We enjoyed the large corner room for our family of four. Spacious, modern and comfortable. Queen beds were comfortable. Staff super nice. We were on the 14th floor with great views. Great space to relax and enjoy the view. Friday, Saturday and Sunday there was loud music , making it difficult to sleep. Saturday it played til after 2am. Some of our party slept through it. Room had a noise machine. Gym is nice. Walking distance to many places. Did not like that lobby becomes a nightclub at night. Music was very loud, with the bass from the music audible throughout the hotel. Seems like an odd decision to have loud music a priority over guests paying for a place to sleep. everything about this hotel was top notch! starting with valet- so easy and quick/convenient. The staff who checked us in was so friendly as so informative! The room was soooo cute! Mini bar fully stocked and plenty of snacks too! would absolutely recommend this hotel!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Boston's Theater District. Our room at the W was okay but the restroom smelled of urine. It was a strong smell and you could smell it just walking by it. It was difficult using the shower. We didn't contact the front desk because the staff at the W kind of ignore us while we were there.

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location. 15 minute walk from the Back Bay station. Easy check in - very nice staff and a pretty hotel with a modern vibe. Room was spotless and spacious. A little loud at night from the street below but they have white noise machines right on the nightstand. Would choose this hotel again in a heartbeat!

Cute hotel and the rooms are decent size for Boston, but the walls are paper thin. You could hear every door shut and your neighbors speak. They kindly put me on a higher floor away from an elevator, but it might be brutal if you're a light sleeper. Super convenient to transportation or some sites for walking. Nespresso machines in the room. I don't know if I'd stay here again, but it suited our needs.

Hotel is in a good location to be central to sites for tourist visit. Not recommend though as the street noise at night is horribly loud. Sports cars racing their engines at 3am and sirens all night long. I’ve stayed in other cities many times and never experienced the noise levels like this all night long.

We were in the 9th floor and we could hear the music from the lobby and from the street. There were trucks loading at 3am. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but I couldn't stay the second night as I needed to sleep. The front desk was courteous and did not charge us a penalty for the cancellation. Also, the beds are not comfortable at all. The room was nice and clean

Under-exceeded my expectations for such a popular hotel in the heart of Boston. Staff were great!! The lounge downstairs was awesome! I expected much more of the rooms- very plain. Price did not equal posh. Price must be due to proximity to Boston attractions.

Great hotel. Great staff. Really nice room. My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin. The room next door had a loud get together until past 4am and it sounded like they were in the room with us!

Had a wonderful stay! Thomas, at the front desk, was extremely helpful in getting us set up, and went as far as upgrading us to a larger suite, which accommodated us so well. Everyone was super pleasant to work with and we felt welcomed and safe! Will definitely look for W's in the future for booking!

Didn’t like that everything had a price tag. It was nice but kid friendly not much. The Valet attendant, refuse to give my wife the keys until I came and give him a tip. Not very professional.

My stay was great overall. I didn’t know the lounge had changed to only hotel guest therefore it wasn’t as packed as I expected it to be. Would have liked a more robust crowd. I did have to wait a little to get checked into my room but they were very accommodating.

The attached hotel resturant was ridiculously over priced and quality of the breakfast was poor and cold. Grossly understaffed. It took us 25 minutes to be offered coffee and juice.

The room was nice until the tub didn’t drain and brown things came up from the drain around your feet. I asked for a different room but they insisted on fixing it right away but the drain was still broken. It just actually drained. Also, they give you a credit for breakfast but I have no idea how it is a credit if you end up paying for it at the end. My bill when I checked out was one charge then an additional charge was on my card. I called about it and the explanation still makes no sense.

First time being in Boston and this was a very lovely property to stay at. Honestly, no issues. Room service every day I was given a daily credit to use for breakfast and room Service. It was a very enjoyable stay definitely recommend.
