Expected so much more from this hotel! The “restaurant” is just food they warm up from the front desk. We expected to be able to wind down with a drink and dinner in the hotel before an early morning flight and ended up having to walk under the freeway to find some place to eat. It’s okay but no better than your run of the mill Best Western.

Great stay for the night before catching our plane! Pool & hot tub was nice, easy to have dinner delivered, staff was nice and let us eat breakfast before it officially opened, and airport shuttle was quick & easy.

Same quality as before. However, I would prefer not to pay for parking. Should be included, especially in a large isolated area near the airport. Don't see why others would want or need to park there?

Hyatt now uses a third party parking app that you have to download and accept all of their terms and conditions.. not very convenient.. Booking at Hyatt will now be a last resort..

The staff were so kind, and helpful. Never been checked I /out so painlessly. Room was so amazing. Clean, comfortable and spacious. AAA +++. Also has a FREE shuttle at 4:00 AM to the airport. I was able to cancel my Lyft.

Pay to self park but each night we had to battle to find a place to park, ended up parking along the curb near entrance. Parking lot appeared to have a lot of fleet rental cars taking up spaces.

I like the Hyatt Place properties in general. This one has a great location right across the street from the airport so you can easily walk to the airport. Nice Jim. Most of the employees were pretty great as well. Only challenge was the cleanliness of the room. There were some stains on the carpet and furniture and the floor was dirty and sticky.

This was a pretty nice hotel. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was pretty good, but could have been a little cleaner. The breakfast was good. We really would have liked to have a microwave, but overall it was pretty good. We would stay there again.

Spacious, well layed-out room- almost a suite really. Plenty of hot water for bathtub, good AC, very comfortable beds with nice bedding. Dated finishes, but everything we needed for a good price on Expedia.

Very comfy bed, nice room with plenty of space. Clean, well designed for comfort. The very only thing is that that fan for the AC is very loud and right next to the bed. So we had to turn it off and then it got too warm for sleeping.

Don’t book this hotel if you are looking for a solid night of sleep. Between the highway noise and the loud AC that shuts off and on in such a jarring way, you’ll wake up about every 20 to 30 minutes.

New unexpected charges: $12 for parking and $8 for what used to be a free breakfast. It was a very cold night, and when we entered the room the temperature was set to 62 degrees—brrr. The thermostat on the wall didn’t work, so we had to manually override the window heater. Every time it turned on, it blew cold air for about two minutes before any heat came out. All of this made for a long, uncomfortable night with very little sleep. ☹️

Great room, pillows, lighting, outlets, television, bedding. However - The air conditioning unit was of the type and quality of a motel 6. Incongruous but undeniably there, under the window noisy and vibrating, awakening one with each cycle of cacophony. Other than that really a great room.

Very close to the airport. Anita at check in was very welcoming. Breakfast was good and changed each day we were there, not the best but good. Room needed some TLC to update it but it was clean and smelled good. AC unit very loud.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt. We had difficulty reaching the front desk to get a shuttle from the airport. We were on hold for 15-20 minutes and then had to call back because no one came to get us. It was frustrating.

Check-in staff was rude and dismissive. They told me they wouldn’t honor my Globalist status because my coordinator booked through a third-party platform — something I’ve never had an issue with anywhere else. I stay over 180 nights a year, and this was one of the worst check-in experiences I’ve had. Very disappointing.

It's super close to the airport, which came in handy when our flight was canceled. It was a little odd that they had old coffee in the lobby at 4 p.m. left over from breakfast (why not refresh that?) and that they advertise having some sort of a cafe/bar, but they don't keep it staffed. The room was quiet even though it was right off the runways.

Breakfast was surprisingly good. The fruit selection was high quality and fresh and the area was kept well stocked and clean. The room was clean, comfortable and large enough for an adult and 5 kids! The staff was hit or miss as far as friendliness but everyone did their jobs well. I appreciated that the addition of our dog was only $75 for the 3 night stay vs. the $50 per night at the competing hotel. We felt very welcome with our pup, which was especially appreciated. Would recommend heating the pool - it was quite cold, considering the warmth of the room. We would absolutely stay here again when in the area! It's a great value and convenient to Lake Tahoe, Reno, etc. Well done!
