I felt safe and it was clean, but ... 1 - Smoke detector battery compartment open with no battery 2 - Two large bathroom tiles not glued to floor. One slides when you step on it and the other pops up when you step on it 3 - TV remote broken ... it was taped together on the end and only worked if you were 12 inches from the tv 4 - The WiFi password in the laminated sheet in my room was wrong! After spending 20 minutes trying to log in I called the front desk and they told me the correct password. 5 - BOTH drink machines were out of order! And no other way to get a soft drink or bottled water. I even went done to the front desk to ask if there was any other way to get a drink. 6 - Lobby bathroom of order

The only thing good it was shelter for 2 nights. There was an electrical short on the air conditioning plug-in, water took forever to get hot, TV cable channels were different from the guide. Breakfast was super plain and late on our second night. No wash room or gym. Not for me alone or with my family.

Room was gross and dirty. Curtains falling off rods, rips and tears in furniture, shower curtain rod falling off, no shower curtain liner, clothing tags found in the bed under the sheets made it look like they were never changed, dirty walls, carpet that hasn't been cleaned. Dog feces all over the parking lot grass that I almost stepped in when getting out of my truck. Looks like the staff does not care about the hotels appearance as they seems unfazed by all of this.

Overall the Days Inn was not great. The staff on check in was very friendly as well as all the other staff I interacted with. The poir rating comes from the room itself, the beds were uncomfortable and loud! Myself and my son are small people but every turn or movement on both beds made them sqeek and creak, it was awful. Additionally, we were right by the check in area and people were in and out all night with no regard to the noise, so I got about an hour of sleep total. The cleanliness of the room was also subpar, there was a stain on the sheets and the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed. Location and staff were what earned the 2 stars, everything else was poor quality.

We stayed overnight while traveling from South Carolina to Pennsylvania,and checked in abt.10pm and it was pretty dirty.Nacho chips on elevator floor,all floors dirty,but I thought it would be clean by check out? Unfortunately it was worse, there were pieces of food on our floor in room,Homeless man panhandling outside while I smoked and saw him later in dining room? There are cameras.. My husband asked if we could check out at noon instead of 11am and was rudely told that they were short handed and they couldn’t do it? Check out was 11am, and our key cards were deactivated a little after 10am. Dark parts in parking lot,and people hanging out drinking,being loud..felt unsafe

Very old hotel - carpets filthy in hallway and room - need replaced. Old small refrigerator with no freezer compartment. Pleasant receptionist but male manager was not welcoming and constantly on his personal phone in and out as if doing personal business - just seemed sketchy. No TV channel list; difficult to find and select. Just a low-end hotel likely 2-star at best

The room was disgusting. There were smashed bugs on the walls. The bathroom floor tiles were all broken and coming loose. The sink drains smelled horrible and the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

The walls must be pretty thin as we had a room at the end of the hall so it was separated from the room next to it, but we could hear our neighbor talking on the phone well enough to hear every word he was saying. The bathroom floor tile was broken at the door and prevented closure of the bathroom door. The recliner, entertainment center and the nightstand all had visible damage. Lamps needed to be updated to ones that allow cell phones to be charged via USB.

The lady at the first desk had no personality. The only time she spoke was when she asked me to sign something. There was a large hole in the wall behind the door of our room. Another hole was in the ceiling where the smoke detector use to be. Carpet was pulling away from the wall. The room was damp and musty smelling. The remote to the tv didn’t work. The stopper in the sink and tub had been removed.

Condition of the room/bath was terrible. The sink had cracks all over it, the tub was "patched" in several places, there was no shower curtain so the water went everywhere on the floor, toilet seat was an improper fit and nearly tossed you off the toilet. room/bath was reasonably clean, never rec'd any bed service for the 3 days I was there. I made my own bed using same sheets, fresh towels were provided but nothing else. The coffee make didn't work,

The room was clean and quiet. My major complaint was that the king mattress that we slept on was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever payed to sleep on. Both my travel companion and I woke with sore backs. Halfway through the first night, I contemplated sleeping in the chair it was so bad.

The check-in experience at Days Inn was less than ideal. The morning of my stay, I received a welcome message from Days Inn telling me to check-in ahead of time. I was also given the option to choose late checkout. At the end, I was charged $134. I thought this was the $100 deposit + late checkout. At check-in, I was told this was the actual charge for my stay. When I explained that I had already paid (through Hotels.com), the front desk agent said that all she could see what they rec'd $134. I asked if that was from hotels.com? She said she couldn't see any details. Basically, she was unable to help me. Well, I check today and I have not only the charge I paid with hotels.com, but I also have the charge from Days Inn. So...I paid for the room twice. Horrible experience.

Only had a couple problems during my stay. The repeated $50 deposits even though I was just booking to extend my stay not a brand new reservation all together. Also someone stole a key and went into my room. The response/help I received from the staff was not good at all. I was not reimbursed at all even though someone could’ve stolen everything I had and the staff wouldn’t have known a thing. Felt like they were giving me the run around until I was gone.

Couldn't check in for 30 minutes because Noone at front desk. Was not even midnight and the girl was asleep in the next room with lights off. Had to ring bell constantly to wake her up and sadly other guests in nearby rooms. Breakfast bar had nothing to offer and juices were out and noone to restock them.

I've been trying for almost a month to get a refund for just one stay. I send some messages through the Hotels website and no one responds. When I checked in, I told the receptionist that I would only be staying for one day of the two I had booked, and she told me that it was no problem and that I would be refunded, but so far I haven't been.

I highly recommend! Youre close to many restaurants and grocery stores, the mall, and entertainment. The side doors work and the front desk people are very attentive. Clean rooms and the tv works when you want to connect your console.

It was a good value for the money. Room was clean and comfortable, but was definitely a little dated with older looking furniture. But bed was nice, and location was superb with a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. Offered breakfast but did not use so can't comment. Overall, would stay again and perfect for what we needed.

Room was clean, but in need of some minor maintenance. The bed was almost as comfortable as sleeping on the floor, hard as a rock. Unfortunately, the breakfast was pitiful, waffles, bagels, cereal, coffee and juice. There was nothing in the way of protein, like yogurt or any kind of sausage, the bagels were still frozen, the only protein would be the packets of cream cheese. To folks that might be having difficulty with their blood sugar, this is not at all good. Even some simple containers of yogurt in the fridge would be an improvement. Overall, the place was OK.

The air conditioner leaked water on the carpet and it was soaked with a mildew smell. We had to switch rooms. The advertisement stated a real breakfast, but after I booked the room and was checked in, I inquired about the breakfast times,I was told they don't do breakfast anymore but only a small continental breakfast so they need to make that known.

Everything was good except the “breakfast” was a joke I think. They couldn’t possibly be serious. The room coffee was brown water as was coffee at “breakfast.” My suggestion just don’t bother at all with setting out brown water, bagels no cream cheese and tiny tiny poppy seed muffins. Just no. Otherwise it was standard.
