One bedroom apartment has all the facilities including drinking water on tap. These facilities are at a high standard in terms of quality & style. One bedroom apartments have different standards of balcony --- some are large & some are relatively small --- some have lots of sunshine & some very little --- pot luck which you get. Not keen on the regulated pool/sunbed scheme.

Been here several times. Great location. Nice rooms. Great staff. Pool bar is great, often get a breakfast there. Love the way the pool sunbed bookings are done, no rugby scrum to get your towels down in the morning!

We had a lovely 7 night stay at Sunset Harbour. The apartments had recently been renovated to a high standard. The filtered water tap in the kitchen a thoughtful addition and saves lugging water upstairs! Sun terrace a good size - enough for a table & 4 chairs plus 2 sun loungers. The pool area was clean and not overrun with sun loungers. The booking system for loungers was sensible so no early morning scramble. Plenty places to eat & drink nearby. We’ll certainly be back 😎

This is a great place with very friendly staff. It is in a terrific location within walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and bars. My only complaint is that the pool heater was broken during our stay in December which basically made it a cold plunge.

Everything was wonderful and the workers were all so lovely. The only thing I will mention is that there is a slight cockroach problem, although it is not anything that they can control. As soon as we reported a cockroach they came and got rid of it. All in all I would definitely come back again.

Lovely apartments/studios. Very clean inside with everything you need. Outside areas were also spotless! Staff very welcoming. The location was near plenty of bars/restaurants & the beach. No complaints from us!

The location of this hotel is awesome. Short to 2 beaches & many good restaurants around. The apartment was very nice with a big balcony. What was a little disappointing was the bed because it was a double bed but made up of two beds that had a tendency to slide apart if you lay in the middle but still there was only one large double duvet… and it could be cleaned every other day instead of every third. Other than that it was great and the pool area was nice and clean.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment- the room was huge and we were surprised by the space. Ours hadn't been renovated yet but it was fine. Our only criticism would be that due to the terrace being covered, the room was a bit dark (and not helped by the dark wooden furniture and kitchen). The pool area was lovely and we never had any trouble getting a sun bed (we're not early risers). There is a cafe on site and a little shop - but also plenty of choice within a couple of minutes walk. We thought it had a great location.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Initially unsure when we arrived as the room seemed more dated than some of the other photos and we were down in the basement next to the staff quarters and someone kept turning the hall light off so leaving and entering our room we needed a phone torch. When we turned it on someone just turned it off. Balcony despite being in the basement was was on the 1st floor looking out of the building and above a bar playing music. Sofa was tiny and we were unsure how it would make a bed. The bed, in the end, folded down from the wall and was as comfortable as any hotel bed you’d find. So our first impressions weren’t great and we looked into changing rooms. We were offered to swap to a refurbished room the next morning which looked more like some of the photos online however decided against this as there were renovation works happening in the same block and it would one incurred a fee to change rooms. In the end, we stayed and it was a really good decision as the music we got used to and grew to enjoy as it wasn’t anything too ‘heavy’ and provided a nice atmosphere on what was a large balcony. The pool area was great. One busier pool with a pool bar that we didn’t spend much time at and a quieter one at the top which was ideal. They also have a sunbed reservation policy which was great. Location was ideal near a lot of amenities. Staff were very helpful (particularly Nacho). So in the end, only issue was the dark hallway but would definitely stay again!

Wie haben leider ein sehr altes und kaltes Zimmer bekommen, sie sind aber dabei zu renovieren. Auf den ersten Blick war es sehr schockierend für uns, da es auf den Bildern anders aussah. Es gab einen Wasserhahn für gefiltertes Wasser. Hatten leider ein Käfer Problem in der Küche. Ansonsten fürs Kochen war alles da! Das Badezimmer ist schön und modern. Die Anlage ist auch sehr schön. Strand Nah, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants vorhanden (Achtung ab 23 Uhr ist es schwer was zu essen zu finden). Parkplätze sind sehr sehr schwer zu finden. Der Kontakt verlief über Whatsapp, das war unkompliziert und es wurde super schnell geantwortet. Uns wurde auch bei der Autovermietung geholfen und Ausflüge wurden auch angeboten. In die Anlage kommt man nur mit einer Karte, die auch zum Zimmer gehört.

Been here as a couple twice before and could not fault it in anyway. Returned with daughter and grandchildren and everything was as good as we remembered. However there was not much for the children other than the pool and this was monitored severely by the life guard with a whistle and fun was definitely not on the agenda and as a result would suggest that it is only suitable if you want a quiet break away.

Fantastic staff. Very friendly and helpful and the free bottle of cava for our anniversary was a very thoughtful touch. Great location near beaches, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Would definitely recommend. Great for couples and the older generation.

Good & not so good. We didn’t get off to the best start as we were given a disabled room that wasn’t suitable for able bodied people & it was dark. We spoke to reception who initially weren’t too helpful. We persevered & eventually spoke to a lovely helpful lady/ Rachael. She couldn’t sort it out immediately but after a couple of days she managed to get us a lovely apartment. She is a credit to the company. Ended up having a lovely end to our hols.

Fínt hótel fyrir peninginn, báðum um að fá svalir sem væri hægt að tana mikið á og fengum það, þannig vorum mjög sátt með það. Við innritun var starfsfólkið mjög kurteisislegt. Flugið okkar heim var svolítið seint um kvöld og eftir að við útrituðum okkur þá kom starfsfólkið fram við okkur með dónaskap og hroka, sem var svolítið skrítið. Annars bara ágætt hótel á mjög góðum stað.

As usual we loved our stay at Sunset Harbour. The resort is centrally located and immaculately clean. The reception staff are very friendly and English and Spanish speaking. They have been there for many years so running the reception desk is second nature to them and they go out of their way to please. We cannot recommend the resort enough!

Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. La première chambre que nous avons eue donnait sur la rue et notamment surun bar karaoké très bruyant. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, ils ont pu nous en obtenir une autre après 3 nuits, donnant sur l'intérieur de la résidence , très calme et plus confortable (une chambre en plus) et cela sans supplément, démarche commerciale que nous avons appréciée. Un conseil : Evitez les chambre sur rue car il y a beaucoup de bars dans les rues autour. Les chambres donnant sur la piscine sont très calmes d'autant que la piscine ferme à 18h.

Recently stayed for 4 nights and the noise in around the hotel and in particular outside our room was horrendous and was so loud that even with ear plugs couldn’t sleep until the music stopped at around 1am. Did request a quiet room prior to going and on arrival at check in as had read a number of reviews regarding the noise outside the rooms. That request was clearly ignored.

1 ukes opphold med samboer og barn. Hadde alt man trenger og stort rom. Tror det kan være viktig med rom inn mot resorten om man vil unngå støy fra utelivet rundt. 2 store basseng + et barnebasseng som ikke var oppvarmet. Området er bra. Nært til 2 strender og alt man trenger av annet.. Gåavstand (30min) til kjøpesenter. Alt i alt, anbefales.

Had a lovely time at Sunset Harbour Club. Clean and friendly staff. Amenities were excellent, room had everything you could need. Air conditioning was excellent definitely needed in the rooms after a day by the pool. Sofa bed was comfy. Pool was very refreshing but a little salty. Good selection at the pool bar. Food was good at the hotel. Would definitely recommend, close to local restaurants and night life. 20 mins walk to Siam Park and 25 minutes to Las Americas.

Endroit sympas, dommage que la propriété est a revoir. Deux piscines sur place, ainsi que deux restaurants façon bar/fast-food. On avait du mal à trouver un endroit ou on peut manger équilibré. Troisième jour nous avons trouvé des cafards dans la chambre. Les lits à lattes faisait du bruit car des lattes cassées. Quartier hyper touristique donc même les pharmacies arnaquent les clients.

We stayed at the Sunset Harbour this week in a one bedroom apartment. It was spacious with two outside areas (one under cover) and everything you could need, including a welcome hospitality pack with tea and coffee and even a filtered water tap so we didn't have to buy bottled water. The kitchen had a full fridge/freezer, oven and hob so we were able to prepare meals as if we were at home. We also loved the choice of two pool areas where you can book sunbeds a day in advance which meant no stress in the mornings. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were very friendly. We highly recommend the Clubhouse restaurant onsite for a lovely meal - we enjoyed breakfast and dinner here. The resort is metres from the beach and many other restaurants, bars and shops and only a 15 minute taxi from the airport. Highly recommend this resort and we will be returning!

Booked a studio apartment but was given a fabulous one bedroom apartment. Spacious, modern and clean. Huge, comfy bed. Great balcony with 2 loungers, table and chairs and brolly. Filtered water, coffee machine, 2 tv's with English channels, sofa bed in lounge Couldn't fault anything in accommodation. 2 lovely restaurants on site and snack bar. Amazing place.

From the moment we checked in we knew it was going to be a great hotel, we had a studio apartment which was very spacious full kitchen with oven, microwave fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine, filtered tap for water, bathroom was a good size huge terrace with sun loungers ,iron and ironing board, free safe free wifi and free air con pool area was fantastic with a lovely swim up bar,

We spent Christmas at the sunset harbour club. There are many positives about this hotel. Great location. A massive apartment with a well stocked kitchen. A huge comfy bed and fantastic black out curtains. Two large pools. The pool bar does really good salads and sandwiches for lunch. Nacho on reception was lovely too. However the area is really noisy. My apartment overlooked a bar which was rowdy gone 3am and the windows aren’t really enough to keep out the noise. The apartment didn’t feel that clean when we arrived and we needed to clean the floor again. The towels all got filthy from our feet and aren’t changed that often (they don’t tell you when they are coming to clean and if you don’t have the towels on the floor they won’t change them) They charge for pool towels and charged me €10 to keep the room for just one extra hour (check out is really early and the room was clearly free) Considering how expensive it was this seemed a little excessive.
