant booking time. We did not expect to have to pay to use the pool and other facilities as we were not members of the club. We booked into the Waterfront Restaurant for two nights and were not disappointed, great service and food.

This is probably the nicest place to stay in Scotland. Quiet and wonderful, centrally located, with the best restaurant ever anywhere. The chef and head waitperson are an amazing combination, making this the best dining experience. Ever.

Very pleasant stay, 1 bed cottage, very spacious with all the amenities required for a short stay. Restaurant wasnt open when we were staying. Only downside was the limit allowed in the pool, it was strictly by booking ahead and only for 1 hour, changing room lockers werent very secure and difficult to operate, very minor issues but a great time was had

Cute little one bed upside down house which was spacious enough for two of us attending a wedding near by. Couldn't eat here as we arrived on a Tuesday and the restaurant isn't open at the start of the week but the courtyard restaurant across the road is lovely and very convenient. Even when we got back after 11pm on the Wednesday everything was shut up so we still couldn't have a drink even if we'd wanted. Waterside setting is the best thing about it.

Beautiful accommodation, tastefully decorated although a few small areas could do with a paint touch-up but this was only minor. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Lovely setting - even in the rain! It was a pity that the restaurant and bar weren't open every day but The Courtyard was just a few minutes' walk across the road which served food and drinks.

Great experience for our first trip here. We loved being right on the lake - we enjoyed how large our accommodation was, the swimming pool and the on site restaurant/ bar was good too. The grounds were looking very smart for our arrive. Look forward to going back again soon.
