Plenty of eating places and shopping nearby. I was not happy that they kept my $50 cash deposit because there were cough drop stains on two of my pillow cases and on the sheets. The young man that checked us in was a little rude to my sister when she was get the situation with the tv taken care of(it wasn’t working). The staff did take care of that the next day

parking was fine, my room had heat but the other person's room didn't get any heat, the staff did offer another room, the outlets in my bathroom did not work so I had to take my hair dryer to the other room to use it, why not use the dryer in the other room, there wasn't one, the breakfast was very carb heavy with not a lot of variety

Staff was the issue. Clemon did not seem too interested in customer satisfaction. Both evenings I had to return to the front desk because my keys did not work - I’m careful to keep them away from electronics.

Room looked great, not very clean. Multiple common surfaces had stains, towels were not cleaned properly. Room was missing an office chair at the desk. Breakfast needs improvement. Only had carbs and sugar available. Parking was a challenge as it appears to be a lot of construction equipment parked all over the place.
