Plenty of safe parking. Friendly staff.

Room was very clean - well done house keepers ! Excellent parking We liked the various places to relax inside and out.

It's relatively quiet (some traffic noise) with plenty of parking space, close to the river and a short drive from Stalham and a few more miles to Wroxham. The former has a Museum of the Broads and the opportunity for a boat trip while the latter is a busier place with boat trips, boat hire and more shops.

Initially on arrival there was a board stating food options were limited due to an internal problem. We were disappointed because we were there for a special birthday. We went inside to register and saw another sign saying the wi-fi was down. Being very disappointed as we were expecting an email from abroad regarding this birthday and we were undecided whether to stay or not. Nick, who we presumed to be the duty manager, was very apologetic and explained the problems in more detail. He convinced us to stay and offered us an upgraded room and bought our first round of drinks for us. The afternoon and evening went very well and the food we had was excellent. The upgraded room was large and airy and we were able to park literally outside the room (cabin). Being partially disabled this was a great bonus. Thanks to Nick's professionalism he certainly turned a possible disaster into a pleasurable experience and we thank him. We've stayed at the Wayford before but this experience surpassed that by miles.

This place is great value. Staff are polite, helpful and the bar has a great choice.

Great hotel with a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Staff were super helpful, food was fantastic and the room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Plently of onsite parking and really convenient for exploring Norfolk and the broads. Will definitely be returning, thanks for a great stay.

It was clean and tidy. Parking was easy plenty of room. The room was clean and tidy. I have no dislikes.

Large car park. There is a small table in the reception area with a bell to call for service, which we did. After several minutes a young lady came running into the area and told us to follow her, to check in. We were lead to the main bar area, however there was no record of our booking, which was a concern to say the least. I was asked what type of room we’d booked, when we booked it. I showed my confirmation number, eventually we were given a room. After conferring with a senior member of staff,It transpired that there had been a change in ownership in April time, so my booking was on ‘the old system’. The issue was resolved quickly, which was good, but still caused some angst. We were told there were issues with the WiFi… the signal and reception were non existent. The room was clean, but basic. The bathroom door stuck and would not shut. There was no hairdryer. I did manage to get a hairdryer in the end. I reported the door, it did not really bother us that much, but if it was pushed shut, it was impossibly to open. The food in the restaurant was ok. I had fish and chips, the fish had been put on top of the chips, making then soggy. The most disappointing thing was getting back to the hotel bar at about 22:40, after the wedding we had been to, seeing 3 people sitting there with virtually full pints, and being refused service. Even as residents. Overall it’s an ok place, the outside area is a bit scruffy. Seem to be quite short of staff.

A great place for a few days away exploring The Broads. Breakfast was excellent. The bar was great and cosy secluded seating with comfy sofas was fab.

Comfortable clean room with excellent bathroom. Friendly service and a good old fashioned English cooked breakfast. Perfect for our one-night stop-over.

Good location to get to all the visitor sites in Norfolk. The room was comfortable however in the five nights that we stayed neither the bed clothes or towels were changed. The smell from the septic tank in front of the hotel quite bad but varied depending on direction of wind. Restaurant had a good range of food on its menu and was reasonably priced.

There was a bad smell in room 6 and ended up sleeping with window open and heating on! also shower wasn't very hot

The whole place was clean,fresh and very comfortable. The staff were accomadating,and very friendly. Would hughly revcomend.

Last minute booking. We were greeted by friendly helpful staff . The room was nice, it was clean and had everything we needed. We dine, or have breakfast but from what we could see it looked good. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

Pleasantly surprised at how quiet our stay was considering it was a bank holiday weekend. Spotless accommodation, comfortable bed and brilliant shower room.

The staff where friendly, the hotel was clean, though some of it was very worn, like the chair in the bed room, breakfast was nice, the evening meal fish curry was very good.

Another good stay here. The check in was easy with a friendly welcome/ My room was delightful, warm with a cost bed a great walk in shower, although the shower head could have done with a clean and better power. Food here was great, an amazing choice, delicious and at a great price.

Stayed for a couple of nights in a classic double room which was comfortable and clean,the only issue we had we were on the lower floor and you can hear noise from above when they walk across their floor. The food was good with reasonable servings. The wayford bridge inn we think is well situated for the broads but the inside could do with a little updating but we did enjoy our stay there.

We love staying in the garden rooms, lovely spacious rooms and so quiet!! The only thing we dislike is the breakfast, it never improves over the years and the choice is non-existent. We would stay again, as we have a few times, but wouldn’t bother with breakfast!

Staff so friendly and accommodating. Garden room very large and had everything we needed. A great base for exploring Norfolk. Will definitely come back.

On booking i made the mistake, i though the courtyard room was the new outside block, however it was not and the room i had was compact, with a poor shower facility. Small cunbicle, with a step in and the shower head was clogged and not very good, even though i twisted the handle to different shower heads. The staff were amazing, i was able to do my work in peace, with very good attention to my needs. The foods as usual was extremelt tasty and compliments to to the chef.

The welcome was so friendly and the rooms were brilliant (we had two of the garden rooms - double for single use) and they were clean, spacious and well appointed.

We have stayed at the Wayford Bridge Inn several times and have found the hotel excellent. The room this time was in one of the chalet lodges. It was brilliant, cosy and warm, despite the freezing conditions outside. The room had a lovely view over the fields and waterway,and was 15 yards from the main building. We had breakfast each day, again brilliant, and set us up for the day. We had evening meals too. The choice, quantity and the quality all excellent.We could certainly recommend the Wayford Bridge Inn to anyone.

We have stayed before, but this time the service at breakfast was very slow, didn't seem enough staff on duty although they did their best.

The pub/restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, however, many were new and inexperienced leading to delays in service. We understand the problems recruiting staff in hospitality st the moment, otherwise we would have been tempted to provide a lower score. The rooms are sparkling clean and kept in excellent condition. Our only issue was the covid signs still everywhere in the inn. This is off putting and surely it is time they were removed?

The staff were all very attentive, a level of customer service that was above and beyond expectation. Nice building, good food.

From arrival to departure, the Inn was amazing. The staff was polite and very happy. The cleanliness was fab. The food was tasty and fresh. I could fault anything. I felt like I was staying in a 5-star hotel. On my next work trip i will definitely be staying again.

Great location to visit the broads and the coastline. Room was clean and peaceful with a lovely comfy bed. Excellent staff who were very warm, friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend.

The hotel is well maintained with helpful staff and located in a central area for touring around the broads. The bedrooms are decent-sized and there is no noise from the nearby road.

Great menu with the biggest gammon steak I have ever seen! Great location for visiting the coast and/or the Broads.

Well placed next to water sport facilities, very clean and modern rooms if not a little small. A lot of road noise with the window open. Staff friendly, well trained and efficient. A very varied menu of reasonably priced pub dishes.

Couldn’t fault the service throughout the whole stay. Catered well for gluten free. Everything we ate was totally delicious. Make sure you leave room for the huge puddings. Sunday roast was fabulous

Hotel generally was good and the staff were excellent. However there were ongoing issues with supplies that affected our stay. The breakfast was disappointing. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.
